I worked with Sebastian who managed both projects, and I could not recommend Sebastian & his team more!He was extremely communicative during the entire process - from project scope through completion - answering all my questions, keeping me updated on project updates & timelines. He and his team were experienced and were able to tackle both bathrooms - they both came out great! Sebastian and his team advised me on the finishes as I was designing both myself and purchasing all finishes.Lastly, Stella was also great in communicating with me on timelines & managing payments throughout the project.Incredible team, 10/10!!

Comment: Our project was to remodel 3 bathrooms, paint inside and outside and add siding to the outside, tile in the entry and fireplace. The time quote was 3-4 months and we moved back in after 3 1/2 months. Good customer service and a very fast response when I call or texted. They gave me a lot of guidance picking the light fixtures and bathroom faucets. Golden Age Builders is a great choice for any remodel!

Comment: Finding a good and trusting contractor is very hard to find. From the jump Danielle and Tomas made us feel like family. Then came along Michael. He was wonderful too! We truly love this family and their crew. They were able to work with us through these trying times and worked with our budget. We had two additional rooms, a master bathroom, a small deck and tons more added to our house. Very easy to work with and very organized from beginning to end. I plan to use them for future projects. Comment: Just like the saying goes: its hard to find a good remodeling company. But we got lucky with Golden age builders!We used Thomas and his crew a little before Covid 19 hit (back in January 2020) to remodel our 1970s old kitchen. During the whole kitchen remodeling Thomas and his men had made it Super Easy for my husband and I --from designing the kitchen, different options of the kitchen cabinets, to different colors of the countertops. They even brought sample kitchen materials for us to see at our house to choose-- This really helped us save some time driving around to different places checking out materials.We were so happy with the result of our new kitchen and how hassle free the whole kitchen project was. We even added new flooring and bolted down our entire house. Thanks to Golden Age Builders we were able to live comfortably during the whole stay at home Covid-19 quarantine.Now Fast forward to now January 2021, after a year of using our new kitchen I called Thomas to come back and help us relocate the kitchen air vent from one spot in the kitchen to another spot . And Thomas agreed and honored his kitchen remodeling guarantee of ONE yr and relocated our air vent for FREE! And the next day he sent his guy Rahul and took care of it right away! I honestly loved how quickly Thomas worked his magic for his customers and his workers always does an excellent job! I am truly thankful that I found Golden Age builders on our first remodeling project! They were unable to drive a small tractor to our back patio, so they broke up and removed our 4 thick patio by hand. Last, they installed a sophisticated drainage system that directs all water away from our home. All in all, an A+ team.

Comment: After meeting with several contractors, I chose Tomas with Golden Age Builders for a 500 sq ft addition to my house. His bid was very reasonable, and after meeting with him I felt reassured that he knew my needs and that I could trust him with my project. I definitely made the right decision.We ran into a few snags along the way with permitting, because of some inconsistencies in the plans (not their fault, I already had the plans before I hired them). Tomas took care of working with the city and the engineer to straighten it all out. He was very good at communicating with me, and keeping me up to date on what was going on.One of my biggest concerns in doing the addition was bugs - I really can’t stand them, and was worried about having parts of my house opened up while they were working on the addition. Tomas went above and beyond to satisfy me at all times that everything was sealed up, scheduling work however he could to make me the most comfortable. Even if my bug fears weren’t really warranted, Tomas understood and worked with me at every turn, always with a smile.As for the quality of the work, it is excellent. I am so happy with my new room - it turned out just like I imagined it. And if there were any little things that weren’t exactly how I wanted them, Tomas always took care of them, never stopping until I was satisfied.Tomas and everyone at Golden Age Builders were a pleasure to work with. Comment: Golden Age Builders built an ADU in our backyard. From the time we made a deposit to the time it was ready to move in was about 4 months. The entire Golden Age Builders team, from the project manager ( Tomas ) to the designer ( Danielle ) to the foreman and the workers, are highly skilled, friendly, and communicated with frequency and to my satisfaction. The design phase required many decisions on our part. However, Golden Age Builders can make these decisions for you if you prefer. Golden Age Builders employees respond to email within 24 hours (often in a matter of minutes). During the “production” or construction phase, the foreman posts pictures and comments about the day’s accomplishments. Danielle, the designer who helped us, is excellent at helping to select the features of the ADU. I really appreciated her courtesy and knowledge of the items (sinks, windows, kitchen counters, etc.) from which to choose. When I was researching costs to build an ADU, I found that whether one chose an architect and contractor or a “design build” company, the cost was similar. Golden Age Builders, a Design Build company, was the best choice for us, because they assured that the items we selected would be appropriate for our particular ADU, and they handled all the permits. Golden Age Builders is an honest company, they are knowledgeable about all the city’s codes for ADUs, they tried to keep to within our budget, and they do quality work. I did my research before I chose them, and I’m glad I did. I would recommend them without reservation.

Coming into the project our goals were #1 to add a dishwasher and #2 rejuvenate the kitchen and breakfast nook without destroying the existing charm. We were pretty hands-off and open minded; Danielle came up with a tasteful refresh that seamlessly blended with the existing style. Comment: My wife and I selected Golden Age Builders to do a near complete overhaul of our kitchen and we are exceedingly happy about the work and time frame it was finished in! We started planning with Tomas & he was able to walk us through a detailed process in picking out new countertops, floors and details into how we wanted the kitchen to look. He was able to work with us and ensure we didnt exceed our budget limit and there were no surprise costs that you usually hear about other workers. We then worked with Danielle as well to finalize what we wanted and she gave us some good recommendations.One of the best things about this company is they assume responsibility for all of the paper work with the co-op and management company and kept us in the loop. When the work got started they were able to knock down a wall to open up the kitchen, get most of the demo work done in under a couple of days. End to End most of the work was complete in a 3 week period which was outstanding to us! Tomas the main contractor was awesome and explained everything in detail with us and gave us dates by which each could be done. Fantastic lead!They also were very attentive to the little details that we needed to have handled which was fantastic as we can be a stickler for the little things. We love the look of our kitchen now and will be using this company when we redo our bathrooms.Fantastic company that I highly recommend!

Comment: I just finished remodeling my bathroom yesterday with George and Abel from Golden Age group.After I did my first bathroom last year and had to deal with two contractors from different company, who gave me nightmares and stress and end up with high cost, I knew what it was like to go through remodeling and how hard it is to find a good and trustful contractor.And, I ended up being so lucky this year with doing my 2nd bathroom, choosing Golden age group for the job after getting quote from 7-8 different contractors initially.I can tell you these guys are the best. They gave me the best quote, and very fast getting the job done and tried all their best to make me happy and get things done the way I want. Everything was smooth and even though I was being picky several times, they did all the things to make the way I wanted. All the workers, George and Gilbert and Abel, they are super professional and trustful and did awesome job.
