Comment: Dimas was absolutely amazing! I would recommend him to everyone. This was my first inspection as a first time buyer and Dimas was patient and took the time to walk us through everything and explain it all to us. He was prompt, friendly, and had expert knowledge about everything! He went above and beyond and educated us about whatever we asked about in and outside the home. I felt like it was a great way to get acquainted with our new home. He actively engaged us and that helped us learn the basics about our house. I especially loved going on the roof! The price was reasonable and the quality of service was exceptional! I will definitely call Dimas when I need an inspection or when I do my ADU conversion.

Comment: Dimas was amazing. I am a nervous first time home buyer and he really involved me in the inspection process. He was on time, patient with some difficulty of us getting into the building, and extremely helpful beyond his job scope as an inspector. He responds quickly via text and makes sure to make you feel comfortable and knowledgeable about all of the facets of your property. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and for once all of the AMAZING reviews were right. He is also a contractor so I plan to use him in the future.

Comment: Would highly recommend Go Inspect to handle your property inspections. I had a great experience working with Dimas on a inspection for a home purchase. Dimas was very hands-on and went through each step of the inspection thoroughly with me. He answered every question I had and made sure to pause during each step of the inspection to make sure I understood everything and answer any questions. I really appreciated the hands-on approach as it was so helpful in gaining a good understanding of the current state of the house. You also get a report once its all done, so you get everything in writing as well. Overall, it was a really great experience and look forward to using his services again in the future.

Comment: GoInspect (Dimas Avila) was prompt, communicative, and easy to understand. He involved me in the process of inspecting our property purchase and explained a lot about maintenance and care for the four major systems of the house. I followed him everywhere except down under the foundation, he pointed out the remaining lifespan of the roof, tested all the plumbing and flow rates, and the electrical system. He even threw in a very thorough examination of the accessory structures (pool, garage, storage shed) for no additional cost.

Comment: Hands down, the first guy I would call for an inspection! Dimas was flexible, knowledgeable, professional and willing to take the time to explain what he was looking for and was able to give us several referrals to other great professionals for inspections/repairs.He also saved us from a sewer problem that was very likely to cost us thousands of dollars in repairs.If you are buying a home on a tree lined street and Dimas recommends to get a sewer inspection, GET IT!

Comment: This was my first time purchasing a home and it was very stressful. At least Dimas made the inspection process very easy for me. I used him after a family member referred him to me. He did not disappoint!Dimas showed up early. As we did the walk through, he did such a fantastic job explaining his findings, that I did not have any questions. He found an issue with the roof having some water damage. He explained to me why it happened (despite the roof being 3 years old) and what I should do to cover myself before I pulled my contingencies. He also completed the final report by the next day, which was awesome! Prior to removing contingencies, I had a few questions and reached out to him.He called me very promptly after I sent him some pictures of the roof repair. He confirmed that the repair was done correctly and gave me advice on how to check it, to make sure that it would not not leak in the future.Dimas is extremely knowledgeable and has a positive can do attitude. I recommend him to all my family, friends and fellow Yelpers!

Comment: I got the general inspection done from Dimas for my single family home at Roswell Ave, Long Beach CA.Dimas is very knowledgeable and hard working inspector.As a property owner, I have learnt a lot from him during the general inspection. He involves the owner completely during the inspection and talks about the health of the property all the time.He gives fair opinion about the property. I liked the way he explains minor and major issues. He will even explain the strengths and positive points about the property, which is always good to know as a property owner.

Comment: My realtor referred me over to Dimas, and on a whim I texted him Monday Memorial Day...he responded! My type A husband met him at the property a couple days later. At the end of the inspection he was raving about how thorough and hands on Dimas was! As a first time home buyer, you need to have some peace of mind that every nook and cranny has been looked through and dissected. Dimas checked off all those boxes and then some. Please dont hesitate to call him. Hes the best!

Comment: Dimas is very professional. He answered all of my questions. We had a major concern with the floor sloping in the upstairs bedroom but he assured us it was non-structural. It was the plywood in between the floor joists that bends when you walk in that spot. When it came to plumbing he found two drain leaks under the house and he recommended a few licensed plumbers. Before my inspection I did not know that water can damage a house in so many different ways. All in all I learned so much since the inspection was interactive. He asnwered every question with utmost patience and he demonstrated to have a very knowledgeable background. Overall after this inspection, I fell in love with my house even more with all doubts having disappeared.

Comment: 110% service!! I used Go inspect for an inspection that I had for a buyer who was purchaseing a home. I love how he was not afraid to check anything or to go under the house to make sure the foundation was good. The gentleman named Dimas, was not your typical inspector, he made sure he tested everything in the property, he even dig to show my buyer the water meter! Not like other inspectors who just take pictures and leave.. definetly was worth my buyers money and time!
