Comment: I had these guys do our gutters in Tahoe on our motel. The gutter situation we had there was tricky, they had to upgrade our size and cut through material and do a lot of problem solving. Miguel and Arturo were awesome, super transparent and tried hard to do the job right. I had worries at first since it was a weird job to do but they put my mind at ease once they got to the property and figured things out. Thanks!

Comment: Recently a roof tile slid off our neighbors house so we decided it was a good idea to get ourselves a roof inspection. We called Garner Roofing and Johnny came out to our house. He was on time and we even got a text letting us know he was on his way. His inspection was thorough and he even took pictures. As he showed the pictures he explained which each picture was and its relevance. Johnny is knowledgeable of Garner Roofing and the industry which was a plus when choosing this company to take care of our roof.Update: Today we had our roof repair done. Maurice and Richie came to our house and went over what they were going to do, then got started right away. When, they finished they recapped what they had done and they even cleaned up after themselves which we appreciate. They were quite efficient.

Comment: I reached out to Garner Roofing for an estimate to reroof my home. I shared my issue of missing shingles and a recent leak from the last season. And Sheena was the one who answered the phone. She was super helpful and understanding of my situation. I did request a ton of information before someone came out. Sheena provided me information about everything that I asked about and then some. Not once was I treated as if I was a bother, they were more than happy to provide you with the information I was looking for. They immediately sent somebody out. Maximus arrived within days of my call to provide me a proposal. Max went over the house multiple times to ensure that everything that was needed to be remedied was in the proposal. Also, there were things that I believed that needed to be replaced, but was assured that those pieces of wood were in good order. I was given a fair proposal and was explained everything in Laymans terms. And everyone I encountered at this company, so far has been compassionate and understanding. I signed the proposal immediately. We chose the shingles on the spot. Demo products were brought to my home to show me all of the wonderful materials that they will be using to install. The whole process is explained in great detail and I feel very comfortable with Garner Roofing and their wonderful employees. As a veteran of the Armed Forces, I am very skeptical when dealing with contractors but off the bat, I knew garner roofing was veteran owned, and I trust their name, and now I trust their employees. I will update this once my roof is complete. Thank you very much Sheena and Maximus, your two wonderful people that I am grateful for meeting. Professional understanding, compassionate knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Comment: Im so grateful we are working with Noah for a roof replacement. We lost of our roof during the December/january 2022/2023 storms in my area. I immediately contacted Garner and got connected with Noah he came out and did a thorough inspection and quote pretty quickly. After that, my insurance company drug their feet for literally months. Noah really went to bat for us, doing his best to make contact with an unresponsive insurance company. Once we finally made headway, Noah was able to get the ball rolling within just days and get our job started. We received really poor customer service from other roofing companies and little to no communication. This was not the case with garner! Looking forward to them doing the work.

Comment: During our recent storms, we had a leak in the bedroom! My insurance company asked Garner to do an inspection for my claim. (I should note that Garner did not install the roof!) The inspector, Johnny, was very thorough, took lots of pictures, and was very forthcoming with information about what he discovered. He was able to accurately determine that the problem turned out to be with our pool solar installation. John arrived on time - actually a bit early - and he called me just prior to say he was on his way. He was very courteous and competent, and promptly emailed me all his photos which he annotated with comments, lines and arrows. Thanks to all at Garner Roofing!

They also corrected construction deficiencies left from the company that built the hose and repaired the roof paper and bird stops to allow installation of new Leaf Filter gutters. They informed me of all the problems I had on my roof and corrected them all. I had two other companies look at my roof, but they did not document all the problems GR found and they all wanted more for their proposals! I was impressed with them and signed up for their inspection program to have my roof inspected every year, clean out the valleys on the roof, and to repair anything they may find in the future.

Comment: The two-man team, Juan and Obed, showed up ready to go. They had the fascia board down in no time.Once we had the new fascia board cut, they allowed me time to paint and prime the wood before installing. Initially I wanted to do the repair myself as knocking off a piece of wood is not hard...however the height of the roof made me a nervous, so I chose to let people who do it for a living take control. I am so glad I did.I learned that fascia board is a special type of treated/primed wood. Even though you could use other wood for facia, you open yourself up to rot issues down the road. They also used screws vs nails for the repair for better longevity.I truly appreciate the office person, Toccara, as well for being patient with me as I inched through the process of approval and scheduling. Even though mine was a small unit of work, I felt like I was treated as a priority customer each step of the way. A number of other roofing companies just blew me off as being too small a piece of work for them to bother.

Comment: The project manager Rodrigo did an excellent job inspecting the surrounding areas of our roof to determine what needed to be repaired/replaced. When Rodrigo completed his inspection he sat down with us and went over what needed to be done. He basically gave us two options and we chose one.There were two crews that came to the house on two different occasions:Both crews did an excellent job repairing the Asphalt shingles at the edge of the roof and the dry rot around our house.The first crew was Francisco and Steven.The second crew was Juan and Antonio.Also I wanna mention Tocara, she did an excellent job when I called and talked with her about the project, I was very pleased with her actions very professional.

I have had many contractors do home repair/improvement over the years on several different homes, and I can count on one finger the number of times I have had such a positive experience with one of them. I was referred by Sunriver Solar to get my roof replaced before solar installation, and I am sooooo glad I was (Thanks Noah!). Started with a really good quote and a generous military discount. This job was not without challenges, as it is a very large roof with a lot of different pitches, I live out in the sticks, etc. When my old roof was torn off there was some dry rot repair needed and they kept the costs down on that as well. Toccara was on task with coordinating and communicating at every step and Franciscos crew did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job! Best of all, Mama is happy, and we all know what that means! GREAT JOB GARNER!!!

Comment: I am 100% thrilled with this company! I did my research. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. I based my decision on the rating which was very good and brought them in to do the removal and replacement of my roof to my house and the two sheds as well as install gutters on the main home. My home had some some damage, they replaced the damaged wood and they had to do a complete tear down. (required because its a modular). Beautiful job. They removed a skylight which was problematic and causing leaks to the old roof. When working on one end of the house Rocky the roofer asked me if I had a ceiling fan located in a bathroom at one end of the house where he located some of the damage. There was. It had no vent leading out to the roof! LOL. He added a vent for me. Apparently the previous owner did not realize things were done a certain way. Forest, Tyler and Austin removed the old roof. Rocky, Manuel and Juan replaced the new roof and George and Justin added my gutters. I could not be happier. Always on time, always cleaning up before leaving the day they worked. I would recommend this company to my family and friends before any other. I dont always take the time to write reviews, but I had to. If someone like me is in a pinch and looking for a good company, I would hope they would be as happy as I was to find this one.

Comment: There are plenty of roofing companies out there. Not all are reputable. Its gotten quite bad. I had a quote come in for the same work for 3x the cost. I have used Garner on my home prior, and recently used them for my rental property. I highly recommend them. Jonathan inspected the 15 year old roof and confirmed not only the problem I found standing on the ground, but he identified several more similar issues, and gave me a very fair estimate to correct all of the issues found.Anthony and Tyson came out to do the repairs, and quickly fixed our issues. They worked well together as a team. Both were careful, polite, and appeared very efficient. This is the kind of company that shows up when they said they would show up, with the right material and everything they need to do the work. These guys show up with enough people to do the work quickly and efficiently. They did the tear off of two layers of composition roofing material in a day, and when they were done I couldn’t find a chunk of old roofing material or a used roofing nail anywhere on my property. The whole crew demonstrated a high level of professionalism and the desire to get the job done right. Josh, the foreman on my job, has excellent problem solving skills and combined with his job knowledge is fully capable of solving anything that comes up unexpectedly.
