Comment: First of all the project manager Eddie Darosa was very prompt and professional. He listened to my needs knew what I wanted and didn’t try to up sell. He measured wrote everything down and gave me a price within one hr. I had been waiting for other quotes for well over one week. He wasn’t the cheapest or most expensive but the price was fair and reasonable. I signed the paperwork said they could start in about 3 weeks. The next day I get a call said they could tear old roof off on Sunday and they would start the roof on Monday. Ok what a start .Roof off Monday came met Leo and his crew. Couldn’t have asked for better. They worked hard and until the sun set for 4 days . Wonderful job . Came inspection day inspector came also said excellent job. All I can say is First Tier Exterior is the one and Eddie Darosa is the one to ask for

Comment: We hired First Tier Exterior to re-stucco an entire wall which suffered from water intrusion due to aging. Jeremy came for the initial inspection and suggested that I talk to their stucco contractor Felix to find out the best possible solution. Felix is humble and knowledgeable, and explained the potential options to solve our problem. We decided to re-stucco the whole wall and replace the existing windows and a patio door. First Tier’s quote was the best out of many that we explored. A combination of this and the 10 year warranty helped us make our decision to go with First Tier Exterior. Jeremy, the manager and his team helped with ordering windows and scheduling the work and inspections. Jeremy is professional and patient in answering all my questions and concerns throughout the project. Felix is understanding and accommodated details that we requested like adding foam trims around doors and windows. The team worked efficiently and did a good job. Thank you First Tier Exterior!

Comment: This is a great company to work with. Project involved removing old vinyl siding, restucco and paint. Great response right from quotation to final permit and clean up. Team is flexible to accommodate schedules.feedbsck for improvement is to provide printed quotes that are itemized well as the jobs we sign up for are expensive. Other than that excellent experience. Comment: Had stucco and paint job to the front of our house and I was very impressed with the whole outcome of the job. I have worked with many contractors and I found Mahoneys passion and experience in home improvements in commendable. I had the all the job details listed out in the beginning of the project and they did all of them and some more without leaving any loose ends. Their team would always check every detail and make sure I was satisfied at the end. It is very hard to find even a tiny speck of blemish in stucco and paint job. Overall it is pleasing as I walk everyday in front of my house.

Comment: Exceptional service and Grade A professional company! I had lots of issues from bad roofing contractor and First Tier Exterior showed up, conducted a thorough inspection, ID the problem, provided me with multiple solutions based on my budget. The crew repaired the roof and gave my home and family additional years of no stress about the roof. Soon after the roof was repaired, I had them install stucco to front exterior and I couldn’t be happier that I did it. Just wished we hired them the first time around and I’ll be using them in future. Ask for Jeremy.

Comment: Mahoni did the stucco for my ADU, in San Jose we cant make the ADU more pretty looking than the house, we wanted smooth finish but the city made us go with a rough finish instead. Since the original house is rough finish. I didnt get what i truly wanted because of all the city codes. First Tier did a great job handling the city requests and demands. They are good people

Comment: First Tier came to my house as recommendation from a friend. I did not get any other estimates, but they showed me contracts from other jobsites with photos and customer phone numbers. I believed them and went with them. Im glad I choose First Tier, these guys have swagger, and the price is less than my friends since my roof is smaller. I will contact them in the future for stucco, they showed me that white house with black windows, me and my wife are both loving it. We will do our interior first and do exterior later on. When we do the exterior, it will be First Tier Exterior.

Comment: The guys at First Tier were terrific with my roof repair job. Mahoney was my inspector and was highly professional in the estimate process. Ive shopped around with other roofing companies and I could tell his inspection was very detailed and price competitive. No other roof inspector shared pictures with me of the concern areas. Mahoney didnt just speak about the issues/ recommendations but also showed me pictures and provided options. I was able to get the job scheduled right away and I was in constant communication with their office and also with Johnny. When more tiles needed replacement than originally planned, they provided receipts and labor rate of $75 an hour. It was less than 2 hours. So Im happy.

Comment: Mahoni and Jeremy are really the kind of folks you want to work with for home improvements. They are professional and responsive.They installed two skylights for us and my time spent in living room has doubled since then. Good quality of work and easy to communicate. When issues arise they take responsibility. I will trust them for future work too.The job was blocked by product shortage for a half year. When they got the material they finished the installation in a week. And they honored our contract even though we got crazy inflation in labor and goods.
