Comment: I used Fine Builders to refinish my hardwood floors in my condo living room and lay new floors in a two bedrooms + kitchen. They made sure I was happy with the samples and did a really good job. Daniel even personally returned my keys to me late at night as due to a mix-up I was unable to meet the foreman and pick them up upon completion. He was available to answer questions after the job was finished. Great customer service.

Comment: I was blown away with their service.From the initial call they were responsive and efficient.Daniel came over to give a bid, on top of it we got other three bids for remodeling of our bathrooms.He was able to give me much better deal and during the process we didn’t feel any hidden cost or surprises. We decided to renovate it completely inside and outside as well.It was extremely hard to find a trustworthy construction company here in Los Angeles.My experience with fine builders was pleasant from the very first phone call. Comment: After a year of fixing our home, the only missing piece was our kitchen. We host many people over, and we use to kitchen often.... it was a priority for us to do it right.Fine added for us a special touch! stainless steal, top of the art ceramic and electric gas was put between the fridge and dishwasher. The measurement were all to perfection. Not only that the drawers all match perfectly to the house scent, they also have been installed with easy-slide. perfect for when you run around in the middle of cooking and need a wooden spoon fast.We are more than just pleased with the final result!They were all dedicated, and it was easy to make changes last minute because they were flexible and great to work with. We are very pleased with quality of the work and happy that they finished our project in time for Easter!

Comment: Just finished a significant remodel ( $120K+) with Daniel and Nir. We did a 225 sq ft addition and new bathroom, new kitchen, new floors, new roof, and remodeled 2nd bathroom. Basically, a new house - all while we lived there with two elementary age kids. The only thing that made it bearable was how cool, calm, and collected these two were. They got the project done within our original timeframe and budget. They were courteous, responsive, good humored, and completely professional in every interaction I had with them over a six month period. They gave good advice, corrected mistakes or handled changes smoothly and always with a simple mantra No problem. It was a long and complicated process (LA permits are intense) and they made it so much easier and less stressful than it would have been in less capable hands. We love the look and quality of the work they did and are so happy we went with them. We chose them because of how they felt compared with the other contractors we met and it really paid off. Were not only satisfied customers but now consider them friends. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone, including our own family.

Comment: As a fairly new homeowner, Ive been hit with a lot of unexpected surprises. the biggest one was the kitchen! It was in an awful shape, the measurements were wrong and the cabinets were sliding onto another. half the kitchen couldnt be in use! cant open half the drawers... which you only discover after 2-3 days where youre thinking something is off... So i wanted to build a completely new modern kitchen.i hired a company, and from the start, there was a delay with the initial inspection....i decided to hire another company with the hopes of things actually getting done. I contacted fine and they were able to come up with a better deal for me. easy to work with, with lets get things done approach EVERY SINGLE DAY. I was looped in whats going on, making it easy to see the process starting and finishing according to what I WANT. Fine has built a special island in the middle with a hidden bar under it!

Comment: Daniel and his workers from Fine Builders did a fantastic renovation by tearing down the old bathroom and rebuilt it again! My main tip is that if you are looking for a contractor that pride himself on attention to detail, professionalism, and greatness, Daniel and Fine Builders is the company for you. Fine Builders just completed renovation on my bathroom and small part of the kitchen at my home and it couldnt have been done better by any other company. Daniel, ensured that all the work will be of the best quality and to the highest standards. Michael the main person who did the work with additional workers here is such a great asset to the company. Daniel ensured that all the subcontractors (Electrician and plumber) will also do the best job and when they didnt he ensured they redid the work. Michael was relentless in showing up every day and working hard to complete the job with the best quality work. Not only would I recommend this company to others I would definitely go back to this company if I ever need a professional remodel again. I cant say enough about Fine Builders. Honest, hardworking, and attention to detail.

Comment: Our good experience with Fine Builders started with a meeting about removing our bathtub and install a shower instead. We met with Daniel and another person and we explained them what our vision is. Daniel was able to come up with some ideas that made this work less expensive and after looking at some samples and examples of jobs that they did in the past, we decided to hire this company. The work took a bit longer than 3 weeks and thats due to some holidays that came across. The workers worked at the house constantly and we could see progress with the work each time they left. Daniel was nice to us and treated us with lots of respect. He was there each time we called or raised a question.

Comment: Very good company and great customer service!! Fine Builders designed my kitchen which looks beautiful!! Then Daniel took me under his wing to look for countertops. We went to several of his vendors and we looked at many samples that Daniel sorted for me in order to make my life easier. On top of that, he was able to get me a great deal on the slab and cabinets for the new kitchen.The cabinets that we selected are European line of cabinetry that is just look beautiful. With all the high gloss door styles in wood grain and in solid colors that just look stunning. The workmanship was top notch as well as their professionalism. Daniel monitored the workers on a daily basis and made sure to inform us about any important stage or step that involved in the kitchen. The office staff is very professional as well. Michelle was the parson that we dealt with about any upcoming payment and she is just a great person to talk to. Our overall satisfaction is good and we are happy that we hired this company for our kitchen.

Comment: We recently remodeled our kitchen and we are very happy with what Daniel from Fine Builders was able to deliver! The first thing we liked about this company is not only the greet estimate but he also did amazing 3D rendering of our new kitchen! This kitchen remodeling starts by trying to get few quotes around town from several contractors, and then to compare them as much as we could in order to get a normal picture of the prices. Daniel was able to beat them all! He gave us a very detailed plan on what they were working and they got it done right, within 1 month. At our house, Daniel was the supervisor and he is definitely the best! He kept us posted with things happening during the project. We do recommend them for construction projects!

We purchased a home and once we moved into the house, we realized that there are several issues and things that we needed to repair and replace. More than that, the house turned out to have numerous different issues and was practically no good for us.Thats when we started looking for a good contractor to fix the issues and to remodel the house. After meeting with several companies and contractor, we decided to go with my sister’s recommendation… Fine Builders. My sister is an expert researcher and conducted a level of due diligence thats is definitely outside of my skills set.The first weekend that Fine Builders came over to the property and meet with us, he brought along a big projects book that included paint work, carpentry work, kitchens, bathrooms and more. Daniel does not play around… he wants the job to be completed as quickly as possible and on the best side. Even more impressive is his teams workmanship. They were absolutely committed to doing the right thing, the first time around… no matter how time consuming it may be.After witnessing a masterclass in efficiency and quality, we signed-on for several other projects with Fine Builders. Comment: We hired Fine builders to create an outdoor patio living space on our home. Daniel and his workers were professional, organized, and very polite, offered a project plan, had an on-site project manager (Daniel), and a team of well-seasoned, personable and talented sub-contractors who had worked together for years. They were trustworthy and communicated well throughout the entire project. There were never any surprises to the budget process and all was well-documented and shared throughout the progress of our project. We were able to work together as a team, sharing ideas, making any adjustments, and the results are a gorgeous outdoor space for my family to enjoy. We have great respect for Daniel. And, here is another example of how they stand behind their work -they just contacted us for a follow up even though the work has been completed few months ago. They wanted to have a walk through the addition to review any issues that may have arisen over the year since construction was completed so they could be fixed. I don’t know any contractor that offer such things to his clients. We will use Fine builders for all the other renovations we plan to do in our home. Comment: Few years ago, Fine Builders designed and completed the room addition at my previous house. The addition was to add 2 bedrooms including 2 full bathrooms. Each aspect of the work they did came out perfect and Daniel including his workers and sub-contractors were able to improve my house and add a great amount of value to it. Last year we moved into a new home and we contacted again Daniel to come over and to remodel our kitchen. Our first obstacle was a load bearing wall that separated the kitchen from the rest of the house. Daniel brought in his designer to design the new layout of the kitchen and what to see what will be involved to remove the wall that spanned about 20 which is the length of the kitchen. Daniel like always, answered all the questions and was able to provide us with some great advices, so we left everything in their hands. Like our last experience with Daniel, also this time he handled everything from A to Z. from the Engineering aspect, the Architecture, demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, painting, and all the inspections. Daniel stand up behind his word and always made sure that any changes we suggested during the process will be considered and executed in order to make us happy. The new kitchen included a skylight opening and this feature brought a lot to the project. The kitchen included all the new cabinets, lights fixtures, plumbing and the appliances. The island that Daniel did came out great as well and he was able to include a sink as well. We couldnt be happier with the new kitchen! We would recommend Fine Builders 100% to anyone looking for a builder and want attention to detail.

Comment: We own a house in Los Angeles. The house was very old and needed a few updates.we decided to remodel a few areas in the house before re- renting it again.We dont live in Los Angeles so we asked a family member to recommend a contractor to do the project for us.We called fine builders after hearing good things about them.we had only 1 day we were available for a meetings and they were very accommodate with scheduling the meeting according to our time.After 3 hours meeting we signed a contract to complete a new cabinets in the kitchen, counter top and tile floor. We also remodel 1 bathroom completely.We painted the entire house inside and outside, replace the concrete driveway that was totally cracked and put a new fence.Fine builders did an excellent job,We didnt have much time to come and visit while remodeling so we used our family member to do that but they kept updating us and sending us pictures of the progress.we are very satisfied from the results, from the quality and communication we had during the project.

Comment: 3 Bathroom remodelingFine builders remodeled our 3 bathrooms in the house.The project took almost 2 months.They started with our guest bathroom and continued with our master and kids so we had a place to take a shower and use at least one bathroom.The process was good, we were told to purchase all fixtures in advance to avoid delays at the work.- It took us some time to choose from all the right fixtures but Daniel helped us a lot.The crew kept our house clean as much as they could and they worked every day including Saturday from 8am to 6pm.Overall we are very happy with the process, timing and the communication that was really important to us.

Comment: Kitchen and laundry room renovation.Fine builders renovate our kitchen, we had 1960 kitchen that needed an update. We chose the company base on a referral we received from a friend. Comment: Fine builders completed a full kitchen remodeling and a master bathroom remodeling, Including new cabinets, new counter top, new floors, new electrical outlets, plumbing relocation. complete demo the bathroom with new tile floor, new shower and tub new custom double vanity.We are very happy with the results. The entire process we felt very comfortable with Daniel our project manger. He promised us the project will be done in 8 weeks and so it did. Crew of almost 6 workers worked at our house every day . We also received an update every morning from the office about the schedule of every day.At the beginning we were a little bit nervous because we have 2 months baby and we didnt want the house to be full of dust and noisy but the crew was great in keeping our house clean as much as they could.you can see you are dealing with pros that know what they are doing. Nir the owner worked with my friends on their project similar to ours and they were very happy from the results. i did meet a few contractors but Nir was patient, he understood our needs, he kept our budget, we met 4 times before moving forward just to be sure everything is clear to both sided, it is a big project for me and my husband. we remodeled our entire house completely from renovating the kitchen, removing walls, master bathrooms, painting, replacing our windows and a few doors, changing the floors, replacing our roof, upgrading our electrical panel.we are very excited and we are very happy we chose Fine Builders to renovate our home.

Comment: For the longest time I was looking for trustworthy company for my kitchen remodeling. After several weeks of calling and searching our prayers have been answered! Fine builders were a delight to work with- most importantly the price matched their service. We replaced our countertops for quartz and black marble. It was a special work that we saw online and wanted it to be done perfectly. The plus and the kitchen utilities were all fixed to match the new work- super happy about the new kitchen!
