Comment: Overall it was a great experience! The patio came out amazing. We had an issue with the patio fan but that was entirely because the equipment from Lowe’s was defective. Working with Frank and his team we were able to get it resolved. The concrete came out good too! The main reason we went through Energy Star Construction was because we were able to finance the project. After purchasing our new home and a new car, financing was our best option to add to our new home that only came with a small piece of concrete. Don’t sleep on Energy Star Construction and definitely take everyone’s review with a grain of salt! From my experience, they’re responsive and proactive. They exceeded our expectations in customer service and the quality of work that was produced. It’s a good feeling having a beautiful patio in the backyard to spend time with my beautiful family. Big shout to Harris, Omar, John, and Frank who helped make this happen! Great couple of guys who work hard for a living. 💯

Comment: The salesperson who worked with us was both helpful and personable. He was up front about the fact that it would take a few months for the job to be completed due to materials delays. Once things got underway, we had the slab/walkway poured and the pergola constructed in just over a week. Their crews were accommodating when it came to working with our schedule. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star review is that it looks like someone measured wrong and drilled a set of holes too low when assembling the pergola. It would be a bigger deal if I didnt I already have to patch some cracks in the stucco. Other than that, I cant really speak to how the cover holds up in the rain. Well see. Overall, it looks good and were excited to start hosting backyard BBQs.

Comment: I contracted with Energy Stars to remove the old insulation from my attic and replace it with a much higher R-value, as well as a material that is repellant to rodents. (we had a rodent infestation last year, and had a bunch of leavings) With a recent roof leak, a section of insulation was water soaked, and needed to be removed. The crew worked all day to remove the old insulation, and left my place clean and tidy after. The new insulation was blown in the following day, and again, the crew left the place clean. Considering how messy insulation can be, this was very much appreciated! The result was immediately noticeable, and the house temp remained stable longer, reducing the time the heater was on. Great company to do business with!

Comment: We contracted Energy Star, to do our insulated patio cover after receiving quotes from a number of other companies. After meeting with Elias my wife and I were impressed by his knowledge of the product and his down to earth and personable personality. He actually brought a huge sample set up with all the different options and colors making our already stressful time choosing so much simpler. After picking our patio the patio took approximately 4 weeks to be manufactured but we were in constant contact with Elias and His team. The install team were polite and worked diligently and in the end we were left with an amazing new patio cover that is built with quality material by quality professionals. We are very happy with our experience with energy star and will be doing business with them in the future.

The Account Manager, Angelica, came in to make a full presentation about the company and the products they offer. She is very knowledgeable and courteous. After renegotiation, we came a to mutual beneficial agreement.The windows (4) took about 2 weeks to be ready, since they were custom made. The Installer, David, was very patient cause we were out of town, so we had to reschedule the installation appointment to a month later than agreed. David and his crew did an awesome job. Took a few hours to install them. The job looks very clean and professional. Definitely recommend Energy Star Construction from Clovis and their team.

The lead man kept us informed.They cleaned up at the endnd of the day, and made sure there were no nails or other sharps to hurt car tires. A course I also went behind them looking for sharps myself, as the week before the job started, I had to replace 2 tires do to my own fault.I would hartilly recommend this company to anyone else and would hire them again.
