Comment: My wife and I decided to get all of our windows and patio doors redone as they were the originals from 1986. We were putting in contact with this company and we had a consultation and we’re given a quote same day. As the price was more than reasonable, based on what we were getting, we approved the quote and within a month we had our windows and doors scheduled for install. 10 windows and 2 sliding glass patio doors took only 2 days to install. We then had a garden window installed in the kitchen and that only took about 6-8 hours. Just a two man team.We have attempted to work with other vendors in the past on other home, improvement projects, and the name of the game appears to be “let’s see how long this can take us”. Next time I have a project in mind, 100% will be contacting Elor

Comment: We cannot say enough about Elor Energy. We have 25 windows and 3 sliding patio doors that needed replacing. Our original Vinyl windows were 19 years old and had started to leak. A realtor friend of ours recommended Elor to do the replacement. Originally we wanted Milgard windows but during the sales meeting we were presented with a different brand. We did our due diligence in checking out Elor on BBB in which they have an A+ rating and read other positive reviews. However, we did not due that for the Window manufacturer and when the windows arrived for install we were extremely disappointed. The windows did not look or operate as high quality long lasting windows. The manufacturer also had an F rating with the BBB which we discovered after the fact. But heres the best part, Elor and their CEO Guy Motaey stood by us, the customer. He agreed, along with our Sales Person Clarence and our Lead Installer Sammy that the windows delivered were not the quality windows that were expected. After trying to work with the Manufacturer with limited results, Elor ultimately re-installed Anlin windows for us and we definitely see the difference in quality. They are exceptional windows and beautiful to look at inside and out. We are so happy that Elor and its staff stood by their promise that the customer has to be happy with the end result.We highly recommend Elor for Window Replacements. They stand by their word of quality and excellence and more importantly they stand with their customers . The install team also gets a shout out for their professionalism and work. Our Lead Installer Sammy was outstanding and is so knowledgeable concerning anything to do with the various window brands.Thank you Elor and Guy Motaey!Great job!

Sana Shah who very skillfully explained the window products in which we expressed interest. She also came by the house on the day of installation, to check that everything was going well.On the day of installation I called the office to find out the ETA for the installation team and spoke with Ashley, who was very helpful in getting answers for my questions. I then received a follow up call from Marty who was following up on a message I had left earlier. The installation team, Sammy and Carlos, worked so well in unison, completing the window installation and clean-up to perfection. And when they were done, Sammy called the office to let them know the job was complete. At the time of this call, the owner of this well run company, Guy, got on the phone to speak with my husband to confirm that we were satisfied with the installation and the product. To backtrack a bit, we were renting our single family home in Fallbrook for several years prior purchasing it in late 2021 from the landlord. We knew the house needed a new roof, windows and solar to ensure its overall energy efficiency (the roof especially was in really bad shape and I dont think it would have made it through this intense winter of 2023). Elor came through for us big-time. Roof was handled in November 2022 in about a week with solar installation right on its heels in early December. Our beautiful windows, sliders and complimentary garage doors were installed later in January after the order arrived. The entire process was smooth overall. They really went to bat for us on packaging the whole thing with stellar financing, too. Theyve certainly earned our business and partnership moving forward where it applies to future home improvements (ex. getting the house painted, etc.) Thank you so much to Guy and the whole team! Comment: When we bought our house 4 years ago we were tasked with a number of home improvements projects. One of the first projects was replacing our outdated windows with energy efficient ones. We were very lucky to come across this company as their prices were affordable and their product is amazing. They installed 15 windows in total and came out to get the measurements for the retro fitting. They did a great job at minimizing the visibility loss ( I think it was around 1/8-1/4” around) and they were very easy to work with when it came to the fine details in each window. Delivery was on time and install was done in one day. All the employees were professional and friendly and their customer service follow up is outstanding. We get a call every year for them to come out and do inspections to ensure the windows are up to their standards. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking into upgrading their windows.

Comment: **Updated Review**While we had some initial issues, it sounds like this was an anomaly for Elor and not the norm, nor the standard they like to hold themselves to.Since our project was completed, they’ve done everything they could do make our situation right. They’ve also communicated some additional safeguards they’ve put in place internally to help ensure our experience doesn’t happen to other folks moving forward.We really appreciate Elors diligent follow up with us to right the problems that occurred and would recommend them moving forward.--We recently used Elor for a roofing project but it will probably be the only project we complete with them.Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the level of communication coming from Elor. Our sales person made it sound like this was a well oiled machine and our experience did not reflect that.We werent able to get our roof project started immediately due to another project finishing at our house, but despite telling our sales person and the folks in the office that multiple times, without speaking to us first, they still sent a crew out to remove our solar system weeks ahead of when the project would be starting. As a general theme, we werent well informed on who would be showing up at our house, when, or what work would be completed.If youre not interested in micro-managing a home improvement project, I wouldnt recommend using Elor. My husband and I are both familiar with the roofing and solar industries which allowed us to be hands on and ensure the job was done completely and correctly (ex. ensuring everything was clean after each work day, that skylights and solar tubes were reinstalled, the solar was reinstalled correctly, a hole in our ceiling had been patched, that the job was actually done before we had an inspection - just to name a few). Had we not been heavily engaged, we dont feel overly confident everything would have been done the way it needed to be.Save for the last week of our project, we felt out of the loop and needed to initiate the outreach to Elor to understand how the project was progressing and/or address outstanding issues. We were under the impression wed have an internal project manager at Elor and we really didnt until we started being the squeaky wheel.Generally speaking, the roofing crew did a good job, had a good attitude, hustled on hot days, and we would have given more starts if this review was based solely on their work. However, as mentioned previously, we did need to micromanage the day-to-day and thats frustrating when the expectation was set otherwise.While the Elor Team was responsive after problems arose, having been in the industry, it’s frustrating to have to be the customer that makes noise to make sure your job is done correctly. Customers shouldn’t have to make a stink to ensure they’re being communicated with and their concerns are addressed.We were a referral from my mom who had windows installed by Elor a couple months ago. Thankfully my mom had a better experience than we did, however; she was told by the person who did the final walk through of her windows (who was also our sales person), if she referred someone she would receive a referral check. She has called the Elor team multiple times but has yet to receive her check despite the fact our project has been completed.We understand everyone is busy, but we chose Elor because the sales person made it seem like it would be a great and personalized customer experience. Unfortunately it was not.

Comment: After searching for a good roofing company for about a year or so, I decided to go with Elor. Something about their name caught my attention and not to mention the great reviews. Elor Energy did my roof, 1700sq. Ft. Complete tear off, facia and other wood that had been rotted and damage replaced and 3 skylight additions that added an abundance of light to my living room and kitchen. I went with an Energy efficient roof. Teal did a great job explaining the procedure, contract and financing options to make sure there were no “oh by the way” later on. He answered all questions and concerns we had. The job came out great. Took a little longer than expected but The job was Well done.When small issues arose, their customer service was ready and willing to handle the situation promptly. I checked few companies but these guys were the most professional and have best warranty and price. All the work was done as promised. I had all windows and roof done in five days. Amazing! Comment: Great experience w/ Adam Alex. We had a lot of really old single-pane windows in our home and we ended up replacing them with these new and modern double-pane ones by Elor. Adam ending up giving me a good price for the set and they ended up looking really great at the end!
