Comment: Used them to install stainless leaf screens on my gutters. The person who gave me a quote was knowledgeable and professional. He was the foreman for my neighbors job. Unfortunately he was not available for my job and I was assigned the B team. Had to get them to come back to address poor cleaning of the gutters and large gaps at the corner seams. Work was eventually performed satisfactorily. Pricing was on the high side (higher than Consumer Reportss figures per linear feet but much better than other quotes I received).

We had a challenging, older (120 year old Craftsman) home in Palo Alto with a steep, “cut up” roof. The teams’ attention to detail and dedication to meeting our needs throughout the process was noticeable and appreciated. Comment: Economy Roofing Installed a new roof in 2004, they did a good job. Everything was fine until the winter of 2012. I found, what appeared to be a roof leak coming from my garage ceiling. I immediately called Paul from Economy Roofing. He responded right away. During his inspection he located the leak and showed me pictures of the problem; Here I thought it was the roof however he thoroughly explained (using pictures and diagrams) that it was originating from my damaged wood siding. We agreed on a reasonable price and the next week he began to remove and replace the damaged siding. I was very pleased when Paul communicated every step of the way. He found further damage to the siding paper and some structure damage. While it was open he suggested to replace that too. He even repaired my Sheetrock damage to my garage ceiling. Ive lived in this house for over for several years and have had several contractors perform jobs on my home, but never has a contractor took the time to explain to me the step by step process like Paul did. Im so happy to have hired Economy Roofing I would highly recommend this company to anyone.Cheers
