His team got the job done quickly, which I appreciated given that Im sure a lot of people were chasing roofers at the time. Comment: I called Dr roof after I have gotten two other estimates. Dr roof offered better warranty and services. they were also the lowest estimate . I agreed to have Dr roof do a complete roof replacement. singles that is. I was told the job would take two days. after the second day ,I came home from work ,to find a new roof and everything cleaned up as though no one was ever there. I was told that I had some wood rot. and those needed to be replaced. after receiving the bill Dr roof still beat both the other estimates, even with the replaced wood. I highly recommend Dr roof for your remodeling.

Comment: We needed to replace our roof after a series of strong wind storms but we were having some issues getting our insurance company to pay for the full cost of replacing the roof. So we were tasked with getting a few estimates from roofers. Many of the roofers we called gave our roof a cursory glance and told us they couldn’t do the partial replacement suggested by our insurance company. Some of the roofers we called refused to come to the house to give us an estimate and some never even returned our call!But Dr. Roof gave our roof a thorough examination and told us that even though it was best to replace the entire roof that they would work with us if the insurance company refused. Armed with their estimate, we were able to go back to our insurance company and get the full amount.Even though we didnt get back to them for a few months, when we called to set up a date to choose the tiles we wanted and get the ball rolling, they were available the very next day. The day after that they started work removing the existing shingles and by the end of the following day the new roof was in place! The entire job was done in essentially two days!The workmen men were very professional too. They took measures to make sure nothing got into our pool and protected the plants we had around the house. When they were done, they cleared out all the debris so well that the area was cleaner than it was when they arrived! I would definitely recommend this company-they were fast, professional, did great work, took care of all the permits, AND not only did they stick to their original estimate, it was also among the lower ones we received! You just can’t go wrong with these guys!

Comment: I have one thing to say about this company - Nothing less than amazing. This company puts the homeowners first, which is a rarity nowadays. They give you the feeling and show you that they really care. Thats the result when people work and do what they truly love for a living.When they provided an estimate, it was all black and white, in simple terms (and if I didnt understand something they explain it and elaborate on things). If I had any question they would take the time and explain everything to me. One thing I REALLY LOVED is that they included EVERYTHING on the estimate. A lot of other companies they dont include a few things and then I find myself paying extras the whole way. Here I was specifically told that its an all inclusive. There is a permit allowance, theres % of wood replacement included, tile pieces allowance I mean they think of EVERYTHING! My Ex needed a new roof a few years back and this company (I wont mention names) came and did the job. Once they finished the demo they said they needed $7,000 extra!!! Can you believe it? 7k grand! So Im so happy Dr. Roofs differentiate themselves in this way of conducting business the right and honest way.I can truly say that I will recommend this company to everyone that needs anything honestly. I looked up their license and found out they have a B-General construction license, a C39-Roofing license and a C33-Painting. Its like these guys are a one stop shop! Haha.Anyways, to wrap this all up you guys, if you are looking for the real deal, for a company that works by law and up to code, without cutting corners - These are your guys 110%. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Thank you Dr. Roof & Sharp Remodeling. I know who to call for my next house project.

Comment: My wife and I purchased our current home in February of 2017. During the inspection process we were told our roof had 2-3 years left. Not really what we wanted to hear, especially since we were pouring tons of money into remodeling the house so the thought of a new roof wasnt appealing. Luckily, we had a couple of years so we could buy ourselves some time.Fast forward to the winter of 2018/2019 and the torrential downpours every other week. All of the rain proved too much for our roof and we started getting leaks, so the 2-3 years we had ended up being half that. Still pretty financially strapped after the remodel, we needed to find an affordable roofer to do the job. We hired a non-licensed contractor who said he could do the job at a very good price. Big mistake.Immediately after tearing down our existing roof his roofing guys disappeared. He was then left alone to do the work of 3 to 4 guys. Fast forward 6 weeks and only 60% of the plywood was completed; that meant we had no roof for 6 weeks. We even had rain at one point which resulted in leaks everywhere. By the end of the 6th week we sat him down and told him we needed either part of our money back (he had a good $12k by that point), or he needed to complete everything by the end of the week. He seemed ready to work after that but the very next day he showed up, left an hour later and never returned. We have not seen him since.We were in a major bind at this point. He took most of our money and didnt complete the job. We still needed our roof completed but were on a super tight budget. We got several estimates, most from legit roofers and a couple from non-licensed people who were more affordable. As tempting as it was to go with the cheaper option (again), especially in our predicament, we knew we needed to hire people that knew what they were doing.Ben, from Sharp Remodeling, came by and measured our roof. He then sat down and explained everything to me. He pointed out the errors the previous roofer made and why those mistakes would prevent us from passing inspection. He gave me background on his company and all the certifications they hold. He showed me the material they intend to use and finally he gave me a quote. He also said he could start the very next day. Honestly, I was expecting way more than what he quoted me, but the amount was still higher than we could afford. When he left he said I have a feeling Ill hear from you and with that he left. I discussed everything with my wife and I told her how confident I felt in Bens ability to get the job done and done right. Plus, the fact he could start immediately was huge as most other companies were 3-4 weeks out. I bit the bullet and called Ben back, just as he predicted. The contract was signed shortly after.Two guys showed up the next day at 8:30 am sharp. By 6:00 pm, they finished the rest of the plywood, fixed the existing issues from the previous roofer and laid down the paper making it ready for shingles. My wife and I were blown away. What took our previous guy 6 weeks to do, Bens guys were done in a single work day. They even got the city inspector out the same day to sign off on the plywood.The next few days was Easter weekend so they didnt come back until Monday morning. That day there were a total of 4 guys and they literally finished the entire roof. It took Sharp Remodeling 2 DAYS to finish the roof. I know a roof job normally takes less than 5 days, but we were still impressed by how quick they moved and got things done. Our roof looks amazing and Im confident in the work they performed. They hauled away all the trash and even put up a couple of chimney top covers that we requested.Theres really no amount of money you can put on peace of mind. As they say, you get what you pay for and when youre dealing with your home, you shouldnt cut corners. If its electrical, plumbing or roofing, you want it done right and done by professionals who stand by their work. I wholeheartedly endorse Sharp Remodeling and Im confident you wont be disappointed by your new roof.

Comment: Highly recommended! Gil was friendly and ready to go from day one, and the project wrapped up right on schedule. He was open and honest in sharing his opinions, while never pressuring me on anything. Everyone on his team is friendly, polite, and very hard working. Gil stayed involved every step of the way, personally visiting the job site a few times. Hes very detail oriented. Naturally a bunch of little side jobs popped up along the way (we did a huge re-do of the roof, house paint, and backyard), and Gil always had a trusted professional to turn to. Fair and transparent prices all around as well!
