Comment: DMB remodeled our bathroom, and it looks great! They took it down to the studs, and installed a beautiful walk in shower with stylish tile work and shower door. Everything went smoothly. Dan and his crew did a great job with all the plumbing etc…and the work was on schedule until the end. I recommend DMB and we would hire them again.

Comment: Dan was transparent, communicative, organized, and kept his word on timing & expectations through the entirety of the project. We had Dmb replace our kitchen & all bathroom countertops, sinks and faucets; repaint interior of house; install bathroom mirrors & lighting; install new carpet; dry wall for new fireplace; plumber for water tank leak; stain all cabinets & replace handles and knobs; and do other items that came up along the way for the project. We interviewed several contractors prior to selecting Dmb/Dan, and are so happy with our choice. Dan even guided us on what we should be doing along the way (eg purchase X by Y date) as this is our first home ownership. We will definitely be asking Dmb to do our future projects at the house! Comment: Quality, efficiency, reliability, and communication are what I look for in a contractor. I care a lot about value and I have very high expectations for the outcome. And boy did DMB come through! Not only that, but surprisingly, they exceeded my expectations across the board and even put together my daughters doll house birthday present to help me out!I originally met Dan to quote me on my backyard reno. I did not go with DMB for the yard and frankly thats my only regret at this point...Dan came to the house to walk through the scope of work and was incredibly helpful in terms of what to expect, how to prepare, and what I needed to do to pull everything together so they could be most effective in execution of my vision for my new home. For this first round, we did a partial kitchen, fireplace, secondary bathroom (jack & jill style) upstairs and last minute added on the powder room downstairs as well. I was quoted 3-5 weeks for the project and even with the extra work, the job was done in 5 weeks, just after Thanksgiving! Everyone I know that has construction work done complains about delays and the timeline more than anything else. I was very proud to say the timeline was definitely met and did not sacrifice quality in the least! Were there a few material delays? You bet! And some of those were 100% my fault anyway.While DMB does not offer design services, they are knowledgeable enough about design to make solid recommendations or connect you with local (free) design services along the way.The phrase above and beyond comes to mind thinking of DMB Builders. I am so immensely happy with the outcome and cannot wait to do the master bath next! DMB Builders has me as a customer and referral for life!

It started when Dan and the team renovated my guest bathroom for me earlier this year after some damage due to sewer line repair. I had requested bids from a few places and felt dmb was the right fit. From start to finish there was excellent communication. My house is older so some of the surprises left behind by previous owners didnt phase this team. They did an excellent job - on time, on budget, attention to detail and a great crew! I was so happy with their work that it was a no brainer to hire them for my kitchen remodel. Another incredible job! Comment: What I like the most about DMB Builder remodel of our bathroom is a step-by-step approach from A to Z. They asked for our initial ideas, helped with the design, and selecting materials (one of the most challenging tasks considering the variety of the materials). Then the work started, and it was completed withing the budget and the set time frame. I wanted to replace the tub with the walk-in shower, make the space modern but not over the top and thats what the team from DMB Builder helped us to accomplish.
