Comment: As soon as we met with Mark for an estimate to convert our garage into a Junior ADU we knew he was the guy we were hiring. Mark is a constant professional and a great judge of character, that’s why his team is the best. He is critical of the work being done, the materials used, and the timeline to complete the job. He made recommendations and also accommodated our needs. He has strong relationships with everyone he works with, so their work standards are similar to his. Comment: Mark is a true gem in the contractor space, and he and his team are total professionals, both in the way they interact with us clients and in the quality of the work they produce. My wife and I had him convert a garage into an ADU, this included extending back to add a bedroom and converting the existing garage structure into a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. Mark was super responsive and always provided budgetary options before decisions we made. We ended up working with him and his architect to add a statement looking patio with pavers, a built-in fire pit, and a disco ball:). Id highly recommend him to others that are looking for someone who can do quality work (wont be the cheapest, but wont be the most expensive), but will be honest, and also a great friend in the process. He could tell that we were sometimes indecisive on a few areas and was always there to guide us through the decision making looking at it from a vision, cost, and overall return perspective. I trust him and would love to work with him again.

Comment: We hired Daniels Development and Construction for a complete kitchen remodel, and for an electrical panel upgrade. Mark, the contractor who was responsible for the project was a great guy. He never left us hanging, and was precise on the job schedule. Of course, the job had unexpected surprises that delayed the project. There was the damaged subfloor, and termite damaged wood in the wall frame, but mark was able to efficiently solve the issues and continue on with the project. Me and my wife really love our new kitchen. Thank you Daniels

Comment: Had Daniels Construction help me with my project of complete home remodel.New windows, doors, new stucco a new roof, some structural repair and lost of little details have given our house the overhaul we were hoping for. The home was built in the 1950’s and the previous home owner had done zero upgrades.  Needless to say we had to remodel the kitchen, bathrooms update all electrical and plumbing.  I was very pleased with the help and ideas Mark the contractor gave us.  He was very knowledgeble and guided us thru the entire project.  I like how he kept us up to date on what the next step and what to expect as far as time frame.Great and attentive service.Wouldn’t hesitate in calling them again for future projects!

Comment: I hired Daniels Design and Construction for a Pool Renovation, hardscaping, landscaping, remodeling of existing bathrooms, and upgrading main electric panel. Daniels did a coping replacement, tile replacement, plastering, replacement to a salt water system, pool heating system, and an addition of a tanning ledge, which turned the entire pool into a water feature.The remodeled bathrooms came out really nice with attention to small details. The cost of the project was $92,000. Daniels Design and Construction is professional and a reliable construction company with experienced workers. Comment: I recently finish an addition and a complete remodel of my house. I hired Daniels Design & Construction. It was a $ 225,500 project, an addition of a master bedroom, and an outside deck at my backyard, with a view of the mountain ranges. Theoretically, the deck was a very difficult task to complete. There was many things that had to be prepared for it to be done, like getting an approval from the city, but Mark, the contractor took care of everything with the highest commitment. The contractor is very experienced and professional. His workers are respectful, and can be trusted with no doubt.An overall great experience with this company, Im happy from what Daniels Design & Construction have done out of my house, with a relatively low price to the amount of work that as been done.Thank you Mark , J. The management team was compassionate, experienced and professional. Their knowledge and recommendations were always helpful and improved the overall outcome of the project in simple, cost-saving ways. The specialized construction crews that they employed were always polite and professional and were all highly skilled in their craft. They too had great suggestions that I truly appreciated. I will hire Daniel’s Construction & Remodeling again for future remodeling projects and it goes without saying that I recommend them highly to anyone looking for a contractor that is fair, professional knowledgeable and compassionate in the performance of their job.
