My home insurance said they’re going to terminate my insurance unless I provide a report by a licensed contractor, and I needed a report fairly soon. They set me up with an appointment the next day, and their system kept me updated the entire time on approximate arrival.Dana runs a well-oiled machine of a business, and you should really pay attention to how he operates. From scheduling to the report, everything was efficient. He has years of experience so he can easily spot that needs to be addressed. He was in-and-out in an hour or so, with a report to come a few days later.I love supporting our local hardworking family businesses that provide top-tier services, and you should too.Thank you Dana for shoehorning my home into your busy schedule!!

Comment: I had a roof leak this past winter while I was not home. I arranged for Dan Logsdon to give me a free estimate. Once they looked at the roof and diagnosed the problem they gave me an estimate and a time for the repair to be done. It took a long time as the unexpected rain this winter caused a lot of damage to peoples roofs. When the time came, they sent out two techs to do the repair. It was done professionally; they explained why the damage happened and how they fixed it. In addition, they also looked at the rest of the roof and fixed up a bunch of slit tiles. I was very happy with the service. Of course, I wont know for sure how the repair will fare this winter, but I am fairly confident it will be fine.

The roofing companies were not answering their phones because they were overwhelmed with request. Dana Logsdon showed up had proper equipment to give me an estimate and appointment was scheduled. It took a little time for them to schedule it but the delay was understandable. I cant talk about a good value or not because I couldnt schedule any other business. The one other roofing business that showed up didnt have proper equipment, ie a tall ladder, etc. & never returned with an estimate. I am happy with their service and the crew that showed up was on time, clean and respectful.

Comment: This review is many months late. We had Dana install a new roof, gutters and solar on our home back in February. It was lengthy process from start to finish but they made everything so easy. They blocked out a time between the roof and gutter install for us to bring in a painter to paint our trim a new color.We worked with Chris, Johnny and Anthony to install our solar. The solar department was a new department of company and the three of them handled it beautifully. Johnny and Anthony were able to assess the panel placement during install and made some adjustments to the plans to get the best results. He did such an amazing job, I just called him to do a roof inspection for one of my buyer clients on a home currently in Escrow. After explaining my issue, they were friendly & helpful, offering to do a free estimate on a repair and/or a replacement; they scheduled me for the next day! Comment: I contracted Dana Logsdon Roofing for a new roof, solar system, and replacement seamless gutters. They are truly a one stop shop and did an excellent job on all aspects of the job. From start to finish his crews showed up exactly when they said they would every day and left my house as clean as when they arrived.Gary handled the re-roofing of my home and took care to address all of the questions or concerns I had throughout the process. On the solar side, Chris and his crew put together a beautiful system that I believe is the best looking in the neighborhood. The gutter system was a challenge due to the age and decorative fascia of my home but they found a solution that will work great for years to come. I would highly recommend Dana Logsdon Roofing for their attention to detail and competitive prices.
