Comment: If you can contract directly with Copp, I would recommend them. If they are sub-contracted by DaBella, then beware.Gen from the Copp office staff was very helpful. Good communication and customer service. I did have some issues with crew workmanship, but they were willing to send out a different worker to correct the issues. Request Alonso if you can.DaBella as the prime contractor was a nightmare to work with. They caused so many issues for both the customer and Copp during my project that we had to resolve. Before, during and after the project was a constant hassle and inconvenience. The complete opposite of what a properly-managed home improvement project is supposed to be for the customer.

They moved furniture & other items, protected the carpet, replaced the rafter, matched the stain, and put things back in order for me. Comment: This year I needed both roof fixes and interior fixes due to rain/water damage. Copp was able to work on both. Specifically wanted to call out the attention to detail and quality of Ryan A. and Daniel who did the interior work. I was really concerned about the drywall, molding, electrical, paint, etc. being at a level where you could not tell that anything had every happened. Ryan and Daniel fixed everything in a timely manner and the repairs are so clean you cannot in fact tell anything had happened. Appreciate their attention to detail.

Comment: We had a water leak that damaged the ceiling in our kitchen during the rain storms this past January. It was inspected by Sunrun, located and repaired, but for the interior ceiling damage Sunrun referred the repair work to Copp Roofing and Construction. And we are so glad they did!My first contact was with Teresa who scheduled the appt. She was a pleasure to talk to! Very upbeat and communicative. The person she scheduled to do the work was Ryan Arroyo. I cant really say enough about him. He was courteous, respectful and very professional. He explained everything before he started and made every effort not to interrupt our life while making the repairs. His work is impeccable! You would never know there was ever any damage. He stayed as long as he needed to be able to complete it in one day and cleaned everything up when he was finished. If Ryan and Teresa are typical of CRCs team then you cant go wrong with this company!Ive worked with multiple repairmen and contractors during the last 31 years and have never had such a positive experience! I highly reccomend this company and if they let you make requests ask for Ryan...

Comment: I called these guys because they were local to Lake Arrowhead. Spoke with Connor who then came by my home to review and take pictures of the damaged areas that needed repairs. In addition to the damage from Januarys storm, he also pointed out that a lot of the seals around the chimney, exhaust pipes, etc. needed to be redone, which I was aware from my own inspection of the roof. He also pointed out nails showing through the ridge caps, indicating that the caps had worn down quite a bit and could start letting small amounts of water leak through. I wanted it all fixed and they quoted a fair price. It was nice that Connor stuck with the project from start to finish so that I felt like I had a project manager to work with. They were able to get me in quick and came and did the job on a Saturday. I wasnt home, but they sent pictures of the work and my partner later went by the house and inspected the work himself. VERY solid work and super happy with it. You can even tell there used to be broken through area on the overhangs. I highly recommend these guys!

Comment: It was refreshing to do business with professionals who do one thing and they excel at it. I needed a new roof for my house at Big Bear Lake and local roofers were not available. Some even put on their answering machine that we should call next year! Others either didnt return calls or promised to call back and didnt. When I called Copp Roofing, the first thing that surprised me was that I was talking to a knowledgeable and courteous person - ready to help, now! They came back with a price that was a little higher than I would have liked, but in retrospect it was worth it because everything was hassle free. They arranged financing with 0% if paid within 1 year, and that helped. Next, they blocked off a date and promised a completion within 10 days. Despite rain almost every day, they were there every day and delivered a new roof as promised. That is worth the extra price.Also, they gave me a fixed price and I asked them if there would be extras. They told me that probably there would be, because the wood underneath probably rotted. In the end there was NO extra cost. When you get honesty on top of professionalism, in my opinion, it is well worth paying a little extra. Consider the risks you take with others who may underbid this company. Can you rely that they will deliver? Copp Roofing came through for us!

Comment: I had a roof leak limited to the porch area, which was surprising because my house was built in 2009. Nick was excellent. He climbed up there and noted that the porch area was built with staples instead of nails. He was able to replace the porch area only, which was a huge savings. He was concerned that the materials might not match, due to age and new products, however, I honestly can not see any difference in color.The company was responsive, professional, and made this repair in a timely manner.

Comment: I hired Copp Roofing to fix my deck. The rail was loose and two of the deck boards were rotting. When I called, I was connected with Ryan who came out and conducted the inspection. Ryan got back to me with the estimate within a day or two so the turn around time was very quick. I was satisfied with the estimate and decided to move forward with booking. They were able to get me an appointment very soon so I was happy they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. Spencer came out to do the repair and I am very satisfied with the results. Spencer replaced the two deck boards and painted them. He also secured the rail and it no longer wobbles when leaning on it. I am very happy knowing that my deck is safe and I can fully enjoy it. I would definitely recommend this company. They always answer the phone and the response time is amazing. Thank you Ryan and Spencer for excellent customer service. I am a satisfied customer!

Sample of roofs are outside and just this structure alone (office) with red roof is architecturally resplendant.Time in all things. Comment: Copp Roofing installed a high quality roof with an excellent guarantee. Their staff were wonderful to work with. Their installers were professional, on time, and did a great job. They also installed four skylights that are made for the heavy snow loads that mountain roofs must withstand. The installers framed the skylights beautifully (see photo). The skylights have transformed my kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. My rooms are full of light and I look up and see bright blue sky and soaring pine trees. I highly recommend this company! UPDATE: We just had a weekend of rain, freezing rain, and then a foot of snow and the roof and skylights didnt leak.

I got about 5 estimates and Copp was extremely competitive. This is a family business and that’s the kind of personal attention you get. The roofers they sent out were professional, courteous and very careful about protecting my property and cleaning up after themselves. The communication from everyone was excellent and even my neighbors commented on how the roofers never stopped going. The other perk is that Copp offers the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty which is an extended non prorated coverage. I can’t say enough about them!

Comment: I recently employed Copp Roofing and Construction, Inc to Re-Roof my Manufactured Home in Redlands, CA. Since I am an out of state owner of the property in Redlands, my concern was obtaining a reliable and ethical roofing company. As we all know roofing companies come and go and sometimes the customer is stuck. I also know that an AVERAGE Roofer gives you and AVERAGE job and a GOOD Roofer will give a GOOD Roof. Well, in my opinion Copp Roofing and Construction gave me an OUTSTANDING job and their customer service was beyond anything I have experienced in the past. There were several regulation issues (Community Association / City / County / State) which without Copp’s help and knowledge I would never been able to successfully comply with or navigate through. In addition, they provided a warranty that far exceeded any of the other three re-roof bids I had solicited.
