Comment: Conejo Valley roofing did a great job and had it done in three days (including the post tear-off inspection), plus their price was the best that I found with a licensed/insured company. They did well with the post tear-off clean up as well.

Comment: Spencer and Conejo Valley Roofing did an excellent job with our concrete tile roof repair. They tracked and fixed the issue which required replacing some of the Waterproofing layer and were able to do it on time and at the agreed price. They were very professional and I highly recommend going with them.

Comment: In the new world where it’s hard to even get a return phone call let alone a roof installed- CV Roofing was just the opposite. Spencer and his team were amazing!!! From the appointment consultation right through the reroof everything was a breeze. The team was professional, on time and did great work. Competitive pricing, quick scheduling, and honest assessments of my roof condition in line with proposed scope of work from other bids.Spencer and his team replaced the underlayment and did a tile relay for us prior to our solar installation. They also replaced outdated attic vents with fireproof vents and did a great job cleaning up the site when they were finished.

His crew was so nice that I was actually sad to see them leave on their last day of work. They cleaned up, and even helped me get rid of boxes that couldn’t fit in my recycling, totally unrelated to roofing, but this really left a lasting impression on me. I asked for many things and they delivered above and beyond. My roof is the best on my street thanks to Spencer and his crew. I know that I am waxing lyrical about Conejo Valley Roofing but this was a noisy and dusty week and they worked from sunup till sundown to finish on time and deliver a beautiful, strong roof.With sincere thanks,Lucy

Comment: This was so easy. Spencer Fosnaugh, at Conejo Valley Roofing was quick to get back to me to inspect for a roof repair. He sent me an estimate immediately and then found an opening in his schedule to do the repair that week, instead of the 3 week date he originally gave. With all the rain we’ve had, CVR IS SUPER BUSY, so 5 stars, thumbs up, and cheers for Spencer and CVR!

Comment: Spencer of Conejo Valley Roofing is an all star! 40 yr old roof needed repairs before solar install. Spencer gave me a price competitive quote (his was the 2nd lowest of 5...and the lowest bid never returned my call back‍) with various options: no hard sell on anything. We needed to replace nearly all the wood trim and he quoted me a competitive price as well. His crew did a repaper (reused as many of the old tiles to keep price low) and it was done in 2-3 days! All nails, broken tiles, old paper liners, and trash picked up, and this shouldve been an easy 5-star review!But solar company came and broke a few hundred tiles. And we were about to have the heavy February rains start the next day. So Spencer sent a crew out from 4-7 PM THAT NIGHT; they patched up what they could, then they returned the next morning to complete the work. NO LEAKS!!!Again this shouldve been the end of a stellar review, but I made a mistake with the payment. Spencer was extremely gracious while we sorted out the bank issues.So you can check out other roofing companies to satisfy your OCD itch, but Conejo Valley Roofing is on my Hey, do you know of a roofer? referral list. Thanks Spencer!!!

Comment: We had a leak in our chimney and every time it rained it would get lots of water dripping in.. It appeared to be a problem the previous owners had and never fixed bc there was water damage to the ceiling and wall.We hired another company and they said they fixed it. It leaked again so they came out again but still didnt fix it.Conejo valley roofing came and noticed that the sheet metal and flashing near the chimney was not done properly. They ripped up a large section of the roof and redid everything.More than 6 months later and lots of rain and no more leaking thankfully.

Comment: I called Spencer today, and he was so responsive and kind. I live in the bay area, and asked for some advice on my in-laws roof since they live in the LA area. He went as far as to review some pictures I received, and shared his expertise over the phone. He was even willing to send someone from his team out to inspect today as a second opinion. Comment: My house was built in 1980 and still had the original roof. My wife’s sister had used this company and highly recommended them to us. I knew it was time for a new roof. Shingles were peeling and it was really faded, but half the reason why I didn’t get it done sooner is I didn’t want to spend all this money on a company I didn’t fully trust. I am grateful that I was given Spencer’s number, really nice guy. Very knowledgeable, you could tell he knew what he was doing. He put my wife and I at ease which is huge when there’s a big construction project like this going on at our home. They did a great job and we think we have the best looking roof in our neighborhood now!

Comment: Just bought a house in Morrison Ranch last summer (Jul-13) and had some roof worries during the sale. So, we had the sellers add roof coverage to the home warranty. When the storm blew through a couple weeks ago, the concerns turned out to be valid. Leaking water through the recessed light cans in the kitchen. So, we had the warranty company send out their roofer and he was a total ripoff. I wanted a second opinion and called Rick w/ Conejo Valley Roofing on a recommendation from my neighbor.Rick came out an gave us a great quote. He showed up the next day, did the work he said and met his quote. Actually he was $50 over, but that was only because he had to replace a few more broken tiles that were found while his crew was on the roof. Also, they reattached the flashing around a vent pipe that had come loose. And, he called to let me know before he went ahead w/ anything additional.My only complaint is that he read me the riot act about people never giving him a review online. So, here I am making good on my word to put out the good word. All jokes aside this was definitely one of my better contractor experiences. And, whenever you find a good contractor it is great to help them out. So, if you have a roof problem, or are getting a jump on a problem call Rick to help you out.n You wont be disappointed.

Comment: Several years ago I had Rick from Conejo Valley Roofing come over to give me an estimate on a new roof for not only my current home but the 1252 sq ft we were adding. He was very professional and knowledgeable and his price was very comperable to the 3 other bids I had received. I chose to go with his company because he was the only one who answered the phone when I called, came over to give me bid my job when he said he would and gave me my bid the next day!!! He had all kinds of smaples for me to choose from and was able to give me homes close by where I could see the actual product on other roofs that he had replaced recently. After he got the job he and his crew were always on time, pleaseant to speak to and always cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Conejo Valley Roofing for any re-roof or repairs...theyre the BEST!
