Comment: I had several spots on my tile roof that needed help. Broken tiles, missing tile from solar installation, etc. I had trouble getting someone to fix it, since it was a “small” job. Other companies told me they wouldn’t be able to find replacement tiles.Colton came out quickly, reviewed the roof and had a crew out quickly. They did the job, took before and after pictures, and were very informative about what they found. The pricing was amazing.I will definitely be working with this company in the future to keep my roof in good shape.

Comment: I called this company to get a quote on my roof estimate. They didn’t call back to set an appointment. I followed up. I received 2 tentative days for the quote. I called back again to see if an estimate was done. The secretary said she would look into it and hasnt called me back. Setting up a quote is a hassle.Update-After talking to Madison, my roof estimate was done that same day with the quote in the evening. My estimate was done fast and I was followed up with several times and asked if I had any questions. Thank you

Comment: We couldnt be happier w/ extensive work done on our house by CJM Roofing. We had many problems caused by smoke from wild fires, torrential rains and age of the house (20+ yrs), leading to extensive dry rot. Work included replacement of roof and chimney fascia boards, repair of leaking gutters, rebuilding a section of the roof w an open skylight that was falling apart, fixing and replacing areas of stucco as well as replacement of a main cross beam related to the skylight that had gone bad. Colton had a great crew of guys, and closely supervised all subcontractors to ensure all work was done perfectly. Highly recommend CJM Roofing!

Comment: Had a great experience with CJM Roofing. Colton, the owner, came out the same day I called. I knew there was a need for some repair work to be done … and/or possibly a reroofing. I also had a concern about a leak from a second-story balcony leaking down into the garage wall below after all the rains earlier in the year and mold starting to grow. The roof above the garage where the balcony is was removed and redone. They did a great job! They worked hard and were very respectful of my property. Very impressed with Colton, as well as all the crew that came out and did the work. The home is a 40+ year-old home with the original tile roofing. Colton had checked the entire roof on the rest of the house and took pictures of the areas that needed to be addressed and where tiles were cracked and needed to be replaced, but indicated he didn’t feel there was a need for an entire reroof. They took pictures before, during their work, and after. I feel Colton was very honest and fair and was responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Totally a nice guy. I’m very pleased with CJM Roofing and crew and the work they performed. I would definitely call them in the future.

They were also the most responsive constructuon company I have ever dealt with. Showing me patience and responsiveness through all of my questions before pulling the trigger. We had many snags with weather but I never felt forgotten about. I would highly recommend working with CJM for your new roof!

Comment: My wife and I were looking to get our 30 plus year old roof replaced recently and I solicited many bids from a number of roofing companies in the fresno county area.From the moment Colton first presented himself to inspect our home in preparation to submit his bid, I was struck by his promptness, knowledge and professionalism.Keep in mind that many companies didn’t even bother to show up or were shoddy in just the bidding process. Some would inspect and not bother to submit an email bid as promised.What a refreshing experience it was dealing with CJM.Colton spent a lot of time discussing the roofing installation and walked me through the entire process as it would transpire.His company also does repairs of wood siding on homes and our aging home certainly had some issues that required attention as we are the original owners of the property. Colton’s crew was incredible in their attention to detail and in their diligence. They never rushed and Colton checked with me daily during the process to address any questions or concerns.I rarely take the time to detail out reviews like this but CJM Roofing was so exemplary in their performance that I felt compelled to detail my experience with the company.It’s also a plus when your contacts with the company office is a smooth and enjoyable experience and Colton’s wife Madison, who runs the office was also very professional!What can I say? Comment: Fast, professional, honest and reasonable pricing. I was told by a home insurance inspector that a roof tile was broken. I was not sure whether this minor issue could justify a visit from a roof pro but contacted CJM Roofing anyway for the peace of my mind. It turned out that no tile was broken but CJM Roofing did some adjustment of some tiles that had shifted out of place. The fee was reduced than the originally given pricing due to the situation but considering the work done, Its well worth it. I appreciate their honesty and being flexible. I recommend their service to anyone having roof issues.

Comment: First of all, the only roofing company of the 6 called that returned my call. They made it a priority to get over to discover the leak and get me a quote. Once I accepted the quote, I was scheduled for about 4 weeks put (lots of homes with roof damage this year). They called about 4 days later, and were able to squeeze me in. They did the work fast, fixed a few small but critical things discovered but not in the quote ( no extra charge). They communicate throughout, cleaned up their mess. It was an all around positive experience. We will have him check the roof annually, now, so that we dont have anymore surprising leaks. Highly recommend.

Comment: Let me just start off by saying CJM Roofing is the best roofing company in town. CJM Roofing did a complete re-roof on my house, and they exceeded all of my expectations (customer service, quality craftsmanship and professionalism). Before CJM replaced my roof, I had gotten 3 estimates from other local roofing companies. Colton ( the owner) gave me the best estimate that no one could beat, so I decided to go with him. His estimate was $ 3,000 cheaper than the other companies, and he was very honest and professional from the get go. Colton walked me through the whole process, and he gave me updates on the progress several times a day as the work was being completed on my roof. He even handled the city inspection and did everything I needed to do. The replacement took a week which is very fast in my opinion. My roof looks great now, and its GAF certified. I dont have to worry about it for 30 years. I will totally recommend CJM Roofing to anyone and everyone I know that needs roof work. I am completely satisfied.

Comment: I want to recommend Colton McQuay with CJM Roofing. He exceeded my expectation. Previously in the last 5 years, I hired 2 different roofers. Both failed to solve my problem. Colton had WC insurance, liability coverage and a bond. He provided a detailed professional bid. He was prompt and if running late, he let me know. Colton showed me why I had leaks in parts of my roof and explained how it should be fixed. Colton helped me understand how the 7 V valleys work on a cement tile roof. I knew leaves could be a problem but what moss does to these cement roofs. I felt like a pro was helping fix my roofing leaks and POTENTIAL roofing leaks. Comment: Highly recommended!!! Colton was referred to us by another contractor. We needed dry rot on our homes fascia board replaced and a gutter added. Since he is a certified roofer, we asked him to take a look at our roof as well. He provided pictures of areas that we asked him to check, and provided photos to update us on the progress of the work. The finished product is a great relief - that we wont have to worry about more leaks in the roof. And everything was cleaned up (old broken roof tiles, rotted boards, etc.) and hauled away as promised. The work was quick (as scheduled and as promised) and thorough. And the prices, reasonable. We have already recommended Colton to friends who plan to make improvements on their homes as well.
