Comment: Reached out to Central Roofing after purchasing a 13,500 square foot building and realized I had some significant leaks along the walls and around the skylights along with pooling water on some of the roof (due to all the rain late 2022/early 2023). Since I own the building, I wanted a company that A) had a significant warranty AND B) a company that I could trust to be in business later to honor the warranty. Was lucky enough to work with Mauro (production manager of Central Roofing) on the entire project I am feeling great about the work. They did a silicon coating over the existing cap sheet roof and they did a very extensive prep job. They also replaced 6 skylights and changed out two more of the skylights to smoke vents (per OCFA request). They replaced about 8 sheets of heavily damaged plywood as well as prepped the raw plywood so water flow will drain correctly. They also did the small things that matter like replacing the drain scuppers, properly terminating and removing a non operable heat pump, and replacing some outdated/in-operable weather vents and carrying the silicon coating all the way up the cinder brick walls. Job was just completed about a week ago, so time will tell, but I can tell you the experience thus far was well above expectation. Central Roofing and Mauro were .... thorough, prompt, stayed within agreed budget, respectful of our operation, and explained everything in such a manner that I feel confident in the service/product for many years to come. Comment: Since the 1980s Ive worked with numerous roofing contractors and consistently relied on Central Roofing. The staff is professional, produces quality work, and recommends alternatives when applicable. Main decision point is Central Roofing is one of very few companies who honor their warranty. With two decades of business now, I continue to recommend Central Roofing to other property management firms as well as family members. Their most recent work in July 2023.

Comment: I recently have had some repairs done to a commercial building we have here in California. I have tried other vendors in the past and usually get left with areas that need future repairs. The few times I have had Central Roofing out for repairs and maintenace the roof always seems to be in better operating condtion then prior to the repairs made by them.I highly suggest Central Roofing for roof repairs at our various buildings.

Comment: I work for a commercial property management firm in Los Angeles. I have worked now on 2 projects with Central Roofing. Both times we received excellent service from Brendan and Mauro who run the show over there. The scheduling came fast, the repairs were on point, and the job sites were left cleaner then they were before they got there. The pricing was super competitive and mixed with the quality of work we got we could not of been happier. Highly recommend giving these guy a call when you are in need of some roof repairs.
