He showed me my options to allow me to protect my home value by adding texture coat, rain gutters and installation to my home. The first day of install we could feel a HUGE difference in the temperature inside the house. We even added a new window and it has made a world of difference! CAT Exteriors called me out of the blue and said they were offering programs to help homeowners replace old A/C units at a discount. Figured I would give them a shot. John A came out and talked to my wife and I about the programs. Didnt throw out any sales pitches and answered all of our questions with no BS. Was really friendly and even took a look in our attic to see whether we needed to have our existing ducts replaced or not. Comment: We usually dont answer the door when a salesman rings the doorbell, but this time we did and are so happy with the results. Set up an appointment for Kal to come out and give us an estimate for front yard landscaping, which included a large front lawn and 100 foot slope. We wanted artificial turf and werent sure what we wanted on the slope. A few days later, Tim, the Project Manager and Angel, the Foreman, came by and finalized the plans. We changed a couple of things based on their recommendations. The next day a crew showed up and spent the next 3 days (7:30-5:00) working on our yard. We also had them replace the artificial turf in our backyard which was over 20 years old. We were so impressed with the professionalism of everyone. Every night before they left, the crew cleaned everything up. From the time we met with Kal to the finished product was two weeks. The yard looks beautiful and we are beyond happy with it. Thank you to Kal, Tim, Angel, and the crew for the beautiful work. We will definitely refer them.

Mark showed up to give us our options and go over financials, when I say he made things easy I might consider it an understatement. He showed us all of our options, from the patio to fixtures to financing. He then set up our appointment with Juan and his team for a couple of DAYS later. They showed up, measured, had the whole plan done in an hour or so, and even took time to play with our puppy. They are professional, honest, and very kind. Rolando was who we worked with once the projected started not sure if his title is project manager, but it should be. Comment: I just want to say your marketing sales manger Chalmer is AMAZING he has great customer service really knows about what he does! Made us feel very comfortable, and didn’t pressure us at all on making our decision! When we did make our decision he went over the top to get us finance stay in contact with us until we were approved! I really can’t wait to see our finished project and we can sit back and relax and enjoy it! Oh yah also forget to say got us booked fast to get the project guy out to do the measuring so that was pretty awesome! Can’t wait to tell you guys about our finished patio overhang done by CAT Exteriors!

Comment: CAT Exteriors replaced (10) of our existing aluminum framed windows from 1973 with the Anlin Delmar windows . We are happy with the look of our new Anlin Delmar windows and notice the difference in noise inside the home. Our marketing manager was a pleasure to work with and Chad gave us a great price. The installers were on time, did an amazing job and were clean and efficient. I would highly recommend CAT Exteriors as your contractor of choice. Thanks again!!!

Comment: I was very pleased with the initial experience. I had to reschedule a number of times, and they were very accommodating. When we finally were able to meet, Kal was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of our two kids running around. There was some negotiation, but there was never any pressure. Great experience so far.Update:The work on our patio cover is completed, and we are all very happy with the results and the journey. We probably werent the easiest people to work with. Either we misunderstood something or we changed our minds, but the team was always supportive and helpful. They really did everything to go out of their way to give us exactly what we wanted. This was true for every person we worked with. Starting with the initial consultation (Kal), manager (Raul), to the installers and electrician (I didnt get their names). Thank you all for the great service and the wonderful patio cover.

Chalmer also gave me an excellent overview, a presentation, Chalmer showed me the materials that will be use on the roof of my home, answerd all my question , completed the application, and I was 100% approvedthe same day .
