He was very nice and professional.He told me the roof is not in good shape and part of it was patched up a few years ago but everything is 33 years old and needs work.He gave me a very competitive price to repair the roof and told me the truth right off the bat.

Comment: Capitol Roofing replaced the old roof of my new purchase. They were professional and provided excellent quality service. I found them using Yelp and so glad I did. They were the best quote out of three. I was under pressure to replace the roof to get insurance and glad I chose them.

Comment: We are so fortunate to have found Adrian and his company. I received five quotes for our roof, and he was the only one who actually got on a ladder to inspect and give a comprehensive bid. Adrian is very experienced and stands by the reputation of his work, his crew, and company to make sure we were satisfied with the end result.Our roof is very difficult, with a steep pitch, as well as some flat areas, for which he ended up using a roll-out product that looks great. His crew removed three layers of asphalt shingle, as well as the original wood shake, installed all new plywood, and did an amazing job installing new shingles. They even replaced some of the fascia that had been rotting.They did an excellent job cleaning the job site after each day, and it took a total of seven working days to complete our project. He worked with my wife and I to place the vents in places where they would be less visible, but still effective. I can already feel the house is cooler as it’s starting to warm up.
