Comment: BYLTup handled a commercial renovation for us in 2023. They executed everything perfectly, and helped us navigate a difficult bottleneck with the city. We were under a tight timeline to complete construction in order to complete the sale of the building. The BYLTup team made sure we completed everything on schedule and, maybe most importantly, within budget. I will definitely use them again!

Comment: The BYLTup team from Brady to Erica to the installers led by Ronald were very professional and customer focused. I tend to be a high maintenance customer and they were patient and answered all my questions. Even more important they did excellent work replacing all the fascia boards and laying down a new roof and GAF solar shingles. I highly recommend!

Comment: Our old historic home in San Pedro was a serious puzzle for any roofer. Steep slopes, high clearances, lots of intersecting planes and high walls and windows made our job and the details very challenging. The entire construction team exceeded our expectations, and they went above and beyond to ensure that there was a line of communication open throughout the installation process. The crew demonstrated a high level of detail with every single task they accomplished. They arrived on time every single day and when they left for the day they left their work area SPIC AND SPAN clean and completely spotless! Every single employee worked hard, and we saw a level of teamwork rarely seen in construction….The entire work crew was polite, respectful, congenial, and friendly. Brady oversaw the installation from start to finish, and he provided an accurate and reasonable quote. He informed us of any extra tasks that needed to be performed. Comment: BYLTUP installed the GAF solar roof on my home. No issues are leaks during the rainy season we just had in Cali. I’ve had the solar up and running for about three months now. on the third month it zeroed out my electric bill. It still produces during the overcast days, but just not enough to zero out my electric bill. I am hoping during the spring and summer time I build up enough credits to keep my bills zeroed out during the winter time. GAF offers an awesome warranty so if it does not produce what I was quoted, I have no concerns about them honoring what they guarantee. If the roof produces what I was quoted it will pay for itself. the cost I was quoted to install a new roof by itself and Solar separately equaled the amount I paid for the solar roof. The good thing about getting the solar roof is that you can finance the cost of the roof. So instead of paying $25,000 cash for a roof by itself, I was able to finance it. If the roof produces what I was quoted, the roof totally pays for itself. I also got a 30% tax rebate so I am a happy customer. GAF gives the roof a 50 year warranty. I would recommend this roof to a family member or friend. I looked at different companies who offer solar roofs, but the cost is so expensive that the roof would not pay for itself. Anyway, good luck on your search for the perfect roof.

Brady was very professional and helpful and he absolutely went above and beyond to both stop the leaking and then fix the roof. I had an estimate for the work the next day and was booked to complete the work a couple weeks later. After their on site inspection it was determined that the roof still had some useful life left and after discussing it with BYLTup’s on site representative we decided to go with preventative maintenance. The roof was cleaned, drains re-sealed and all pipes/flashings re-coated the following week. BYLTup saved us thousands on re-roofing costs and now has us on an annual maintenance plan.
