Vito then went up on the roof and took pics and said it was most likely a build up of leaves and a moved tile. Vito bushed the leaves away and straightened the tile. So very thank for honest people. When I need a roofing company I will be calling BSW

Comment: With my two page questionnaire in hand, I met with four roofing companies and four solar companies before choosing BSW. It was one of the best home improvement decisions and experiences Ive ever had. BSW was the only quote utilizing top rated solar panels. When I asked Francisco if the project could be contingent on PG&E approval for NEM 2, he said of course. When I asked if they could put the conduit for the solar under the tile roof, he confirmed with the roofers that they could. When I asked if they could use a new underlay for the roof, after confirming with his supplier that it was a good product, he said they would use it. When I asked that the panels not be on the front of the house, they said sure. When I asked Ron to hold off tiling on a rainy day, he called of tiling that day (although I have no building experience, Im just a concerned homeowner). Whatever I asked, they did. And when I didnt ask, they had great suggestions. Jose saw that my old skylight had caulking around it and asked if I wanted a new skylight. I agreed that would be a good idea. Jose found a new high-end glass one in their yard and installed it at no extra cost to me. Steve noticed some of the second-floor fascia and planter platforms were rotting and asked if I wanted them replaced while they prepped the new roof. They replaced all the rotten boards, and painted them too! These guys are amazing. They are so professional and conscientious and care about not only doing a great job, but making their customer happy--not something you come across much anymore. And not just the supervisors, the tilers were all nice and very respectful. Anthony their electrician explained everything electrical and got me set up with the Enphase App so I could monitor the systems performance. What a great experience this was. I wholeheartedly recommend BSW for roofing and solar (and anything else they decide to do). And the cherry on top for me is being able to set my thermostat at a comfortable level and finally sleep through summer nights. Trust me, if you choose BSW youll have no regrets and lose no sleep over your decision. These guys really are the best.

Comment: Shoddy installation of solar panels by another contractor resulted in a leaky roof on our home. We were able to get BSW authorized to make the repairs. They did an excellent and thorough job, making all the necessary repairs and adjustments to the original work in order to stop the leaks. Edgar Benitez and his crew were knowledgeable and professional. We were very pleased that they handled all the coordination that was required with the original installers. BSW is top notch, and we highly recommend them for any solar and roofing needs. They will be our first and only call for any further issues we may encounter.

Comment: Our home was in need of a new roof. One of our pastors said that they had used BSW and loved them. So I called and started the process. The staff right out of the gate were polite and helpful. I soon met Vito and found him to be the same. Our home was in need of much work, so while the roof was to be done the stucco needed work. I say this because we have a two story house. The stucco crews needed to do the work as soon as the old roof was torn off and before the new was put on. I shared my concerns for this to Veto , and he helped make that hapoen. Our roof came out beautifully and I really have nothing but praise for BSW Roofing. Comment: From the first phone call to request an estimate on reroofing our church. The Ladies in the office were very helpful. Veto was very thorough and gave me the 3 - 6 different estimates/ options that I needed to take to the board that worked within our budget and made their decision so much easier. Once the decision was made we were able to schedule them to start really quickly.David and his crew were excellent, cleaning up at the end of the day you could not tell they were in the middle of deconstructing the old roof or I. The middle of reroof. David was always available to answer any questions or concerns. If you need a new roof I highly recommend calling Vito and David . 5 stars guys

We had multiple quotes, not only were they the most reasonably priced with the best quality panels and customer service, they had them all in stock and could get it done the fastest.The reason we first called BSW was because they were originally a roofing company and we felt that was the best way to ensure the installation was done correctly.Anthony was our electrician and did an amazing install with the monitoring panel in the garage as well.It’s been 1 year and they over produced and got us a 300$ credit.2200sq.ft. Recently with the winter rains approaching,I called B S W roofing for an appointment to get my roof checked. B S W responded the next day to access the job and found several broken or missing tiles . BSW roofing gave me a good cash price and offered financing. I choose BSW roofing because they had completed good roofing repairs for my mother in law and for my church. They have roofing experience so I trusted them with the solar installation on my roof. They used quality materials with a 25 year warranty on the solar panels and microinverters. They were the only company that did not request any money up front. I paid when the job was completed. I am satisfied with their work and the products they used for the solar system. I received quotes from other companies and the initial calculations weren’t too much different, but what set BSW apart from the competition was the extraordinary customer service, especially from Francisco Herrera. He is super friendly and knowledgeable and graciously walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. I appreciated that he was forthright with answers and never talked down to me when I asked questions. Even though I didn’t end up getting solar panels, I truly valued the information Francisco gave me. During the roofing process, the crew took great care in protecting my pool and inside my garage from debris before they tore off the old roof and did an amazing job cleaning up when finished with the new roof. Another roofer never could figure it out, but Jerry spent an hour water testing the roof and discovered the roof wasnt leaking but the stucco on the chimney was. He also repaired a ridge piece that had blown off. He charged me nothing and recommended someone that would be able to repair the stucco. Such wonderful customer service. I highly recommend BSW!!!

I ultimately decided to have BSW Roofing and Solar do the installation.BSW provided a no-nonsense, straightforward approach. From the very first meeting with Victor and Edgar, to the phone calls to Curtis and Michelle, through the final inspection, this is the absolute best option for solar (and roofing).Everyone involved were both knowledgeable and professional. The installer, Jesse, made sure everything was done right and was happy to make any changes necessary. The wire mesh BSW provides, that surrounds the panel arrays, prevents leaves and rodents from damaging the system. The electrician, Anthony, was more of a magician. He was able to conceal ALL of the conduit in the attic. If youve ever seen exposed conduit running in all directions all over a roof you can understand my appreciation for Anthony and BSW.The finished product looks great and is efficient and productive. Comment: The quality of the work performed was excellent - re-roofing flat sections of our roof and replacing some fascia boards - and they went above and beyond to seal and protect edges so that what allowed water damage and rot to occur before wouldnt happen again. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is that I wished the different crews (or a supervisor) would have told us when they were leaving for the day and when to expect a crew the next morning. Maybe it just takes someone being a little more engaged and pushing them to communicate, but I would still recommend them.

BSW came out right away and sealed it into the roof ( laced it in) They did a great job at a reasonable price.
