I actually got to witness their work from my residence before I decided to get free estimate from (BQR), after 3 more estimates, going with (BQR) was the best choice to make after reviewing the amount of services as well as cost. The work performed from start to finish was completed as promised. The quality of their work is outstanding. Francisco the owner of (BQR)actually found unforseen damages after removal of the old roof he actually made necessary repairs without any extra charges which I thought was fantastic A+++, very professional and kept debris neat and clean daily. I can say good things about (BQR).✌️

Comment: Francisco came out to replace some tiles on my roof and repair some of the flashing. He was very professional and wanted to show me all the work that he did so I knew exactly what was done. He even did some extra things like clean out the leaves built up in the valleys on my roof and replaced a cracked tile that we didn’t see during the initial walk-thru. I tried to give him a little extra money for the additional things he did and he wouldn’t take it because he didn’t want to overcharge me. This guy is as honest and solid as they come and I will use him for anything I need for my roof. Thanks Francisco!

Comment: I have been using Francisco at Best Quality roofing for many years. I bid every job and he always comes in at the lower end of the bids. Low bids often make me nervous because they often end with more expensive change orders, but after the first job he did for me i was impressed with the quality of his workmanship and attention to detail. He shows up on time, communication is easy and he works quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, no change orders, I paid what he quoted. I will not use anyone else.

Comment: I had them do some extensive repairs to our flat roof. They built new crickets for proper water run off. Replaced rotted wood and helped with my tongue and groove ceiling repairs below. Then they put a new flat roof on. I have had no leaks or problems ever since. Calling them back to do work over my bay window and a few other places. Francisco and his staff were very courteous and clean and friendly. Great work!
