Comment: I went with berry roofing for my leak repair on my roof where the solar panel was located. They handle both roofing and solar so it just made more sense to go this route. Theyre definitely not the cheapest quote around but after reading their reviews online and seeing how they did their initial quoting by making a video walk through of the repair, I was sold. Very thorough inspection and detail of work was shown to me. They came as scheduled and finished it as scheduled. Very happy with the end result.

Comment: I had a couple areas of my roof that were leaking so I contacted Berry Roofing. They were able to schedule an appointment to come out to look at the roof that same week. The tech was well-prepared, kind, and very professional, he spent time showing me all the different options available. Once we set the scope of work, they were able to come out to complete the repair job within 3 weeks, which worked great for me. The two foremen who came the day of the repair were so great. They were extremely professional and communicative throughout the day. They kept updating me and showing me the work along the way. And they completed all the repair work in ONE DAY! I was very impressed, especially since it involved moving and resetting my solar panels. Afterwards, I needed some paperwork for the insurance and the office staff made sure I got what I needed. The staff made the whole process from start-to-end such a breeze, kudos to everyone!

Comment: During our last rain, we discovered a serious leak in our roof over the master bedroom. We needed someone to come and repair it ASAP, before the next rain. Berry Roofing responded immediately. Shazz arranged to come to our home and perform an initial assessment. He clambered over the roof and took pictures with his phone of damaged and slipped tiles, exposed and degraded tar-paper, etc. and discussed them with us. When we agreed to the terms of service, a team led by Alessio came out a couple days later in the early morning and spent most of the day completing the repairs. After the job was completed, Shazz contacted me to arrange a second visit, so that he could evaluate the work and ask us if we had any remaining issues or needs. Both Shazz and Alessio and his team were very professional, friendly and prompt, as was the office staff. Five stars. We would definitely use them again.

Comment: I selected Berry Roofing to remove and replace my composition shingle roof, replace dry rot fascia, shiplap, decking, and trim, and install attic ventilation. Geoff (The Project Manager) ensured all materials were properly ordered and delivered. The demo, haul-off, and new installation was performed quickly. The on-site supervisor (Javier) was on-site every day to ensure the job was performed quickly and properly. The entire crew arrived promptly every day, ready to work, and the job was completed on-time and at the quoted price. Berry used the best Owens Corning Cool Roof, energy efficient materials (Underlay, Shingles, vents etc.) and did an outstanding job. My only minor complaint was the end-of day cleanup could have been better. Some nails and staples were frequently overlooked. I would recommend Berry Roofing as a quality contractor to anybody I know.

Comment: We selected Berry Roofing to replace our leaking flat roof. During initial visit we mentioned how hot the room below would be in the summer. This prompted a conversation about adding 3 sheets of insulation and to use white in the final layer of roofing (of which there are 3!!). We would have never thought of it so it was nice to be heard. The work was done flawlessly. Crew cleaned and stacked materials every night and gave us daily updates. They even went above and beyond by covering an old vent no longer used and replacing the furnace vent cap which was damaged. These 2 items were NOT on the flat roof but on the peaked roof. When laying the roof, they removed 3 rows of shingles from adjoining roofs so they could put roofing under the shingles providing excellent flow for water with no seams or joints to cause future problems. Many thanks to our crew, Eliseo, Adrian and Ryan. Very professional.

Comment: My experience with Berrys Roofing Company was truly wonderful from start to finish.  Eddies digital estimate of my roof, etc and his overall company presentation as well as Ron Berrys reputation had me sold out of four other estimates.   I was very  impressed with Foreman/Mgr Luis & Crews exceptional skills, professionalism and punctuality each day on the job often early.  Each person minds his business and goes straight to work, concentrating on what is needed to complete the job perfectly in my opinion. Comment: During an extremely bad windstorm, a tree next door damaged our roof. My wife and I did just as you are doing and went looking for roofing contractors. Same as everyone we also looked over all the reviews. Berry’s Roofing always seemed to be on the top of the list of Riverside roofers. We setup an appointment with Berry’s Roofing and they sent a great salesperson, Albert. Albert was defiantly no pressure, and walked us through the full process of a roof repair or replacement. While Albert was looking at our roof closer he handed a list of past customers to call, and it was not just a list of customers that had a super easy time getting their roof repaired/replaced, it also include customers that also had issues. It was good to talk to past customers even the ones that had issues. Each customer still gave glowing reviews. For the customers that had issues Berry’s Roofing worked with them until they were happy, and that was nice to hear from without Albert in the room. Once Albert came back in, we let him know that we were going through our insurance for the replacement, and he said that it was no issue.Once we got everything squared away we were given a start date. The gentlemen showed up right on time and were very quick removing my old roof, and replacing the OSB. We did have one of the guys put a hole in our ceiling, it was an accident, but they were very apologetic and offered to clean up everything. I received a call from the project manager, Jeff, who let me know that they were aware of the problem and they would have someone out to fix the issue in the next few days. They sent a fantastic person by the name of Pedro. He fixed my ceiling as if nothing happened. He too was very professional to deal with.It took about a week to have my roof replaced. My Wife and myself or ecstatic to have it, and It has already proven to keep our house cooler. We are so happy with the work that was done; it really makes us realize that we need to get our house painted. Never knew getting a new roof really updates the look of the house.I am not going to say that this replacement was without its hiccups, it had some of those. Berry’s Roofing was nothing but apologetic and worked with us to get things right. I would go with Berry’s Roofing again and I would suggest them to anyone that asked. I also referred my neighbor to Berry’s Roofing. They commented on how good it looked and I was proud of that.

Comment: One of the top two contractor experiences that we have had in Riverside, CA. Ron, the owner of Berry Roofing, Inc. made the initial call to our home exactly on the date and time promised. Totally professional in demeanor and appearance, even wearing booties and a mask before entering our home. He is an attentive listener and processed our description of our roof leaking problem before moving to introduce us to his company and the benefits of doing business with Berry. He used a laptop and an excellent video presentation, integrating his comments in sync with the visuals. He talked up staff training, professionalism and craftsmanship. He showed us examples of his years of experience in both residential and commercial roofing in the Riverside area. He conditioned us reasonably and believably to the fact that his services are priced fairly and consistent with value offered and demonstrated. He noted the old adage that cheaper is hardly ever better. He thoroughly inspected our roof with an associate and diagnosed the problem persuasively that the flashing surrounding the fireplace chimney had pulled away from the roof tiles and that the valleys lined with galvanized sheet metal troughs, draining between the roof gables, were not installed sufficiently wide to drain a higher volume of water. Water was backing up in the valleys, under the roof tiles, when leaves from a large nearby tree accumulated in the troughs. We had had a recent 5 day high volume rain event which had precipitated the leak into our living room. He also correctly surmised that the underlying felt and CDX plywood would have to be replaced in some areas. The area repaired exceeded 200+ sq. feet and the concrete tiles were removed and replaced flawlessly. His team of roofers was thoroughly professional, showing up on time, working consistently throughout the day and cleaning up before leaving the site each night. A supervisor communicated to us each night via text as to the progress that day.Overall a 5 star job. We unreservedly recommend him and his company.

We are so glad that we chose Berry Roofing. We met with 3 there other companies who tried very hard to get our business, they were either out of the area, with no base or facility that was physically in the area or they were not offering the quality of materials we thought was right for our home.From the time we met with the salesperson, to the office staff and the project manager we were satisfied, such professionalism was what I was looking for, the salesperson was not over baring, they were just everything I was looking for in a company; oh and the price was comparable, it just seemed that we got so much more for our money.I mean every aspect of the project went well from the first day the trucks drove up and I mean trucks, huge trucks to lift material from the ground to the high peaks of our home, wow impressive.Berrys equipment was again very impressive, the workers practiced safety, cleanliness made sure their signs were posted in our yard and that the permit was properly displayed were it could be seen by the inspectors, we live in a large two-story home about 2700 sq ft with very high peaks, so I was worried about the damage that could have been caused to our property, the yard or patio, etc., by the workers when tossing heavy concrete tiles from above to the trash bends.Oh, and part of the scope-of-work was to replace any age damaged facia 50ft free.I could go on and on. Seriously if you need a roof for a large or small home and you live in the Inland Empire, Riverside or San Bernardino Counties, you should call Berry Roofing Company. The folks at Berry were always on time for their appointments and always delivered on their promises on or before the time they had promised. I knew what was happening every step of the way. My home is 115 years old and so required some work on the permits, but Berry stuck it thru and represented my needs to the city and ultimately negotiated a good compromise with historic value and modern protection from the elements. The workers were always on time and worked diligently. They cleaned the whole yard of debris and nails and stacked their materials and equipment every day before going home. This latest job consisted of replacing old felt and metal while re-using existing concrete tiles on all south facing portions of the roof and valleys. I was amazed at the attention to detail and pride in workmanship the crew provided. The crew worked as a well coordinated and experienced team. They did not rush the job, nor did they cut corners, but rather took all the time necessary to do it right. All aspects of my experience with Berry Roofing has been positive.
