Every single day they worked on time and finished what they’re supposed to accomplish that day. Sean sent me a daily report on what’s going on and what to expect. He is a very professional guy. He answered all my questions and explained thoroughly the issues I brought up. We are satisfied with the roof installed.

Comment: I cannot say enough about Bay Valley Solar Roofing, especially Ryan Diaz who runs the business. Other businesses should learn from Ryan, who communicates with clients, letting us know the status, and when it is completed, sending photos. They may not be the cheapest, but worth every dollar.Bay Valley had to return to fix the mess (poor workmanship) by another solar company, to ensure the warranty would not be voided. Thank you Ryan!

Comment: Bay Valley Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof. We lost about 40% in a wind storm but opted for a complete replacement. Fair estimate, great communication throughout. Supervisor on site for entire job. Site was completely cleaned at end of each day. They walked us through the process, helped with financing and demonstrated why they are masters of their work. My neighbors were impressed at the work ethic and they were as quiet as they could be. The city roof inspector said they did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend!

Comment: I would highly recommend Bay Valley Contractors if you are considering a very professional team to replace an existing roof. The initial presentation of their products was very thorough. All the work is done by their own company. Nothing is subcontracted out. They must undergo extensive training and maintain their qualifications to install IB roofs. They also carry insurance for their workers to protect home owners if an injury occurs on the job. From start to finish, each step of process from removing the old roof, to possible additional dry rot not initially seen was discussed in advanced. We were very pleased with the instillation of the seamless gutters around the house. The project completion date was met. The roofers were ready to start each morning at 7am sharp. The project manager was on site each day to supervise the work.They were very friendly, polite and cleaned up around our property each day before they left for the day. We had the roof inspected my our insurance company and from the company who authorized Bay Valley to install their IB products. Both inspections passed with flying colors. If you want the best....expect to pay it! But...there are financing programs available that helped us to get our roof done. Our house was significantly cooler this summer and we dropped $200 on our PG&E bill!!

Not only did they fix my roof but they also helped with any paperwork required by the insurance company which was extremely helpful. The entire team lead by Ryan Diaz was always very responsive and provided information and feedback very promptly. Tanya Belden and Sean Park and Ryan Diaz consistently followed up through texts , emails and phone calls through out the process. A very reliable professional team.

Comment: We called in with a need for a roof repair, his customer success team answered the call and talked through our problems with us. They then scheduled a field tech to come out and do the inspection, they hoped on the roof and took pictures (they sent me a link so I could see all the photos as it happened, this was soo cool). I got a my text notification that my inspection was all done and within minutes, Tanya had called and said my quote was ready. They sent me a zoom link and within minutes we were going through the entire proposal. They showed me all the problems areas and highlighted them on the photos, they line itemed all my issues and broke down how much everything cost. I was getting other estimates after but within a day, Tanya was following up but not to harp on moving forward, just to check in with any questions I might have had and I did. After the presentation, I had a few follow up thoughts that she answered quickly and I felt so comfortable we decided to move forward. Then came the roof install. Ryan called us shortly after signing and told us hed be the contact for the project. We scheduled the project. The team came out full loaded with a dump truck and team. They had the roof tore off in less than 2 hours which blew my mind: the entire time this was happening I was getting text messages about each step of the roof. When they were finished tearing off, when they finished with the roof and cleaning up. They even have a section that showed how they were protecting my property and how they stayed secure with photos so i could follow along. Each day I got a message when they were arriving so I felt so notified of everything that was happening! The grounds were cleaner after each day than before they got there and the roof came out beautifully! I had such a great experience with this company and I will tell all my friends! Im so glad I picked them. They were also within range of my budget and had a great financing option that helped make it affordable for my budget. Price wasnt super cheap but you get what you pay for and these guys went above and beyond! Next time, if ever, I need another roof. I know exactly who Im calling.

Comment: Bay Valley Roofing just successfully completed a total roof replacement + solar project for my 4000sf ranch house. The team of 10+ very skillful workers did an exceptional job and finished the project well ahead of the original promised schedule. One can tell they are all very experienced in what they do, and the team worked so diligently and well-coordinated throughout. They put tarps around the house every day before start work and cleaned up all trash and debris at the end of each work day even removing the tarps and re-installing again the next morning.I was especially impressed with the project manager Sean Park who kept me informed of the progress with more than 300+ photos, and was very courteous and responsive to my questions. Although Bay Valley was not the lowest bid, I chose them because they are one of the few top GAF certified master level roofing contractors. After seeing their quality work, I believed I made the right decision and have no doubts my new roof will last for another 50 years.

Ryan Diaz was our project manager, who was most responsive and professional, listened to our concerns, answered our endless questions, coordinated with another solar company (which had to be a hassle as the solar company employee didnt show up as promised), and remedied any issues. He came by to check on the work at every stage of the process of installing our new roof. A couple of hiccups regarding the gutters, but all ended well. As another reviewer said, it may not be the cheapest, but I would not hesitate to recommend Bay Valley Roofing.

Home construction can be very stressful but they made it all so easy.They also referred me to a gentleman named Victor who does masonry. Victor poured a new driveway, walkway and landing that came out beautifully. He has the same work ethics as everyone else, he takes a great amount of pride in his work. Comment: Expert workmanship. Responsive and good communication. We have an IB roof. We removed our old brick our chimney in order to install a gas fireplace. New venting meant repairs needed by a certified IB roof installer in order to keep the warranty. We are very happy with the work the roofers did. Highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs but be prepared for a bit of sticker shock. Prices have increased everywhere and Bay Valley Contractors is no exception.

They identified places where the old plywood and beams had rotted and fixed them up without needing me to do anything but approve the extra costs. Site was cleaned up very thoroughly each day and by the end of the job. Raul and Ryan were the project managers and they were fantastic to work with. They handled all of my misc requests (haul away the old extra roof tiles on the side of the house, get rid of the weird fiberglass thing over part of the roof, etc.). Awesome job!

The cost was very reasonable with respect to the extra amount of work that needed to be done, that initially was not observed. They did a good job repairing the damaged areas and restoring the appearance and structure of the wood. If you need house repairs I would recommend you contact Bay Valley Contractors for a bid on the job.

Comment: We had a fire behind our property and the firemen had to gain access to my roof; hauling hoses and trampling over the roof to control the fire. Bay Valley Contractors immediately responded to my call for an estimate for a roof inspection. Within one month (longer period due to rain), they returned to repair certain areas of the roof that were damaged due to this activity. Upon a second courtesy inspection by the same estimator, they assured me that everything was done to my satisfaction. Id use Bay Valley Contractors for future roof inspections, quotes and repairs.

They showed up for pre-inspection one week before start. My wife and I had a bit of sticker shock at signing, but we didnt shop them based on feedback we obtained from their customers in Western Contra Costa County and the excellent ratings we viewed online. Bottom line, we are more than pleased, and we ended up feeling the cost was fair and represented an A#1 quality roof. Their protection of our driveway, product delivery protocol and cleanup was 100%+. We highly recommend them!

I was offered Bay Valley Contractors by one of the reference apps and accepted their invitation.The estimator came to the job location exactly when our appointment was made. The estimator inspected the roof, explained the probable problem and gave me an estimate for work.Bay Valley office contacted me and arranged a date for the work done. I was contacted about a possible earlier date and the work was done then. There workers repaired the roof, left no mess and no damage to gutters, etc.I am extremely satisfied by their work and would not hesitate to contract with them again!

We had some serious problems with the roof over our garage, which required extra effort to bring a sagging ridge back to normal. We were also very impressed with their installation of soffit and ridge vents, together with a double layer of plywood (with an air gap between) to keep our attic as cool as possible over the whole house.We would recommend Bay Valley Contractors any time!

I chose Bay Valley Roofing Contractors, because I was given a complete picture of the problems with my existing roof that I didnt get from the other Contractors in the bids. Bay Valley was actually the highest bid, but I felt very assured after going over the bid and choosing Bay Valley. The workers were fast, did there job very well, cleaned up at the end of every day and kept me informed every day on what they will be doing the next day. Now that is what you would call a professional team. Communication is a must to keep the customer happy and they did.
