Comment: I had nothing but good thing to say about Bay Area Roofing Master Inc. Julio is very easy to work with. He is very polite, very friendly, and very professional. From the time of our initial contact, he has been on top of everything; providing pictures of damage after the inspection, providing quote with detail repair informatiin, follow up on contract, provide contractor and licensing information, and scheduling the work. Although payments were scheduled, he never rush on collecting, but put our family first and have his crew to get on, get the jobe done.Julio was very thorough when inspecting the job, and provided a reasonable quote for the additional repair as needed. Not to mention, his crew make sure to clean and tidy up all areas before leaving everday. Julio also takes good care of his crew; in terms, they took care of our family and ease our stress.Roofing repair can be stressful, but Julio and his team manage to make it a pleasant experience. He even remind me of the warrant and to connect with him if there is aissue. I will definitely recommend him and I am keeping his contact information as long as I own a home.

Comment: Over the past 3 weeks (September 2023) Bay Area Roofing Master, Inc. completely replaced my shake shingle roof with a new asphalt 40 year roof. Their quote was competitive. They were a pleasure to work with. They started the project quickly after I accepted their bid and worked on it every day until it was completed except for one that was held up waiting for a building inspector. The job was neat and they cleaned up every day after finishing. I highly recommend them.
