Comment: Before hiring ARS, I looked into three other companies. It was clear by the other websites, reviews and price quotes that ARS was the company to choose. Plus a woman owned business - I knew the job would be high quality and I was right. The workers, Pedro and Juan, were delightful, hardworking and very responsive to my questions. Pedro used a specialized magnet daily to check for nails that fell into the yard when the old roof was taken off. The roof not only looks great but it comes with a transferable warranty if we were to sell. Lastly, I cant say enough about owner Letitia and her office staff. Professional and fun. What more could you ask for?

Comment: I made the mistake of not using ARS Roofing when I replaced my roof...fast forward 5 years...I had a roof leak that I noticed 30 minutes before I was set to leave for the airport for a 13 day trip. I called the emergency line, the owner called me back personally to assure me that they would be to my house that day. I left for the airport knowing the issue would be handled, and it was. They texted me photos while I was on my trip to assure me that patch was made and set up a time to come do the full repair. Lesson #1: Hire ARS in the first place to do the roof. Lesson #2: Emergency services/repairs top notch.

Comment: I was experiencing a leak in the roof over my garage. ARS went above and beyond my expectations to get this issue fixed. They were completely booked and still made the time to come fix my leak in December before the rain started coming. That consideration alone was worth me giving them my business. But on top of that every employee is so nice and friendly every step of the way. It was a painless process from inspection to project completion. Comment: The team at ARS did a fantastic job replacing the roof on our 100 year-old craftsman house in Santa Rosa, replacing an aging tar + gravel roof with a new shingled roof. The upgrade enabled us to have a dry roof over our heads, and a new solar installation. When we had questions or concerns, they were responsive and prompt at addressing them. For example: after the installation, we noticed some issues with the gutters that needed to be fixed. They came out within the week to address our concerns, and were happy with the results. Wed recommend ARSs work to anyone who wants high quality work done to their house.

Comment: I HIGHLY recommend ARS! While visiting my aunt last winter her bathroom flooded. First thought toilet was leaking so called a plumber. Upon further investigation water was coming down wall onto floor due to a clogged downspout and rain. I needed a miracle to address the emergency before I had to leave, Christmas week, with a forecast of more rain. In first call to a local roofing company I was told the soonest opening was February. I asked if they could recommend anyone (I was not local) and they suggested ARS. Thank goodness! Letitia returned my call promptly and was able to get a crew to my aunts house that afternoon! She was understanding, helpful and extremely knowledgeable (side note - Letitia also trains tradespeople and runs charities). Oscar and Mario came within several hours and cut back vines that had grown onto the roof, trapping leaves the length of the gutter. They could not have been nicer and also repaired part of gutter that needed support. Such relief to get that fixed for my family and avoid a much bigger issue. Destiny in the office was also helpful regarding invoice payment. Again, I HIGHLY and whole heartedly recommend ARS! Thank you Letitia and team!

We had needs that needed to be addressed and they were taken care of with the utmost professionalism. Letitia Hankes company is amazing. I have worked with other roofing companies and by far, ARS out ranks them all. The communication is the #1 priority and this company has that. The roof looks incredible. They had to prepare it for solar and put in a new roof like never before. Highly recommend ARS roofing for all your roofing needs and prep for solar panels. 10 stars, Excellent!!

Everyone we worked with at ARS, from Letitia (the owner) to Bret (the estimator) to Destiny (the office manager) to the installation crew was professional and communicated clearly.Our home is large and split across two-and-a-half floors on a steep hill. There are many segments and pitches to the roof; its not the easiest home to re-roof. ARS did a fantastic job. The new roof looks great.During the project, we noticed some debris accumulating around the house as a result of the roof work. When I brought this up to Letitia and asked her to make it a priority, the team cleaned up the mess and then made sure to check the site every day.I would recommend ARS to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient roofer.

The team (office and onsite) were always professional, kept me informed of when they would be onsite, and took the time to show me where the source of damage was from the storms and how they were ensuring the issues would be resolved. First rain after the replacement I was a bit nervous ... but everything stayed nice and dry inside. And the cherry on top, the gutter guards mean no more squirrel peanut shells clogging the downspouts!

The estimator who was very professional had pointed out to me that our rain gutters and a defect when installed. I immediately called the builders and they came out and fixed it under warranty. If it wasnt for the detailed inspection of ARS Roofing I would of never found out about this until it was too late. Comment: I have hired ARS several times to do work on my roof. First, when I bought my house and needed some work done to get it up to code. I also had them install gutter guards. Most recently, I had them clean my roof since it was covered in moss and tree debris. Letitias crew came out in the rain and spent 4 hours on my roof scrubbing it completely clean. They also cleaned my gutters and did a fantastic job. If you didnt know, ARS is a black-owned business and Letitia, the CEO has been recognized nationally for her entrepreneurship and leadership. She also founded a local nonprofit that helps youth get jobs in construction. Totally 100% worth supporting this awesome company!

Comment: I have known ARS for a long time and have had many community interactions with them. When covid hit, like a lot of us, we decided to update the house. The tile roof needed to be updated, new gutters and gutter covers. I called Letitia and she had her team get right on it. We got the estimate quickly and then decided to make it happen. Roof was done first, then the gutters and covers. When they removed the old gutters, poor construction from when the house was built, revealed issues with part of the roof and the damage as a result, ARS let me know, showed me the options and we went ahead and had them fix it all. Well worth it! It looks great and their team made it easy!

ARS is our all time go to roofing contractor, I am a GC and I come across a lot of roofing situations that I know needs an eye for detail or even simple roof tarp/patches. They can do it all. Any solar needs, go to them too, I have come behind so many solar companies that have caused more damages to roofs because they are not roofing contractors. Leave it to the professionals to do, ARS!

Comment: You’ve been there... it’s the first real rain of the season, you walk into your beautiful office, and there’s a leak! I called ARS, get a live person, she takes the details, assures me their scheduler will call back today.I figure if I’m lucky it will be much later as I’m likely one of many that need an unexpected fix revealed by the rain, still during high construction season. Within the HOUR I received a call. She lets me know it will probably be tomorrow unless today’s scheduled calls all go smoothly, then there could be a chance today. Surprise! Before noon Rafael calls, says he can be there by 2 if that works! Talk about under promising, over delivering! Inspected the roof found the tiny spot letting water run in, fixed it fast!This is a great experience to have just once, but we’ve been fortunate to have had that same delivery of service the first time we ever reached out to ARS - last year, and that repair is still going strong. Love they are fast, polite, do great work, no attempt to upsell other unnecessary services. You need new construction, gutters, solar, or a repair? Call ARS!

Comment: We used ARS and had a very good experience. It was during the time when it was difficult to get a roofer to even return a phone call, but ARS had a real person answering phones. And even though the list to get our roof done was long, we were guaranteed to have our leaks addressed until it was our turn. And that is exactly what happened. We had 2 minor leaks patched asap during the heavy rain season and then got our roof done over the summer. Next rainy season, the new roof performed perfectly. All of the ARS people were very hard working and professional. We are extremely happy with our new roof, which has a life time warranty. It was a tiny bit extra to have the materials and labor covered for the life time warranty, but we felt it was worth it because we do not want to re-roof again!
