Comment: Update 2/21 - Jackie, the office manager, contacted me to resolve this matter. Knowing that a company takes pride in their client feedback is a plus for me. Thank you to Apex Roofing for taking my feedback serious and contacting me to resolve.Unfortunately I didnt have the best experience with this company. First, I understand they are booked out a few weeks but the lack of communication on when the job would start was frustrating. Then, I surprisingly wake up to roofers at my house at 7:30am. No notice that they would even start the project. I work from home so this was an inconvenience with yappy dogs and banging on the roof with no time to reschedule conference calls. Lastly, I had asked specifically for before/after images of the job to pass along to the insurance company. They did provide some images, but didnt include images of the broken tiles that they replaced - at an additional cost. The job was done quick but wouldnt be able to justify if it was done efficiently since I have no experience or knowledge of roofs.

Comment: I have a tiled carport roof and the underlayment was rotting, leaking and needed to be replaced. I had two other companies try to repair it but it kept leaking. Apex saw The problem was water pooling underneath and they reengineered the underlayment and tile mounting, To allow the water to pass under the tile. They explained that the original design was acceptable but my roof didn’t have enough pitch to allow the water to drain properly. They rebuilt the underlayment and tile mounting, laid two layers of felt. One thing that impressed me is they used guide lines to square and align the tile! I am very pleased. Great job!

Comment: We are more than pleased with the work William and Jose Caceras and their crew did to install a new roof on our Pacific Palisades home.The price was fair. The workmanship was perfect. The job was completed even faster than first estimated.Laisha and Natalie coordinated everything perfectly and helped us select the perfect color by sending us to one of Apex’s shingle suppliers to look at samples. The job was done smoothly and efficiently and everything was clean and nice on completion.Our only regret is that we don’t have another roof for Apex to work on right now.

Apex did a very good job with our roof and I got it done quickly and it now looks excellent.Their prices were fair and they did a good job cleaning up every day too!I would recommend them to anyone needing this service.Regards,

Comment: Found some wet shirts in a closet that could have only resulted from a leaky roof. I responded to the computerized application and a few days later and individual came, inspected the leak and said Id get emailed an estimate. Getting the estimate took a little longer than I expected but once I agreed to the work, it happened within a few days. It wasnt cheap.I didnt shop around and maybe I couldve got a better price. But I dont think I could have gotten better results. Ill hire them again the next time I need work done on my roof.
