Comment: Mario was very professional, knowledgable and friendly.Answered all our questions and any concerns we had prior to installment. He, his sons, and crew were great to work with and very respectful. Very fair & competitive price. They completely took off our old roof and rebuilt a new roof with a fantastic warranty which is transferable if the house is sold. Elsie in the office was also very responsive. Comment: After the recent rains I started getting some small leaks in my roof even though the roof is only 4 years old. I contacted Alpha roofing and another company to get some estimates on roof repair and Alpha Roofing responded much more quickly to questions.Mario came to do the estimates on a rainy day and even climbed up on the roof in between downpours. The estimates from the two companies were very similar so I went with Alpha because they are much more responsive.Mario said they would be able to do the work within 2 weeks, but I got a call that they had an opening 5 days after the estimate.It took about 2.5 hours for them to do the repairs and replace many broken tiles that the original builder just left on the roof. They cleaned up everything and let me know all roof repairs have a 2 year warranty on the workIt rained the day after and so far no leaks!I appreciate the profesionalism and the quick responses from Alpha roofing company. Time will tell if the repair fixed the leaks, but it seems like they did very good work.I would definitely consider using Alpha Roofing when it comes time to replace the roof, which with the terrible quality of the original builders may be sooner rather than later.

Comment: Highly reccomend Alpha Roofing. We reached out to several roofing contractors, Alpha was consistent in pricing. Initially we felt Alpha was the most professional but were going to go with a little cheaper company, which didnt end up working out as we hoped, so we quickly made the decision to go with Alpha and we are so glad we did. They did a fantastic job. Their guys were professional, friendly and did a great job! We are very happy with our roof and will definitely reccomend Alpha to friends and family!

Comment: Mario was extremely determined to figure out where my roof leak was coming from. I had another roofing company come out previously - they did extensive (and expensive) repairs but the ceiling would keep leaking whenever it would rain.Mario checked the roof and then insisted on checking my attic to see if there was something else going on. He took some pictures of a broken roof drainage pipe that I had no idea about! I am so thankful he found it after having no luck with the other roofing company, even after their “repairs.” Thank you, Mario, for all your efforts helping me figure out what needs to be done!!

Prices are reasonable, attention to detail is unsurpassed, and they keep you informed of all aspects of the work being done and what will take place, including building permits, inspections etc.Mario and his crew arrived on time, were very polite , did the work, cleaned up after they finished each day and were very positive people. The finished product was better then I anticipated and my wife and I are very satisfied with the quality of work and craftsmanship. When I initially was given a quote I was told it would be 4 weeks before they could start on my roof due to high demand for their service. But believe me the wait was well worth it. Comment: This is my third time calling and using Alpha Roofing. Other times was for a roof inspection to close escrow and roof inspection on my rental property. I called Alpha Roofing for a roof leak this time, Mario provided a quote and recommended I replace tiles around my AC unit which was the trouble spot. I had them working on my roof with in 2 days. The crew was prompt, clean, wore masks and Jonathon was courteous and answered all my questions. Comment: We had Alpha Roofing do a repair about a year and a half ago. Mario assessed the damage, provided a competitive quote quickly and had his crew on site the day promised. Two days ago, I called for a roof inspection and it was scheduled promptly. In fact, Mario called today earlier than scheduled and got the inspection completed. Thankfully, no visible problems. In fact, he went above and beyond to insure the quality of our roof. Prior to the roof installation, we had our solar panels taken down. Comment: I selected Alpha Roofing Company to replace my roof in March 2021, and they were able to schedule the work for August (busy time, and they were in high demand). Mario, the foreman, came out to look at the project and was courteous and efficient. The job was relatively simple (the house is small), but there was a minor complication due to an overhanging patio cover that would block access to the roof. No matter, Mario said -- theyd be able to do the job. Other contractors had made a bigger deal out of this factor, and their bid was higher than Alphas as a result. Whenever I had a question about the upcoming project, I dealt with Johanna by email, and she was always prompt in answering my questions. In August the crew arrived early on Monday morning, did the roof removal on the first day, and then laid plywood and insulation on the second day. They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves every day, and were careful. By Thursday the job was done and the city inspector had signed off on it. They had worked around the patio cover without damaging it (a delicate task, for sure), and the final result looked really good. Mario and his crew were especially conscientious about minimizing damage to the ceiling inside my great room, which was uninsulated at the time and was relatively unprotected from all the work going on inches above it. All in all, they did a really good job and I am glad I chose them.

Comment: We just bought our new house this year which was perfect, but needed a brand new roof since our was too old and too damaged to repair.I looked at different companies and got different quotes but wasn’t too convinced with not only their prices but also with their customer service.When I called Alpha roofing I was immediately impressed with their customer service and fast response as well as their capability to answer any questions we had.This is our first home so we actually didn’t have much experience on what needed to be done but they were able to explain everything to us and made us feel completely comfortable with the whole process!Mario and his crew were extremely professional and ready to work on time every single day, they actually ended up finishing faster than the estimated time!If you need any roof work done I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Comment: This is hands down the most professional, hardest working construction company I have ever worked with. Not only were they prompt and diligent, they were so courteous and made something as stressful as a roof installation a breeze. We received constant communication about our roof and felt like we were making educated decisions while selecting our tiles. Mario came out to give us an estimate on a repair to our roof and after discussing the damage, we made the decision that a full tile roof replacement was the better option. We did wait a few months for install, but because we had a current leak, they sent a crew out completely free of charge to tarp the area while we waited for our scheduled date (which held the entire time!)The crew themselves started promptly every morning and checked in on the progress of the roof in the afternoons and cleaned up every day. We have not found a single nail or piece of debris from their work. They also always wore masks, which just shows their level of professionalism during these times. Our roof looks amazing now and I have the peace of mind knowing it was done correctly. I would say it would be a mistake to go anywhere else but Alpha Roofing, I cannot recommend them enough.

Comment: We needed a new roof this year and shopped around and got a bunch of different quotes. We eventually decided on Alpha Roofing due to their great reviews online, Marios professionalism, and their licensed status. Their price was competitive as well. Unfortunately, our installation was delayed because our solar company was terrible at getting our panels removed and we missed our initial installation window (no fault of Alpha). However, despite the inconvenience to both Alpha and us by this delay, Johana told us it was no problem and they would wait to hear from us so we could reschedule. Alpha was very accommodating and flexible with our delay and we eventually got our solar sorted and Mario and his team came out and replaced our roof very quickly. Mario also repaired one small section he found damaged and also made a requested alteration to our roof to make it easier to back our RV into our driveway without hitting a corner. I would recommend Mario and Alpha to anyone looking for roof work. Johana was always very responsive and replied to my emails or called me back the same business day. Great service!

Comment: Excellent!! We called three companies. The other two came 2-3 days before Mario to bid and were going to provide quotes and schedule us. Guess what, as of today 12/6 the other two still havent bid or called back. Mario came on time to bid 11/27, inspected the issues, took pics of the attic leak and provided an estimate on the spot and 2 year warranty if we did the work . He called on Sunday 11/1 get us in Monday 11/2. He arrived on time Monday with a professional crew and clean trucks and got it done in a couple hours. Left everything clean. Took pics of the damage and the repairs. Perfect service. What more can one hope for? The price was reasonable. Bottom line, he does what he says he will do, which is priceless these days. A+ highly recommend. Call Mario and dont waste time for other who dont follow through. Just my 2 cents
