I have to say, the communication was excellent. After getting the estimate and reading all their great reviews online, I decided to use their services. They not only offerred the best price but they did such a great job. They were able to complete the job in one day. They cleaned, coated and removed all debris in a day. I was very happy with their job. All those great reviews online are well earned. Im glad I chose them. I will continue to use them in the future.

Comment: Tal from Alpha one did tremendous job!From the beginning it was really hard for me to choose contractor but I feel now after all that we did the best Choice that we choose Alpha one construction inc.We remodeled our master bathroom, kitchen, backyard with 700sqf of Pavers and artificial turf, When we finish this projects we started to work on the exterior paint and Tal explained about the coolife paint that was pretty expensive but much better paint for the long term.I attached only the bathroom photo(I can’t upload the rest from some ReasonThank you Tal and thank you Aloha one,Highly recommended.

Comment: 1) We’ve now done two remodeling projects with Alpha One. A kitchen in 2018 and a master bath finishing just today. Their estimates of work, and project management skills are top notch. The design work they do is excellent. They’re super flexible and work with you to get things just the way you like for as close to your budget as is possible. Communication is top notch. I’d start naming the excellent people I’ve worked with there, but it really would faster just to read the company directory. They’re loyal to their people, and their people are loyal to them.

Comment: Alpha One Construction Inc did an amazing job with my parent’s roof replacement/repairs. I met with Tal on March 28, 2022 for a free estimate. (I was very involved in the process due to language barrier between property owner and company).Tal was very professional and guided us through the roofing process. Since we have never made roof repairs before, we had no idea of what to expect. Fortunately Tal walked us through the whole process and made it quite easy. He was able to give us a good deal and within days began working. He was able to pull out all the permits needed and deal with the city and inspections.Overall, working with Alpha One Construction Inc. was a great experience. My biggest concern was a True-Up bill since most of my friends who have solar were under-sized. After working with Dylan we made sure my property was sized correctly. Comment: We needed to renew the entire roof after 25 years, we knew it’s going to be hard to get someone you can trust with a reasonable price. We had around 5 estimates that came it was hard to decide.What happened with alpha one was different even though I saw the good reviews about them I still wasn’t sure but then one of the workers his name was Stiven came, and he was very professional of what is doing.He worked with the best materialAnd did a fantastic job.Now our house looks so much better on the outside just by the new roof we got.Thank you of being so patient with us and for giving us the results we wanted.

Comment: I own a commercial property and with recent rains, two tenants reported leaks. It was imperative that we get the repairs undertaken quickly and professionally. Tal at Alpha One got back to me immediately when I asked for an estimate. We couldnt afford a full roof replacement, which was the initial recommendation, so Tal provided a second estimate to provide an overhaul of the existing roof, focusing on the areas with leaks, but also ensuring that the rest of the roof would stand up to the upcoming rain season. We were also able to negotiate a non-standard warranty (up to 2 visits in the next 12 months for any leaks).What was impressive was Tals responsiveness on this project - he followed up multiple times a day leading up to the contract, and then got people in on the weekend to undertake the roof repair. He got it finished on a Saturday and Sunday.While well need to see if the repair holds (we wont be able to confirm until it rains again), Tal/Alpha Ones warranty provided the peace of mind to move forward with the project. Im considering Alpha One for some other roof and installation projects given the positive experience I had with them on this run.

Comment: I did business with them last year. They were very responsive, they gave me consultation appointment next day! They give good values and amazing quality. I got 2 other estimates from other companies before but they were much higher. So I decided to move forward with Alpha One. We started with bathroom remodeling and in the meantime I learned from them that we could easily do solar system on my roof with 0 down payments. I took this golden opportunity and installed solar AS WELL. It’s been saving me 170-250$ Every month. This was the best decision I made especially since Covid my whole family has been working from home and our electric bill was going up crazy.
