Comment: So happy I came ran into Sergio and his crew at Alluring Homes. I interviewed 20 contractors and everyone had a different opinion on how to take me for a ride. My house was leaking all over the place, all the windows, doors, roof. You name it it leaked, and guess what, I had installed all new doors, windows and roof just 5 years ago. Come to find out the previous contractors didnt seal anything correctly and the roof wasnt protected up to the edges. Alluring Homes removed all my solar panels with care, cleaned them, and put a thick protective coat on my roof and then reinstalled my solar panels. The roof is sparkling! Then I had the team power wash the entire home displaying cracks in the stucco and gaping holes in the wall. They sealed, repaired and patched all the windows, stucco and doors. Then came the Cool Wall textcote. Man this stuff is something. So thick and protective and the color is beautiful. He gave me a 10 year warranty. It rained yesterday and not a leak in sight. I would recommend Alluring Homes and Sergios team to any family member, friend or client. Theyre honest, get the job done right, and the most cost effective way. Thank you Alluring Homes.

Comment: I had a number of quotes for our roof and decided to go with Alluring Homes - and Im TRULY GLAD I did. 1. They were EASY TO REACH and got back to me right away when I left a message or text. 2. There were NO HIDDEN FEES or ADDITIONAL COSTS from the quote given. I paid what was quoted and they even went above and beyond what we needed. (We have a swamp cooler that we use and it was mounted kinda funny by another contractor. Alluring Homes had a special mount custom made and handled all moving of the unit and re-installation included in the quote). 3. They COMPLETED the job PROMPTLY. 4. ABOVE and BEYOND. We had a weak spot in our roof (who knew?) and on demo day, one of the workers, when removing the three layers of shingles plus original wood shingles - stepped on the weak spot, creating a 4-inch wide hole in our ceiling. Not only did they patch the ceiling spot - but also the crack next to it and painted the entire living room ceiling to match - at no additional cost. Looks better than when they started and it wasnt even part of the job! 5. Sergio and Sam are brothers and work well together, (LOCAL, FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS). They have a crew of people theyve worked with for years that they can count on - like their foreman, Felipe. Hes truly amazing - a roof warrior! 6.They are CONFIDENT in their work and help in making decisions for shingle colors, etc if youre unsure. All in all, money well spent. Were not afraid of rains coming this winter. Theyll be back next year to roof our detached garage and office.

Comment: When I first called Alluring Homes for an estimate to repair a portion of my Spanish tile roof, I reached Sergio on his cell. He showed up the following day with Cesar to inspect the roof. Out of the three other roofers I got estimates from he was the only one to also inspect the roof from the attic to ensure there would be no surprises. This allowed him to give me a lower quote than all the others.The work was scheduled immediately. Sergios team did a great job. This particular crew specializes in red tile roofs. Nice people to work with. They pay attention to your needs and deliver on their promises. Cesar checked in several times and was always available to answer my questions.A job I dreaded to have done went smoothly and was finished in two days. Just in time before the big storm Hilary hit during which the roof held up beautifully. I am a satisfied customer and would definitely use their services again.Roz Z.

I was up on the roof with them going over all the repairs that were needed. Every question or concern I had was answered. They completed the job in a timely manner. And cleaned up after themselves. Comment: OMG what can I say. Alluring Homes installed my roof a couple of years ago and did such an amazing job. My neighbors loved the look and soon after one of my neighbors had their roof replaced.This time around Sergio and his team, Enrique and Julio came over and did such an amazing job painting my hallway that we asked them to paint my bathroom, which was such a great job. So we then asked them to paint my dining room and living room. The crew always goes above and beyond.Enrique and Julio are so professional, nice and funny. Thank you Sergio and Alluring Homes…I’ll be calling again and will continue to spread the word.

Comment: Waking up this morning, I panicked coz part of our roof was peeling off due to the high Santa Ana winds … I needed to leave for work soon. I called Sergio of Alluring Homes and he responded quickly. In less than an hour his crew arrived and fixed the damage right away.Actually, Alluring Homes fixed our roof as far back 2017 and the part that got damaged was not part of our contract. I was worried thinking it would cost me arm and leg but to my surprise he did not charge me… not a cent.Now that’s what you call professionals, kind and reliable ….. hats off to you Sergio. Comment: Sergio and his crew was assigned by Tesla to remove our roof and install sheathing plywood and water proofing prior to the Tesla team coming in and finishing the solar roof. We received excellent service and installation. The big crew that came to remove the roof were fast and efficient. Took extra time and care to make sure property was clean and free of nails. Also the waterproofing came out great. Highly recommend this roofing company. It takes a lot to become a subcontractor for Tesla and they earned the reputation by quality work.

Comment: Wow. I cant say enough good things about Sergio and Sam. They are what you hope for when you have to do work on your home. They are professionals who keep their word, are on time, and work really hard to exceed your expectations. I used them in preparation for a Tesla roof installations. As with all construction projects, there are bumps in the road. They found extensive termite damage and had to replace more than 50% of my roof prior to waterproof it . It took an extra two days, but their guys were hard at work making sure they made their deadline. Everything passed inspection and we were ready to go for our Tesla roof.Our neighbor complained to me about the dust and her cars needed cleaning. Sergio immediately contacted her and offered to have cars to be cleaned... wow what service!Everyday they cleaned the worksite and made sure I had access to my garage. It is always in the details that makes a great company.I highly recommend these guys. They are gentlemen with integrity and pride of workmanship. I wish all my contractors were like them.

Comment: I loved the job they did and this review is way overdo. They painted my house, redid the facial boards, put in a new door and painted the railings. I loved the cool paint and the time they took to explain all to me. Sergio was very professional and I loved his painting team. Henrique was my favorite and even came back to do a couple touch ups. I liked them enough to then have them install an HVAC a little while later. I would hire them again and am considering doing my garage now. The team felt like part of my family and I say they are quite professional. Highly recommend them.

It was such a great experience that I hired them again in June of 2020 to redo the roof on my 1928 Spanish Style home. They were friendly, polite, professional, on schedule and kept my property clean. As with all repairs to an older home, we encountered some “discovery” issues and Alluring Homes notified me immediately and made the necessary recommendations. Sergio was available via phone conversation or text whenever I had a question. The easy communication, punctuality and management of expectations was a huge stress relief. Comment: Sergio, the owner of the business and his team, did a great job in repairing the roof. I contracted the Alluring Homes Inc. after getting bids from three more vendors. His prices were fair, and warranty was the best among the rest.In addition, Jose did a great job in taking the solar panels off and re-installing them back on again after the roof repair was complete. The electricity production has been most optimum after the job was finished.A few weeks after completion of the job, there were some issues related to the solar panels. Jose showed up immediately and determined the issue was related to our energy provider and the microinverter manufacturing company. His determination was correct, and the issue was addressed by the respective companies. Indeed, Alluring fulfilled its warranty commitment quickly.I will hire the company for my future needs without any hesitation.

Comment: Sam and his brother run an incredible business - very customer service oriented. We ordered a Tesla Solarglass roof and Tesla contracted with them to tear out the old roof and work with them on installing the new one - I am so happy they did!. Sam was always at our site and communicating with status, questions, and options. His crew was very professional as well - everything was cleaned up every day when they left.Right after they removed the roof and installed the underlayment, it started to rain... for days. They were unable to continue installing the roof but Sam stayed in communication to ensure things were safe and watertight. Whatever they did up there to prepare for the new roof, it kept all of the water out. Quite a relief. And of course after that COVID-19 distancing kicked in. But luckily a roof is considered essential, so when the rains stopped they came back to finish the job in a safe manner.Finally, when the roof was done they installed new gutters with leaf guards. They had a machine to make the gutters on site, meaning that there were no seams - they fit perfectly in one piece. The color was a bit off at first, even though it was the one we agreed to, and Sam changed them out to make it right - he did it without me having to ask. Again, incredible!I highly recommend Alluring Homes for your roofing project. They are the best!

While the construction industry is fraught with unhappy customers, I was lucky enough to find - after extensive research, investigation, and interviews - one company that understood what this trifecta means to an individual. Sergio Espinosa from Alluring Homes was professional, personable, and trustworthy. He shared that he served active duty in the Marine Corps for six years and had gained experience and training as a Combat Engineer working on projects ranging from erecting gas stations and bridges to building an entire orphanage from the ground up in two weeks.After owning my home for twenty-one years, and never doing any exterior work (don’t judge, the insides are quite pretty), it was time…past time. But the thought made me cringe. Even interviewing companies and getting bids sent me into a tailspin. Do I look like a helpless idiot? Seriously? It was not going well at all… Then… Sergio showed up.My son had just gone into the Marines. My baby. And yes, Sergio answered all my questions, and gave me invaluable advice. Like a friend. He also offered top quality products and guaranteed my satisfaction. I felt immediately at ease with him, which, in and of itself, is unusual for me given my not so positive prior experiences on the interior remodel and renovation projects I endured over the past years. Endured. That is all I knew.Now I know something different. All expectations were met and surpassed by Alluring Homes. Yes, it was still exhausting - I do work full time and I am not related, being paid, or a serial Pollyanna reviewer (this is actually my first Google review ever).After a new energy-efficient top-of-the-line split HVAC unit was installed in the attic (the old one sat on the roof, cranes came and everything!) with a condenser run to the side of the house, an attic fan and an air scrubber for purity; a new beautiful black “Cool Technology” roof installed with attic venting; an entire exterior renovation, including the “Cool Wall” paint seven-step system prep and applications; and all new exterior lighting and hardware installed, I can still attest that this has been an excellent experience.All questions and concerns were answered. Any worries alleviated. Add-ons and additional work - whatever was needed to truly complete my project and ensure my satisfaction, quality control, and safety concerns - were done. No bait and switch. No haggling. No emotionally heightened phone conversations. Everything included. What a truly surprising experience! The only addition I made that required a change order was the installation of a new exterior staircase to my deck and Sergio ensured I received the highest quality staircase and at the best price. And I admit - it is so much better and safer than the old wooden staircase that was there before.If anyone needs roofing, exterior renovation, or HVAC work on their home or business I highly recommend Alluring Homes.
