Comment: I obtained numerous quotes (8) for my roof replacement. I decided to go with All Service Roofing due to their reviews, BBB rating and price. Bryans knowledge and guidance regarding materials and process also added to my confidence in All Service Roofing. The crew were punctual, polite, and cleaned up daily. The work was completed in the time promised. Steven took the time to point out issues and discuss solutions with me, though they were minor and more aesthetics in nature.. The work included removing 1600 sq ft of tile and replacing it wth shingles, and removing 1600 sq ft of flat roof and apply a three layer system. Hopefully this will be my last roof, but if I ever need a roof again, I will certainly call on All Service Roofing.

Bryan was the most informative of the different companies we spoke to during the estimating process and he walked us through the underlayment options for a SoCal home. He fit us into their very busy schedule before the rainy season. The team showed up on time and very organized. Everyone had a roll and the replacement was very smooth. Comment: Loving my new roof. Bryan and his team did a spectacular job. It was like a party on my roof on the first day. Literally 10+ people demolishing/tearing down the old roof. They replaced the old underlayment with the synthetic peel-and-stick type. Bryan, the owner of the company, is very knowledgeable, up-front and transparent. The crew is some of the most efficient Ive seen, they work like well-oiled machine. Pricing is very competitive and was the best out of 3 additional quotes we had. They completed the work in two days, ahead of the schedule, passed the inspections.The crew was very clean, they picked up all the garbage, nails and swept around the property by the end of the day and very thorough clean up by completion. Comment: ASR just finished roofing our home and it turned out great! Their quote was reasonable, the crew was on time, clean, efficient and well organized. There was no down time and everyone knew exactly what to do and when to do it. Other companies quoted 7 days, but they knocked it out in just 2 days mainly because of their large 12 person crew. With the constant threat of rain this year, that alone was a huge relief. They also answered all of my questions and there were no surprises before or after the job was completed. You can tell that they take pride in their quality and workmanship and when it comes to roofing, trust me, it makes a difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Bryan came over the same day that I called he was very friendly and did a thorough walk around the house and on the roof and immediately quoted my roofing requirements while he was here. This was very impressive that Bryan was so experienced with all that encompasses my complete re-roofing project with all new facia boards, low profile attic vents and skylights. His quote was similar to other companies cost for replacing the roof only. I then received an installation date which they came earlier by about a week, which was great! We have used All Service Roofing twice for roof replacement in Long Beach at two different properties - once in April 2022, and once in Sep 2022. For both jobs, Bryan and his crew were great to work with. Very professional, attentive and efficient. I met with Bryan and Frank for the estimates and both came back with very fair and realistic numbers. They both listened to the specifics that we needed for each job and worked with us to decide on the appropriate level of work for the given house.During any type of construction there will always some type of issue and it is much more important to me how those issues are handled than if the issues occur. During the first job, there was a minor issue and Steven handled the situation very well and worked with me and the tenant to make sure everything was handled appropriately. In the end, he took a small issue that could have left a very sour taste in my mouth and handled it quickly, fairly, and professionally. We had no hesitation to use All Service Roofing again for the second job in September.Bryan, Frank, Steven and the entire crew were all grate to work with and always very willing to give me updates or walk the job with me if I had questions. We would definitely recommend All Service Roofing and will use them again in the future should the need arise.

Comment: We need help to replace our 15 years old shingles roof and we found the local business All Service Roofing in our area. They are not the first one we found and we had couple of quotes from others but they are the simply the best. Here is why I loved their work:-Very first thing: reasonable quote, straightforward, no going around game. This is actually the second time we work with Bryan and he is nice and man of honor. We dont have to negotiate back and forth. He gave us a very competitive quote with discount for being a return customer-Delivered what they promised and the quality of the work done is outstanding. No complain so far after 2 years of the first project and 1.5 months of this second project-Quick response, pro-active to follow up with the schedule and anything changes-He gave us a discount for allowing them to re-schedule the installation date since they have another project in my neighborhood that week as well. That’s not what other usually do! We really appreciate that and of course we say Yes to the great offer from Bryan-Project was done in 2 days with no issue and city inspection passed with no problem!-Offered to remove and cover the old skylight for no extra fee!-We saw a water in garage few days later after a big rain and thought that water leak from roof. Call Bryan and he sent a team to visit 30 minutes later. It turned out that the rain splashed the garage door and water came from the gap between garage door and the ground. His team proved it by splashing water using water hose and water came inside after 30 seconds. Great finding and good job at helping to identify the problem.

Comment: It’s routine for these guys. Another 5-star review. Bryan and his father came to my parents’ house to inspect the roof and provide an estimate and samples. As part of the proposal, they even offered, as a courtesy, to fix and cover up our ceiling where an old large skylight causing a leak was located, and install two new 14-in skylights (we have to purchase the parts of course). Everything was beautifully carried out in less than 2 days. Bryan’s father and his awesome team showed up at 7:30am on day 1 to remove and repair the old roof, and install the new roof. Day 2 they returned to complete the installation, sealing and painting of the vents. Bryan’s father was at the job the entire time with his team to oversee the project. I’m extremely happy with the work and will definitely call them when I’m ready for a new roof at my house. Just call this company if you need roofing done. You won’t regret it. The estimate was very reasonable.

We did a ton of research and got multiple quotes and I cannot express how happy we are that we choose All Service Roofing. From the estimate to job completion the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. The reason we chose them is they are family owned, fairly priced, and their work is flawless. They had a family member managing on site at all times. We had 2 layers of shingles, some repairs, new vents and they were still able to complete the new roof in 2 days! They left our yard was cleaner than before they began work! We have already had numerous people ask us for their information, our city inspector included! The big highlight is the ridge vent they put on with the install. It is almost life changing. I can tell the difference as it keeps the house cooler especially in the garage. The temperature feels about 5-10 degree lower in the garage. Honestly, I dont know why other roofers do not do the ridge vent, it should be the new standard. Definitely recommend All Service Roofing.

Comment: It was time for a roof replacement and after gathering and reviewing quotes, All Service Roofing (ASR) provided me with the most competitive pricing and alternatives. Where others would only provide me the costs of replacing damaged wood by linear foot, ASR specifically called out costs for visible damage and contractually stated that they would replace all other damaged wood needed to pass inspection at no additional costs. (Another contractor stated that this could be up to $2,500 and I was uncomfortable with this as a variable.) It ended up being a key selling point for me.I appreciate this family-owned business and I had the pleasure of consistent engagement with Frank (whose time in the business and passion for quality was unsurpassed) and his sons Bryan and Steven. There was always at least one member of the family onsite ensuring that the job was moving along quickly. As a primary point of contact, Bryan was always friendly and patient when answering questions that I had and consistently open to changes / requests throughout the job. I had decided to add some additional fascia on the 2nd day of my roof replacement, and the request was accepted without hesitance. I can definitely say that ASR is out to please; and ensure that their finished job is something that you are totally satisfied with and proud of. Throughout the job I had neighbors coming by commenting on how fast the work was going and how well the roof looked. Comment: Bryan and his father showed up on time. After looking at our roof, they gave me two different quote of roof materials: basic (OC duration cool) and luxury Certainteed Presidental Solaris). I went with Presidental Solaris because of the look. My wife and I decided to go with All Service because they are the only company that will explain all the materials that they will use and I had done the research that the material was top of quality. Theyre a family run business with decade of experience. Unlike big box company who may sub-contract the work to another person. The quality may be questionable.Since its roofing and it is a large item expense. I had lots of questions during the project and Bryan was always happy to answer my questions. Overall, the roof was nice and there was a 25 year warranty of workmanship.

They were not the lowest bid that we received, but they offered a much higher quality product and service than the lower bid. From start to finish they are the best! Communication with Amanda with the contract and scheduling was terrific!We have 2 dogs so we were worried about nails and other debris that we had seen leftover by a different roofer. We had nothing to worry about! The workers are efficient and totally cleaned up at the end of each day. And... our roof looks terrific!All Service Roofing is one of the best if not the best contractor we have ever dealt with.If we could give 10 stars we would!

Comment: I found this company through Yelp and I was extremely pleased with the work. Before hiring All Service Roofing, I obtained estimates from several other companies. Their estimate was fair and I was impressed with the ease at which I was able to get a hold of the company. Scheduling was easy and they were out within a couple of days. I had an attic fan that needed replacing and the process was very easy from scheduling to the installation. I also needed some minor roof repairs and this company did an exceptional job. Bryan and his father, Frank, came to our home to provide an estimate and were very thorough with the information they provided for our roofing project. The estimate was comparable to the other estimates we received.The day before the project was to begin, Bryan informed us that his crew would arrive by 8:00am the following morning. They arrived at 7:40am and started the project at 8:00.Steve oversaw the project, and the gentlemen that did the work were some of the most respectful and hardworking men that we’ve had do any work on our home. It was evident that they took pride in their work. At the end of each workday, everything was cleaned up and it was if they had never been there.We were told the project would take 3 - 4 days. It took 3 days and an additional 2 hours on the 4th day.The roof looks awesome, the quality of the work is great, and we are very happy with the work that was done.Best experience ever! Once we agreed to move forward and picked out the materials, they were ordered, permit was pulled, and job started very soon. It took about a day and half to tear off the old roof, replace damaged wood, apply underlayment, and new shingles. The quote included all costs, nothing to be added later regardless of how much wood needed to be replaced. 5 star experience.

I knew just by talking to them over the phone that this was going to be my roofing company. Brian and his Dad came out for the initial assessment and went over what was needed . Which made my decision a lot easier in choosing this company for my new roof.“The day of”All service roofing shows up with a football team to start removing all of the old shingles and started on the new roof. Comment: Where do I begin?Project started with our solar contractor telling us that old roofing needed to be replaced before they would put panels up.I then spent about a weeks educating myself on shingles, contractors etc. I talked with and received bits from 4 different contractors. Obviously there were differences in pricing, shingles recommended and services provided. Two out of the four were happy with talking to me by phone and emailing me a quote. One came out, climbed up the ladder, but did not get on the roof. He confirmed I needed a new roof, went back to his office and emailed me a quote two days later with no other follow up.ALL SERVICE ROOFING, however, not only came out to meet with me, they went up on the roof and spent 20-30 minutes taking photos and then came down and spent at least another half hour reviewing what they saw and discussing what they would do as far as repaired etc, what brand of shingles they recommend and why and then worked up a quote and reviewed it with us before they left.Their quote wasn’t the lowest or the highest but their professionalism was so much higher than the others that making a decision was fairly easy. The added extra for me was that the company is a family run business by a father and his three sons. They have been around for a number of years and there’s no doubt in my mind that they will be around for many more to come.Bottom line is: very professional, quality products used, quality work and great value.My wife and I are extremely happy with results.

Comment: I had reached out to Bryan at All Service Roofing because the home I just bought in Aliso Viejo had water damage in the rafters. After receiving 3 bids for a complete roof rebuild, where they reused my concrete shingles, put down 2 layers of 40lb underlayment, and new flashings and risers; I selected All Service Roofing. Bryan was great! He was very professional, responsive and has integrity. Its hard to find contractors that would even respond, but Bryan and his team were awesome! The repair came with a great workmanship and underlayment guarantee. They took care of the city permitting, work was done in 2.5 days and at the end of every day, they cleaned the area. I can finally sleep at night, when it does rain, because Im not worried about water coming through my ceiling. I highly recommend All service Roofing.

Comment: All I can say is that I was in disbelieve at how many unprofessional roofing companies there are. Surprisingly the bigger ones! I got five estimates for my roof and only three companies actually got on the roof to measure! And only 2 showed me all their products. Most came out and just told me a price without explaining anything other than the basic procedure.Frank and Bryan from ASR took the time (themselves) to measure my roof down the square foot. They weren’t salesmen like every other company, they’re roofers. They patiently went over all my options, upgrades and what they include. Once I narrowed down my colors they drove back to their warehouse and brought me full size sheets of the roof to make sure I was happy with the color I chose (Mojave). No other company took more than 15-20 mins with me. ASR took over an hour and answered questions I had after meeting with some other companies which I appreciated because this is a huge purchase. Their pricing was so good I was able to do gutters and 100% new facia boards. They arrived promptly everyday as scheduled. They did the job in the least amount of time as quoted by other companies with the best price. The roof came out amazing! Multiple neighbors have asked about the company that did my roof because of how amazing it looks!
