Comment: No hard sale when receiving estimate. Easy to work with. Good prices, quality work. Had two layers to remove and was still less expensive than all other quotes that quoted only one layer removal. Took care of all repairs necessary and clean-up afterwards. Would recommend.

Comment: When I called to inquire about an estimate, Julio was quick to arrive same day with one of his crewmen to inspect and measure the old roof. After about 20-30 minutes he presented us with a very comprehensive and reasonable estimate. There was a little down time in communication the few days that followed, but eventually his crew showed up like he said they would and worked hard and fast to complete our new roof. Final price was adjusted slightly higher for unforeseen carpentry work that was required after discovering several issues with the wood underneath old roof. He only charged for added lumber/materials, but not labor for that. I was very pleased. Roof looks great. His gutter installers did a pretty decent job with new gutter installed all around, as well. I would hire Affordable JC again.

We were able to get a free estimate and the estimate paperwork all within the same day he made getting a new roof so easy from start to finish they were super friendly is a guys were super nice and at the end of it all they cleaned up the yard. I would highly recommend affordable JC roofing to all my neighbors.

Comment: These guys are GREAT! They showed up the same day I called, within an hour, and communicated clearly with me in person and in text promptly. They had their own equipment, ladder, flashlight, supplies, and company respectable vehicle. They are trustworthy and honest. And they also took their time to fix my leak, adding shingles to my roof, and taking their time to do a good job. And they charge SO little. It was totally reasonable and affordable. When I plan to have my entire roof replaced, I will for sure go to these guys. Prior to hiring Affordable JC Roofing, I had another roofer company come out and check out my roof leak, and even do some minor repairs. They drove a regular vehicle, borrowed my stool and didn’t even have their own ladder, and only spent 5 minutes on my roof. And then they billed me $450 for simply tarring a cone on top of the roof. Three days later the leak returned. Needless to say, I will not be using their service again. Thankfully, I was able to get Affordable JC Roofing company to fix it properly, and not charge me an astronomical amount. So happy!

Comment: If you want a roofer that really cares about you, this is the company for the job. The owner and his staff do everything in their power to make sure the most important part of your house stays solid and water tight. Had my roof replaced this summer. Not only did they give me a fair quote for the job, but they use high quality shingles and materials.The problem came about when the solar company that I contract with, re-installed the solar panels and messed up the new roof by missing the roof beams when placing the footings, then not installing the footing flashing plates ... causing major leaks. JC Roofing immediately answered my distress calls during the first rain storm and came to my rescue, making sure to stop the leaks. Ever since then, they have been by my side to get the solar company to repair the damage that they caused. My ordeal is far from over, but wanted to give my greatest appreciation to JC Roofing for all that they do.

Comment: I have personally used this company for a leak repair and they were able to tarp my house to prevent further damage and provided and reasonable estimate and completed it once the weather cleared. I have a home cleaning business and am always happy to share this company name with my clients. Affordable JC Roofing also did work for my mothers home as well and was able to get the job done in a timely manner as well
