Comment: I had ABI Construction install a new fire-resistant, cool roof with radiant barrier, ridge vent, and gutters. Our project manager, Jordan, production coordinator Marcus, and infield supervisor, Jonathan, were all a joy to work with. Marcus always responded quickly to answer any questions I had and kept me informed of work schedules or any weather or supply delays. If you have read horror stories about roofers, have no worries about these guys. They scheduled the work quickly and did a great job, showed up when they said they would, and were all very nice. Their gutter guy was super, explaining and showing me how to modify the downspouts when I get around to adding rain barrels, even which tools to use.

They were so quick to come out and inspect the damage we had from last years heavy rain and overall age.Not only were they fast, but the pricing was very reasonable and beat out all other quotes. They delivery and installation was very quick, the crews were on time and very clean - highly recommend working with the ABI team and would definitely call them again for other construction needs around the house. They are also installing windows for me shortly. Overall, great experience and happy to recommend ABI to anyone looking for a great roofer.

Comment: I lost count how many estimates I had done . ABI representative Ari, was very professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. He brought samples and licenses. Fair price and guaranteed work was done before collection of full payment. Work was completed as promised along with follow up inspections. I am very happy with the work done and would refer them to anyone . I plan to hire ABI for future ADU project .

Comment: I recently had my old roof removed and replaced with a new one by ABI construction and wow what a difference! Everybody that worked on the project was very professional and the quality of the work shows. The new roof actually looks so good that I need to get the rest of the exterior of my home up to par with it haha. Edgar, Delia, and Jordan are the people who were in contact with me throughout the project, and each of them are on top of their game, and know how to help you out as the customer. My home is fairly small so the work didnt take long, but two days seems like a pretty fast turn around time for how much wood and old material needed to be replaced. I definitely recommend ABI construction for your new roof!

As a house built in 1944, it had its fair share of damage from the elements, and sometimes, odd weathering here in California. We first heard of ABi construction through a flyer, sent through the mail and doing business with them. What’s the best decision we’ve made like many we are very cautious about doing business with others as people tend to be shady but ABI construction is the real deal. We called and agreed on a quote and work began. They were very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and friendly. AJ and Brian were on time to the appointment and were very thorough in their initial assessment and consultation. They patiently explained every aspect of the replacement and all the advantages of working with their company.This discussed the timeline, the quality of materials (OC Duration COOL), and the scope of work. While I was debating between different roofing contractors, they reached out to me a couple weeks later to touch base and see what they could do to help out. They even collaborated with their boss to figure out ways to lower our roof cost (through special deals, sign advertising, etc.). These guys are great to work with and the company is very solid!

Foreman Edgar, lead installer Jonathan, and the rest of the crew (6 total worked on my roof) were all very professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly. They would keep me up to date and answer any questions I had, and made sure I was satisfied with their work. After each day, they would clean-up any debris around the house before leaving. Ari was the point of contact when we first got our estimate and came in-person a few times to answer questions that me and my neighbors had before the job started. Three of us decided to go with ABI to get our roof and gutters done. I’m the second house to be finished. They have one more to go, then all three of us will have our gutters done at the same time. I would highly recommend ABI if you’re looking to get your roof done.

Also had R4 insulation sheeting put down. Comment: My wife and I were in need of a new roof for our home in Chino, we sourced 3 different companies for the job and decided on ABI construction. They had many former customers in the area and had tons of pictures of their work to back up their claims. They even completed a job on the same block just weeks earlier. They were very thorough on the front end to make sure that the price they quoted us was the price we paid at the end. With that being said there were some hiccups that arose during the job. Our power was knocked out and our old phone lines were cut. Levi and Sam made sure these issues were rectified without any additional cost. The power was restored by a licensed electrician within hours of accidental disconnection. The phone lines were deemed obsolete by even the phone company and was cut off at connection point, so there were no wires dangling in our backyard. Overall the process took about 2months to complete and we are satisfied with the outcome. Minor inconveniences may arise with any construction company but how the issues are resolved determine the overall perception. They honored their word and provided a quality end result.

They fixed up all my stucco and bad wood. Daniel was my project manager helping us throughout the project with ever step calculated and detailed. I did my roof which is a 50 year roof with the Mojave color and included a 50 year warranty with materials and labor. I loved the idea of not using tar paper and using the waterproofing material. I had major rain and leaks coming through my roof. I called ABI Construction and they sent this fine gentleman named Daniel who was very thorough with his presentation and explained everything to my wife and I. After hearing what he had to say that night my wife told me she had a good feeling with him so she called him to fix the roof. I cant thank g-d enough for going with my wifes feeling. Levi Ostfeld explained all aspects of the contract prior to commencement of the job, which only took part of four work days for Arturo Barrera and crew to complete. Blancie Jr Guy helped with the LADBS permit and city inspectors initial and final approvals. Both Levi and Sam Abikin stayed in daily touch with me, answering any of my questions and providing me with progress photos. I was impressed with how the crew constantly cleaned up any debris. That was the first thing my friend noticed also. Levi and crew took their own progress pictures, and Arturo Barrera took my iPhone to the two-story duplex roof for my own set of pictures whenever I asked for them. Now I have a new flat roof with all the vents, their covers, sky lights, and new Spanish tiles around the trim of the duplex and separate two-car garage. Extra attention, work, and new materials were devoted to the drain areas. Replacement wood was a minimum and pictures of said wood were taken prior to being covered with the new roof. Im confident I wont have any leaks during the ten-year warranty ABI Construction provided me.

I then found ABI Construction from one of my neighbors and called in to see what the deal was with them as my neighbir was very fond of them. they said thier contractors name was Daniel and he was splendid. So i called and requested for Daniel to show up at my front door. The next day he showed up on time for my appointment with a big smile and great energy! I really hit it off with him as we had similiar intrests and i really clicked wiht him. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and explains everything in detail. i will highly recommend them and Daniel especially fo any new home improvemnt projects on your property! Comment: We hired ABI to re-do and paint the exterior of our home. We knew the facia and siding were wood rot and termite eaten, but the damage was pretty bad. Also on the backside of our house the stucco was damaged in a few areas from the transition of a balcony. The house badly needed repairs and new paint. We couldn’t be happier with our contractor, the promise of the company, the product we purchased (which was the Cool Life flexi paint), and the warranty we received. Levi was personable, open and in communication often on what the plans were, and more importantly we trusted him/ABI and what we were investing in. After we signed the paperwork, we were set in motion just two weeks later. The workers were friendly, clean, professional and did a damn good job! I have to say, having a 5 year old running around I didn’t have any worries as the worksite they kept were very clean and organized. They completed the work in just a few weeks and every time - still to this day - I pull up to my house and I am in love!! We chose Eye of the Storm for the house, and Angel Kiss for the facia. Happy customers here - and we won’t need to paint again for a very long time! I would post pictures but can’t - but already see that our house pics are on their site! Woo! Comment: We were finishing a roofing job with another company and saw a nearby roofing job that used ABI. I noticed that their garage was covered with plastic inside while ours wasn’t. Ours was a complete mess inside the garage compared to theirs so I decided to call ABI for our stucco job. Levi told us about a product that sounded promising so we went with it. We ended up getting a texture coating and Life Paint which is guaranteed from chipping, cracking, peeling, and other paint issues. I wasn’t completely happy at first with the stucco patching and texturing not matching, but instead of telling me “too bad, job is completed,” they tried to find a solution to fix it and came back with a different texture that would help blend it more. It ended up looking a lot better. I appreciated them trying to find a solution instead of just walking away and giving me some excuse to the reason why it’s different. I’m looking forward to not worrying about exterior work for at least 20-30 years. We had Benito and his work crew and they were so nice. I appreciated Benito fixing every little thing I pointed out.
