Comment: Max and team are great. We bought a house with new roof but subpar job on shingles. During strong winds a couple years ago, the shingles started coming off in large sections on 1/3 of the roof. Max showed up for the estimate on fixing just the damaged section vs the whole thing (I asked for this) but he didnt try to upsell us. Fast forward 3 years and the other side of the roof started to fall apart due to wind so we called Max again. Same great service and friendly personality. Trustworthy, responsive, completed the job on time and on budget and his team left our yard cleaner than when they got there. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Max and team are our go-to for roofing needs.

Comment: After receiving a few competitive quotes for a leaking roof, I decided to move forward with A1 American Roofing. They outlined their proposal and scope of work so detailed, that every item was accounted for. I was able to pick an Energy Star approved shingles from Owens Corning with SureNail ® Technology. The color and look was exactly what I wanted. I worked with Avi and he had clear and prompt communication and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. His crew worked quickly and was able to get the job done in less than a week. Both the main house and garage were updated. I would highly recommend A1 American Roofing, they did exactly as they quoted and kept me updated during the whole process. I have since had 2 major rains and happy to report no leaks.

Comment: A1 is the BEST! They were on my roof less than two hours after I first called, right in the middle of a huge storm, as water was pouring into my attic. It turns out the drain on our roof was blocked by debris from the storm, and water had pooled high enough to come pouring in through a vent. If it wasnt for their quick response time, the whole roof could have caved in. Theyre professional, courteous and very quick to respond. Definitely keeping them on my speed dial.

Comment: Working in real estate and air bnb means I have to contact a lot of repair companies for different work. I recently had work by Max. One of my tenants had a leak coming from his roof. I called up and Max came out to the property to tell them what had gone wrong. The roof hasnt had any work done in over a decade. Part of the roof was wasting away and that caused the leak. Max told them the cost and we had it done quickly. Thank you very much for the excellent work Max.

Comment: Max came by to patch up my roof when we had a leak after the really bad rain. He was able to have the work done the same day and even told me about a more efficient roofing he could install for me to prevent this happening since I told him every few months especially during rainy seasons I need a patch up his roofing alternative was great and a month later I scheduled to have it done as well. GREAT patient company I highly recommend and they have great pricing as well. Very kind people who actually care about their clients.
