Comment: Bob and Karen were straight shooters. It was an insurance job due to tree damage. Was able to work with them to get proper language in estimate that insurance wanted. Fair price based on market average, but very quick to respond and begin work.

Comment: Williams did a complete re-roof on my house and they and their sub-contractor (stucco work) exceeded all of my expectations. The estimation and proposal process was thorough and done in a timely manner. The estimate was priced very competitively to the other proposals I received and included all of the options and elements that were discussed on-site. Revisions for additional work that I requested were also handled very quickly and communications with Bob, Karen and the crew leader was always excellent. And finally, Ive dealt with many work crews personally and in my previous employment and can safely say that these guys were excellent. I was home throughout the entire job and checked on progress several times a day and I was always impressed by their work rate, focus on the job, and overall professionalism. Comment: In 2000, Williams Roofing installed our roof and we have been happy ever since. Two years ago I called Williams Roofing because when we had a new furnace installed it was not totally sealed on the roof and there was a small leak. Robert List immediately came to our house and fixed without a charge even though it was not the roofers fault. Last month, we had a loose shingle and, again, Mr. List immediately came to the rescue and fixed the problem without charging us. It is my opinion that Williams Roofing not only provides quality roofs but also takes care of their customers even after the warranty has expired.
