Comment: Ignacio, Gus, Jose and Joe all great professional people to work with. There are others whose names I do not recall but let me say they were all great and took pride in their work. We are very pleased with the windows which have cut the heat by at least 5 degrees in the hotest room of the house, and the noise from the airport is now just a hum rather than a roar. The Cool Wall Paint also cut the heat exchange from the outside temperature. The airconditioner is now just partially on - before it was constantly on.We cant say enough about this product and the Company and their workers and staff.Thank you so much for all you have done.

We interviewed nine different companies and took almost two months just finding the right contractor. We were not pressured into signing a contract as we waited two weeks to move forward. I think we were just spent after interviewing so many companies. We believed this was the finest company for us to work with. We were right.We are so ecstatically happy and grateful to West Coast HomePro for removing our 30+ years old steep roof and doing such an excellent job prepping and replacing it. This was a large project. It took three weeks to complete. West Cost HomePro helped us throughout the whole process and completed the project to our satisfaction. They made things right when faced with issues. What more could one ask for from a contractor?The leadership, management, field and office staff were excellent. The values and attitudes start from the top and reverberate through the organization. They must be doing something right. We were so happy to collaborate with them and wish to work with them in the future for our home repair wants and needs. Comment: The stress that comes with updating a home or making a change to your home is stressful. From price, professionalism and comfort and trust in the company you decide to hire can be difficult. Comment: Wish I had pictures to show you of before and after but I didnt take any and I havent received them from West Coast yet so lets just get on with the review. First, I would like to say I never post a perfect score because no one or company is perfect. Would I recommend this company to family, friends or just someone looking at my house yes I would most definitely.I had only wanted to have my house textured coated and painted but when all was said and done not only did I get that done but I also put on a new roof and bathroom remodel and new water heater. I still have yet to do a garage conversation to a master bedroom with a full bath and walk in closet. That room I am waiting on for a few months.My projects did take some time to complete but that was because of all the rain we were having. This company gives you amazing warranties and believe me they do stand behind their work. I forgot to mention I had a slider door replaced and a front window as well. Everything matched up perfectly and here is where the awesome warranty came in. The slider is so beautiful and you dont even notice the screen and one week after it was installed my 145lb bullmastiff ran right through it. I was so embarrassed but I called Victor one of the project managers and he told me not to worry and they had it replaced in less than 10 days. Well not even 24hrs went by and he did it again. I was just going to call someone to come fix it but Victor and Joe stopped by and said they would get it fixed but we need to find a screen guard to put on so the dog will stop turning it into his personal doggie door. Im hoping we find one before the new screen arrives. All in all they did a beautiful job on my house. I now have a home that looks amazing in the neighborhood. I have a beautiful new roof and it is so sleek and beautiful and all my neighbors love it. I have gotten so many compliments on the color of my house and how beautiful it looks. My old outdated bathroom looks amazing and my family cant believe how beautiful they made it. You never need to worry about anything you always have a project manager to call any time to answer all your questions. I would like to thank Victor, Joe, Robert, Andres. Gus. Luis, Hector and Jesse for everything they did. They became like an extended family to me and believe it or not Im going to miss their smiles and positive personalities they all have.

Comment: A #1 Hands down best staff and quality ever. West coast just completed a new roofing project for our home. We received several bids but after talking with Michael, the sales representative, we found their company to be the most straight-forward, honest and highest quality. They worked with us every step of the way, including the schedule and financing. We had cell phone numbers of the PM and Superintendent and constant communication. Our project was difficult due to it being a 20 year old roof and improper construction from the prior owners. West Coast did a beautiful job, the roof looks amazing - they were all so nice and helpful. I just couldnt be more pleased, thankful and happy with ever aspect of the project!!!

Comment: I highly recommend West Coast Better Homes if you’re looking to replace your roof. I was in the process of looking for a reliable company to patch up some parts of my roof. By coincidence a young man knocked at my door. He told me I needed a new roof. I told him it just needed repair but I said I would be interested in scheduling an appointment with a representative of West Coast. That’s when I met Victor Macias. He explained to me that West Coast is one of nine preferred platinum contractors in Southern California and I see why. Victor along with Gus and the rest of the crew worked diligently to complete the job as promised. I must add that their professionalism and courteous treatment made me feel I had made the right decision to hire his company for the job. I am very pleased with the final work. My house looks beautiful. Thank you West Coast for a job well done.

Comment: Our home had a rat infestation in the attic space. WEST COAST came in with their specialist and assesed the situation. The rats chewing and droppings damaged our homes insulation, air ducts, and roof. We moved forward with West Coast to protect our house. Great decision!!!
