Comment: During the early month of July, Jake came and and gave me an estimate for my leaking roof. He stated that the roof was still in good condition and did not try to sell me a new roof. A couple of days later, he called and stated that he will come out on July 28 2023 early in the morning at 0800 hrs. On July 28 2023, Jake arrived earlier than 0800 hrs and worked on the roof until it was completed. During the tropical storm Hilary, the roof was still leaking. After the storm was gone, I called Jake and about the leak. He stated that he will come by to fix the leak on September 11, 2023 at noon. Again he was early on September 11, 2023 and checked for the leak and completed the work. He didnt charge me at all because it was under warranty and even stated he will check back when it rains again. I highly recommend this company because they are honest, cleans up and are always on time.

Comment: Competitive pricing. They put a crew on my roof and they came every workday until the job was finished. They cleaned up each day. The crew was friendly and helpful. I didnt hear any offensive language or any music while they worked. Their work passed inspections, no re-inspections were necessary. All-in-all it was a fine job. The only negative was that their backlog was longer than expected, but that is probably because they do good work and have lots of business.

Comment: Called a few roofers. Weathertight was one of a couple that called me back. Price was close, based on reviews I chose them. It is a rental. I live 50 miles away. They scheduled it. I asked Tim to pick out the tile color he thought would look best. I text him on the day they were supposed to start, he said they expected to start that day. I havent heard from them since. I was close by and checked on the house a few days later. It looked great. Great color, great workmanship, they painted as needed and cleaned up exceptionally well. I received the bill in the mail a couple of days later and promptly paid it. It was an interesting experience (in a positive way)! It is certainly a well run, quality organization.

Comment: I watched the roofing crew from Weathertight Roofing working on a church roof in Hemet over 6 days. These guys worked hard, even though it was hot, and did a very good job. Interesting, how they took it down to plywood & built it back up. They were telling me how they replaced the old plastic drains with new brass drains - these will last a lifetime. Just talking to the experts, you learn a few things.
