Comment: TWM Roofing was referred to me by a neighbor, and after I looked at their reviews, we decided to get a bid. We got quotes from a couple of other companies as well; and although they were not the lowest bid, my son thought TWM’s contract was the most thorough so we chose them for our tile roof lift and lay. Rob, in the office, and our crew boss, Lino, answered all of my questions before and during the process. I want to give a thumbs up to all of the crew but especially Gabriel, Usain and Alejandro. TWM personnel were knowledgeable, efficient, professional and made our experience a very positive one. I would recommend TWM Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or repairs. They truly are excellent at what they do!

Comment: BLUF: (bottom line up front). If you need a new roof, TMW is trust worthy, experienced, and will get the job done to standard. If I had three words to describe TWM roofing, professional, honest, and caring. I searched Yelp, BBB, Google, Angies List to see who had the best reviews that were current and matched my needs. TMW was one of three roofing companies I selected to give me an estimate. The front office was courteous and scheduled an appointment right away. Rob came out, inspected my roof, wrote up an estimate, and explained work needed in detail. After obtaining all 3 estimates, I had more questions. I spoke with Tom the owner and he was super awesome. He not only answered my questions but Tom also took away any concerns and anxieties I had. BTW, TWM’s estimate was $1500 less than the next roofer. That was icing on the cake. Did I mention that TWM has been doing roofs since 1978? At this point I had confidence in TWM and the lowest price for a 50 year roof. What more could I ask for, right? The tear off crew was quick efficient, protected everything around my house, and complete within 3 hours. Then there was my roofing crew, with over 10 years working together. These guys knew what they were doing and it showed. They replaced all flashing around the roof, around all the pipes, around my chimney, and where my two roofs meet. Forgot to mention that they painted all it to match. Day and a half TWM was complete and my roof was beautiful! Please feel free to reach out if you have questions about my experience. Comment: Our contact with Tom Marshall and TWM Roofing commenced in 2012. Our first impression and continuing impressions were and are very positive because:!. Tom showed up at the agreed upon time for assessing the condition of our roof. 2. Toms vehicle and Toms personal appearance were dress-right-dress. 3. Toms verbal assessment and follow-up written proposal to repair our roof were (a) timely and (b) comprehensive. 4. TWMs employees commenced the work on the day which had been agreed upononce we signed TWMs contract for extensive roof repair and made a down payment. 5. TWMs employees stayed on the job consistently for the several weeks which were required to complete the project. 6. TWMs employees cleaned up after themselves as the work progressed each day. At the completion of the job, the employees thoroughly and completely removed all debris including little scraps and nails which had fallen in the landscaping around our house. 7. In the course of the several weeks project, Tom Marshal came frequently to check on and monitor the progress of the work and to assure that adequate tools and supplies were on site. 8. Our contract with TWM provided for periodic follow-up roof inspections for a limited number of years and then additional bi-annual inspections thereafter were recommended. We have maintained the recommended schedule with TWM and have been well served. This review is being written now as Thanksgiving approaches and we just experienced the first rain of the season after a very prolonged dry spell. We experienced water dripping in under a covered porch area. We took pictures and texted them to TWM while it was still raining. Tom responded by return text within minutes and was out before 10:00 AM the following day assess the problem. We give thanks that we have the services of TWM Roofing available to us. We feel that we made the very best choice when we initially contracted with TWM to repair our concrete tile roof. Thanks so much, Tom!The following Monday Morning: November 25, 2019Having already generally identified the source of the leak referenced above on Friday, Tom came out early the following Monday, pin pointed the source of the leak, and had it repaired within minutes. Thankfully, this was just before the next storm of the season. Happily, that next storm which brought over two inches of rain to our roof, brought NO leaking. Thanks again, Tom (and thanks to your wife as well)! This was particularly heartening since we were were away for Thanksgiving when this repair was made and when this next storm came.
