Comment: TDS owner Tim has been great to work with. The job involved removing and replacing an old roof. Tim came out and inspected the site and quoted within a day. Top quality materials were quoted and he was very through in describing how a new roof would be installed. I had several questions about the material proposed and he was quick to respond. The quote was very reasonable. TDS scheduled the job and within a couple weeks permits were pulled and work started. It took 3-4 work days and the old roof was off and new one installed. New roof looks great and job site completely cleared of all debris.Im happy to have found TDS and would certainly recommend them to friends and family as well as use them in the future.

Comment: After interviewing several contractors to complete a drywall repair in my home, I was most impressed with my initial interaction with TSD Construction. Mr. Tim Davidson was professional, courteous, and respectful. I hired TSD Construction and was completely satisfied with the completion on the job. After the job was finished, (dry wall replaced and painted) I could not even tell any dry wall had been replaced at all. The job was completed in the time stated. If you want professional, high quality work, I highly recommend TSD Construction and definitely would hire again.

Comment: Over this past year TSD Construction has managed three major jobs at my houses in Curtis Park, and all three have been completed excellently. First was to manage a basement that had been flooded by 4 feet of water because of a plumbing failure during a three-day weekend in September. The second job at the same house was to replace completely two old bathrooms and to re-plumb the entire house. This summer he supervised the removal of a collapsed garage, its broken cement foundation, and driveway. Then TSD had a new garage, patio, and driveway constructed.Tim Davidson is organized, familiar with municipal regulations and requirements, and necessary inspections. Tim works well with craft people, inspectors, and neighbors. My three excellent, completed projects are why I recommend TSD Construction so highly.

Comment: I live next door to my neighbors who used TSD Construction for their new garage and driveway. Tim Davidson was the general for the work and was attentive and responsive to our neighbor, not to mention, he kept me and my husband informed on what was happening when, and the overall timeline. Since we share a property line, Tim and his team made sure that our yard was secure during the construction. The garage was over built, in that it was constructed incredibly well. I have garage envy.

Comment: Tim Davidson of TSD Construction recently completed our roof, gutters, dry rot repair, and house painting job. He and his subcontractors took good care of our home and finished the job in a timely manner. We love our new concrete tile roof and custom gutters and because we replaced the shake roof, Farmers Insurance discounted our property insurance. We highly recommend Tim’s full service company.

Comment: Tim Davidsons TSD Construction had new flat roof installation done on both our family home and commercial building. Tim met with us personally to review what the problems were and possible solutions. He put no pressure on which option to use and when the project should be done. He did help us decide on the best course of action. He got both properties roofs replaced within budget and on time. Tim also had some additional projects like dry rot repair/refinish and an ornamental Japanese 8 foot tall working lantern rebuilt, refinished and installed done. Our family highly recommends TSD Construction to handle both large jobs and small.

Comment: Tim and his team are phenomenal. They completely remodeled 2 old, sorry-looking bathrooms that were badly in need of new plumbing. Both bathrooms are now truly beautiful,comfortable, and functional. The crew was top-notch, and the work was completed according to schedule. Tim wasalways available for questions and advice. Comment: TSD Construction recently completed a new RUUD HVAC system in our house. The installation team was timely, professional and very efficient. They completely tarped our house from the entrance to the installation area, and cleaned up after the job so efficiently you couldnt even tell they had been there. Oh, on top of that the price was incredibly competitive. I would strongly recommend them to anyone that is looking to replace their HVAC system!

Comment: After the 2023 January storms, my fence blew down and then shortly after, my HVAC gave out. After contacting multiple companies for an estimate and no response, I contacted TSD Construction, and Tim responded promptly and came out to assess the damage/work that needed to be done. I was able to get the fence repaired within a month, and then had the HVAC repaired for under $10K (after rebates). Tim is incredibly reliable and will try to price it at the lowest cost to have the job completed. I highly recommend using this company.

Comment: Had a huge tree fall onto my roof during the New Years Eve storm. Thankfully it only damaged the portion of the roof outside of the living area, but the damage was significant, nonetheless. Tim and his crew did a fantastic job with the repairs. Communication was great, the work done was high quality, and Tim came by to check on the progress often. I would have no reservations about recommending TSD Construction or using them again in the future. Truly a pleasant experience all around!

Comment: In the summer of 2017 Tim and his experienced crews (always on time and respectful) transformed our yard with weed free gardens (drip irrigation with gravel), full new backyard drainage system, new board-on-board fencing, stamped concrete patio, and side concrete walkway along with a beautiful patio cover with fan and light. Tim did an excellent job helping us choose plants that were in line with our tastes. My wife and I highly recommend TSD Construction for your landscaping needs.

Comment: We had a backyard that was essentially an old patio cover, uneven pavers and what best can be described as a mud pit. Tim came over and asked us what we were looking for. After listening to us, he was able to put together a design that incorporated the elements we wanted. We loved the design and moved forward with the project. As with any project, issues came up and were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend TSD Construction to anyone looking to redo their backyard.

Comment: Tim designed our land scaping. His crew completely removed all grass, old concrete, and plants, so they could begin with a clean slate. Then they installed pavers, a drip system, moved tons of dirt to form mounds and a dry river bed. Tim brought in tons and tons of rock and gravel to use in a path way and as ground cover. Tim took us to a commercial nursery and recommended and helped select the best plants. There was always a crew of at least 4 workmen on the job everyday without fail. They made steady progress untill finished. Tim has a superb design sense, and his crew is skilled and work together as a team.This was the 2nd project TSD construction has done for us we are very satisfied with the quality and the pace of work. I give TSD Construction 5 stars.
