Comment: From first phone contact to initial in-person meeting, a very positive experience. Brandon, Inspector, reviewed the problem, thoroughly explained all the options and then proceeded to complete the needed work, all in one visit. I feel that he went above and beyond, as I had to leave town the next day. I would highly recommend this very professional company.

They did a complete inspection before and after the work was completed and verified with pictures. I found the team to be honest, trustworthy and reliable. Comment: They were on time, courteous and explained what they were doing in detail using photos and descriptions. They repaired any damages to my roof caused by squirrels and pointed out and repaired other damage as well. I am hoping that the preventative measures they put in place will help keep the squirrels out of my attic!

Comment: We have hired Thomas Wildlife on several occasions to fix or shore up possible squirrel entries into our attic. They are extremely responsive and very reasonably priced. They are all friendly and show the utmost respect for your property. We live in an area with lots of squirrels looking for a home and because of Thomas Wildlife they haven’t been able to make one in our attic. I recommend them highly and would give them six stars if I could!

Comment: Brandon Thomas and his company are awesome. We moved into our home a year ago and the first night we heard bats and rats in the walls. He came right out and started the process of removing and disinfecting. It has been a long and drawn out process to say the least having contractors come in and replace sheet rock , insulation, etc. as well. Brandon was and still is on top of it and made us feel so much better about the entire situation. We highly recommend Thomas Wildlife Control.

Comment: We had a raccoon nest under our house. Thomas Wildlife was able to humanely get her to move her nest and then sealed up our crawl space. It took a few visits, but they stayed in communication throughout the process and kept us informed of everything they were doing. And although it took a couple of extra visits (she was a stubborn raccoon) they did not change the original quoted price. They were very professional and I would recommend them without reservation.

Comment: Brandon is fantastic! His work was great and his customer service was on point. There was a slight issue with the work that one of his employees had done and he made sure to come back out as soon as we told him about the issue he came back and fixed it himself. So the only I would say is make sure you check work being done by any company to make sure it is up to your standards, but Brandon made sure to follow through so I would use him every time! And I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family!

Comment: I loved Thomas Wildlife Control because Brandon (the owner) and his staff took care of the squirrel problem @ our attic. We do not know squirrel(s) are above our attic until a hole was punched through our 2/F ceiling early last month. Then we know for sure that some uninvited guests were living up in our attic.We were referred by Salvador of Barrier Pest Solutions since these 2 companies work together before. Brandon sent his crew to our house within 2 days after he called us. It took him a total of 4 visits to finish up the repair and force the squirrel(s) out of our attic. Brandon put 2 traps at the attic during his 3rd visit. During his last visit, he confirmed that there are no more rodents in our attic. He then sealed the 1-way exit opening set up on the 2nd floor eaves of our house.It has been 3 weeks since Brandon sealed the 1-way exit opening. In the past 3 weeks, we saw a squirrel trying to enter our attic via the sealed entrance. Of course, it cant and we hear no more noise from the attic area since then.Brandon gives us a year of warranty for his repair. We definitely hope that we dont need to call him back. One thing which we need to mention about – the repair cost is a sticker shock for us but worth it since we are now in peace with no further damage done to our attic area. Several alarm wires at the attic are broken since last year and this is an early warning sign. Unfortunately, we keep ignoring this early warning sign until the ceiling is punched through. We wish others will not make the same mistake!If you have any rodent’s problem, call Brandon and you will not be disappointed!

Comment: I have used Thomas Widlife Control twice in the past 5 years for different issues and both times Brandon has fixed our problems quickly. The first time we had birds perching above our front door and he installed a strong wire netting that did the job and the birds couldnt return so our front porch is much cleaner now! The second issue was a woodpecker on the back of our home. I knew he was causing damage but Brandon was thorough and he found damage in several places we were unaware of because it was so high on our second story that Im glad Brandon has a high ladder and he took pictures and explained how he was going to fix the damage and then prevent the bird from continuing to peck on our home. I will say the prices feel high but he gets the job done quickly and effectively and weve been very pleased with his work and knowledge. I would definitely recommend Thomas Wildlife Control to anyone!

Comment: When I found out that I had skunks living under my modular home, I freaked out. Through a recommendation from my pest control company, I contacted Brandon at Thomas Wildlife. He went out of his way to set a trap on that very day in the pouring rain and wind. After trapping and removing three skunks over the course of about one week, he and his crew did an amazing job creating complex exclusion completely around my home. It was quite a job, and now I feel that my home is totally safe from rodents and wildlife. I highly recommend Brandon. He is thorough, conscientious, compassionate, and willing to work with customers and their budget to make sure that their home is free from pesky critters for good!

Comment: I used them years ago and they were able to completely seal my house from rat invaders. But....rats are very smart and created a new way to get in to my attic. Thomas Wildlife again to the rescue! Brandon found the new hole the rats created and sealed it up. Hopefully that will take care of the problem until they figure out how to make a new hole! Comment: Showed up on time which seems to be the exception for contractors nowadays. Full 360° house inspection and roof. Found hole in roof and vent holes. All closed up. A bit higher in price but very very thorough. Trapped them that very night and NO MORE NOISE IN ATTIC! Great guy!

I was recently given the opportunity to spend a day on the job with Brandon Thomas, the owner of Thomas Wildlife Control. What I can share with anyone combating nuisance animals raining destruction on their home, is that it will be very difficult to find a company that is capable Of doing a better job of not only removing your troubles, but also safe guarding your home against any future invasions by any prowling critters, even a tiny mouse! You should know that even our state Governor is an existing customer. Yes, one of the many homes we visited on my ride along with Brandon was the Governors Mansion in Sacramento. Brandon is highly knowledgeable, and not only an expert at what he does, but he became that Bc he’s pationate about the service he provides, I assure you he is here to help you. What some reviewers complain of paying for, yet fail to mention is what type of services they received for their money? The fee structures I witnessed as well as the Integrity of the man deciding them were quite honest, and fair in my opinion. When you take your vehicle to the shop you pay a min of a $100/hr in labor, if you have 2 mechanics working on your car that’s $200 an hour, and it’s done in half the time, then you have materials/parts in addition, and a diagnostics fee. Thomas Wildlife Control comes to you, he does a diagnostics on your home to tell you the severeity of your invasion, and then he restores your security and comfort with in your own home, and takes your worries away with him never to be seen again. What’s that worth to you? Not only that, do you want to pay the company You should have hired in the first place, to come out and fix what another company did that said they could do cheaper? Opinions vary wildly over value so if your going to comment on the price you paid then please provide the details of what you paid for so that others may decide for themselves if it’s a value they agree with or disagree with. Just my $.02 and I’ll let you decide what that’s worth to you.

Comment: I used this company to get rid of Rats that were living in the attic of our new house. They found tons of ways that they were getting in that I didnt even realize were there until they showed me. Ive already recommended them to one of my neighbors who has some bats getting into his house. They are a little pricy but definitely worth it. I think you get what you pay for.
