Comment: Ramil G and Anthony O filled our attic today with 13 inches of high-quality blown-in attic insulation--all for $0! This was part of the LADWP attic insulation rebate program. Ramil and Anthony were on time, courteous, patient and informative. Before our appointment, Anabel Alanis provided superior customer service by sending me links to product information and videos, which were highly informative. Superhero Contractors made it so easy for us to get insulation in our attic--and we never had to pay a cent. They took care of all the LADWP paperwork and everything! Would highly recommend.

Comment: Great Experience! They have great customer service and are very informative about the attic installation. Very professional and easy to deal with. They supplied a contract stating everything up front, and even filled out the LADWP rebate form to have 80% of it covered through LADWP. I didn’t have to pay beforehand and wait to be reimbursed. Superhero handled it all. They also provided me with additional COVID 19 rebates for the remaining cost. Jose, Ramon and Hayden were pleasant, fast, and followed all COVID safety precautions during the actual Installation. I will definitely look into other home energy services & products with them in the future. Thank you Superhero Contractors!!

Comment: Totally great experience! Easy paperwork. The team was safe, wore masks, and addressed all my concerns (we have two attic entrances, and they made sure that the other entrance wasnt covered over). Ive liked them so much, I had them do the same installation job at several of my rental homes, and also some of my colleagues rental houses too. Easy, no BS operation.

Comment: I am so glad I chose Superhero Contractors to replace my windows (11 windows & one sliding door). It was a great experience from beginning to end. Account Manager, Brad, came to my house to show me the product and its many great features--there are a lot! He was personal and professional. The pricing was in the middle range of quotes received from five companies. The warranty is excellent, covers everything, and is better than the four other companies. The three installers (Noah, Jeff and Damien) were terrific. They were personal and professional. They expertly installed the windows with no problems. They also cleaned up after they were done. During the entire process, all four guys expressed that a satisfied customer is the most important thing to them. The windows are beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely hire them again!!

Comment: I am the owner of my childhood home which our family has lived in since 1958. Superheroes have not only updated my home, but have made it so much more insulated from the heat and the cold. I did not realize how hot it could get, but this past summer seemed to be the worst for heat. Superheroes insulated my attic which had nothing in it and the windows I chose will not let the heat in like the old wood windows. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable and really cared about their work. They would answer any questions I had. I love my new windows and look forward to next summer.

The crew arrived on time, each one introducing himself entering my home.  Jaime was professional and answered every question I had.  I was wowed by the finished product. They installed 7 double hung windows, and 2 sliding glass doors. Can’t believe how quiet the inside of the house is. Great job guys!

Comment: Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend Superhero Contractors to anyone. I was blown away with how professional, prompt, polite, and the workmanship, WOW! They cleaned up after and I really could not be any happier with the completed work. We had the whole exterior of our house painted. Scheduling was easy with Maritza and the call center. Carlos and his crew were a pleasure to work with and we will definitely call Superhero Contractors for all our home improvement needs.

Comment: Our air conditioner broke down in the middle of the summer. We contacted Superhero Contractors and set up an appointment to meet with them about replacing our unit. Marquez came out to the house and was able to work with us on finding the right system for our house that also fell within our price range. Marquez was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his company and their products.Once we signed the paperwork, the contractors were at our house within the same week. Howard and his crew (didnt catch the other name) arrived on time and got to work right away. They removed our old system (heating included) and installed the new unit all within the same day. We used to create condensation lakes on the side of our house with our old system, so they even installed a pump and ran a drainage line into a planter on the other side of the house.My wife and I are extremely happy with the work and the overall ease of the process. They went above and beyond at every step of the way. Its hard to express how nice its been having an air conditioning system that actually cools our house.

Comment: My house had not been painted since I brought the house brand new 15 years ago. The House was showing all kinds of wear from the hot sun and there was a lot of fading and cracking in the stuccoed walls of the house. So I got 4 estimates and Super Hero Contractors won my project out of the four. When Jamie came out he gave me a very thorough presentation and at every phase of the presentation he would pause and ask if I had any questions.This company did not spend any of my time bad mouthing the other three companies. Instead Jamie told me everything I need to know about there product. Amongst all of the value I get with their product I especially liked the flame retardant in their product being in the dessert fires are a threat and to know that I will not have to worry about me house burning down. I was so HAPPY with the finish painting of my house exterior and to have a lifetime guarantee is the icing on the cake. Their customer service is the cream of the crop. The best customer service I have ever dealt with which was their goal not only have an excellent product but made sure that I was indeed satisfied. If you need your house painted and have peace of mind with the company you choose then you want to choose Super Heros Contractors you will be happy you did.Nellie a very satisfied Super Hero Contractors customer.
