The company supervised the crews and made sure everything was done and completed correctly. Work was finished quicker than anticipated. Solar system was removed and reinstalled just fine. Comment: Sunset Home Builders just finished my new roof and did an excellent job. Omri came out and explained the process completely with no hidden fees. Showed examples of different materials which had to meet California code. Then later after getting several other quotes I felt safe going with Sunset Home Builders. After signing paperwork his team showed up the next morning and stripped the old shingles and replaced a few boards. We had to wait for the first inspection so his roofers came back late after the inspectors showed up and tarped the entire roof because the weather forecast called for a slight chance of rain.Very next morning they showed up early and had my new roof on in one day. They had the place cleaned up but still sent some guys out the next day to guarantee everything was clean. New roof looks great and I have no complaints. Highly recommend Omri and Sunset Home Builders.

Comment: I had a energy efficient flat roof replaced, new rain gutters installed, and some of the fascia boards replaced on my house. I got four bids for the job, threw out the highest and the lowest bids, and then looked at reviews, which is how I chose to use them. Firstly, Omri struck me as being honest and dependable. Also, I was impressed by how quickly this company was able to start the work (and it was fairly short notice). They were flexible with my odd work schedule. The guys doing the actual labor were very polite and cleaned up at the end of each day they worked. To be honest, a couple of small concerns did arise, but Omri never argued about the validity of my concerns or made me feel dumb for mentioning them, and he immediately agreed they would be resolved to my satisfaction (and they were). Finally, I would like to say that Omri and Nathan treated me like family, such great guys. I would definitely use them again for future projects, and am very happy to recommend them.

( I even accidently called after hours and he was still nice enough to answer questions) He gave me honest and helpful feedback to help determine what my roof issue is and how he could address it. He also was able to help me understand the cost of my project as well as why it would be that cost. I cannot recommend them enough and cannot wait until we can start our project.

Comment: Exceptional Service! From start to finish with talking with Yosef on the phone and him explaining the process to myself and my parents who are elderly. The team working on the roof was always clean and careful while being efficient and doing a great job.This all happened during the heavy rains we had a couple months ago. I called Sunset Home Builders and that afternoon they were out to cover the roof to deflect from anymore leaks and damage to the house.Honest and caring, professional, reasonable, efficient.If I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ I would.
