Comment: There are very few construction companies out there that operate like truly professional businesses, Storm Shield Roofing is one of the few bright spots in this industry. My experience with Storm Shield Roofing started a few years ago. They came out to assess a drainage issue I was having with my tile roof. After answering all my homeowner questions, they gave a thoughtful assessment of my situation. In brief, they stated that they could redo the section of my roof, but the core issues of the tile roof would remain. I was very impressed that a business was willing to fairly assess a situation even if that meant they were most likely not going to get a new job from it.Fast forward to 2020, the issues with my roof continued to cause problems and it was clear I needed to switch from a tile roof to an asphalt roof. The first company that came to mind was Storm Shield Roofing. After getting several bids from multiple roofing companies; Storm Shield was not the cheapest, but they weren’t the most expensive either.Throughout the entire job the owners were on site multiple times to make sure everything was running smoothly. The crew was very personable and professional. The job site was kept clean every single day. And any issue that did arise was promptly and professionally addressed.The only downside of Storm Shield Roofing is that they are just in the roofing business. I would be willing to hire this business for all my home remodel projects, because of the fair, honest, and professional work that Storm Shield Roofing gives to its customers.

Comment: I dont write a lot of reviews, but I just had to commend Storm Shield Roofing. They just completed our new roof and it looks beautiful! We live out in the country and have a very steep pitched roof. Chris was so professional and attended to every detail. He even came back twice with more samples to be sure I was happy with my choice. The crew were punctual, professional and hardworking. They started and finished right on time. To top it off, their prices were highly competitive for a very high quality product and topnotch job! Whether you need repairs or a whole new roof, I would not hesitate to recommend Storm Shield Roofing.

Comment: We have a difficult roof. Flat brick tile, multiple gables, and a high pitch. John Shirley and his crew correctly assessed and repaired it and addressed flow issues which had caused some leaks. Storm Shields work was fast, efficient, and the finished job looks beautiful!I would recommend storm shield to any business or home owner whose roof needs professional attention.

Comment: We just had a new roof put on with Storm Shield Roofing and we cant be more pleased with how it turned out. It is a large complicated roof and John and his crew handled the whole job quickly and perfectly. It cost much less than we thought it would so pleased with that also. We would highly recommend John Shirley and Storm Shield Roofing!

Comment: I highly recommend Chris Souza and Storm Shield Roofing. I have a tile roof that has had a number of problems over the years which have resulted in frequent tile slippage and leaking inside the house. The roof was not done well to begin with and Ive had other roofing contractors out to manage issues as they arose. Hands down, I would say Chris and his company is the best roofing contractor that has done repair work. Chris not only looked at the leaking issue I pointed out, but also gave me an evaluation of the entire roof and made suggestions which I appreciated as a means of prevention, since Ive had so much trouble in the past with the roof.In my experience, it can be hard at times to find contactors for home uprades and repair that return your call right away, and Ive had companies that never return my call at all. Ive also had companies that schedule a time to meet, and then never show up. It seems that communication and follow through can be a problem. In that department, Chris was a breath of fresh air. Not only did he return my call right away for a request for an estimate, he also was able to meet with me right away and got the job scheduled in a reasonable amount of time and always showed up when he said he would. He is both prompt and reliable.Chris Souza is very professional, has a strong work ethic and it was evident to me that he highly values and takes pride in developing a good working relationship with his clients and in providing a quality service. I felt he went over and above with the actual repair and also in making sure we went through all of the options available to me priorto the repair and explained everything thoroughly. Additionally, he let me know that if there were any further troubles in the areas of the roof that he worked on, those repairs, if needed, would be included in what I had already paid.If I need roofing service again, I will definitely be calling Chris Souza and Storm Shield Roofing.

Storm Shield Roofing is a first class operation and Chris and his crew were wonderful..
