Comment: I am absolutely thrilled with my new roof, overhang and gutters. I mean thrilled for a BEAUTIFUL roof, overhang and gutters. My house is 68 years old. I bought the house with tired, rusty and leaking gutters and no overhang. A couple of months ago I was doing work in Morada CA and drove by a new roof job with overhangs being built. I stopped and was greeted by the foreman with a handshake and an appt. that same week to look at my house and give an estimate. He answered every one of my questions no matter how simple in a way I understood. I got 2 more estimates (secretly hoping Stoneridge would be the best one) and I was not disappointed. Stoneridge Roofing was the only company who has a carpenter who could build my overhangs. They were also the only one that didnt add plus additional money for man hours and materials for dry rot they might find. The estimate included areas he knew would need replacing for dry rot. The work started on time and there was not one workday that was missed. Cars still slow down as they drive by to see my beautiful roof. Each step of the build was professional, tidy, and expertly done. Each time I had a question or needed something done, I was visited promptly and the request was done. The pricing was best overall and it never changed. What was quoted in the beginning was what was presented at the end. No hidden costs, no grumbling. It was the best construction project I have ever lived through. Every day was Christmas in August when I came down the street to see the progress. The carpenter was a master craftsman, the gutters man was great, and of course the foreman was pleasant, knowledgeable, available, and professional from the first meeting until the end. I highly recommend Stoneridge Roofing for all Stockton and beyond. I know from my roof came 3 more estimates for them. I am a fan and will always recommend this company. Oh yes, I was prepared to paint the underside of the new overhang myself but the foreman knew a painter who came over the next day with a very reasonable estimate. It was done in 1 day; a primer coat + 1 coat of paint. My friends came for a new roof BBQ already and I am for once not dreading the rainy season! Thank you times a million to Stoneridge Roofing. Comment: After 20+ years of owning my home my wife and I decided that it was time to put a new roof on the house. After asking around for recommendations and calling numerous roofing companies to get quotes we decided to go with Stoneridge Roofing. The initial consultation was with my wife and she was very impressed with Josue and his knowledge. I had never heard of Stoneridge Roofing before, but after talking with my wife and seeing all the quotes we decided Josue was our guy. When I met him he was very professional and polite. He gave us all our options and provided a fair price. Was he the cheapest? No. Was he the best? I believe so. Some of the other companies that came out were very unprofessional and made it seem like it was almost a side job for them. I wanted a true roofer. Josue was at my home almost daily making sure his crew was doing a great job and to ensure the job was done correctly. When faced with the possibility that we might have to have a vent from our bathroom at the front of the house he agreed to relocate it to the side of the house, creating a much cleaner look to the front. His crew showed up everyday on time. Knowing lots of people in construction I know that this is rare. We had Stoneridge replace all the sheeting on our back patio and remove a skylight. They also put in plenty of vents which I know has kept everything cooler than it ever was. We are very pleased with how the roof turned out and now we have the comfort of knowing we will have a great roof for many years to come.
