Comment: I called Stay Dry Roofing at 4:30pm yesterday, hoping to find someone to clear leaves off my roof before Tropical Storm Hilary hits tomorrow. They managed to squeeze me in at 7:30am this morning and did a fantastic job (the first photo is my before picture; the other two are photos they took when they were done). They hauled away all the leaves and didnt leave any lying on the ground. Very punctual, efficient, and professional.

Comment: The high winds on 01/22/2022 tore all the roofing off my flat-roofed addition. At 7:01 am on the following Monday, I called Stay Dry. A human being answered the phone (!) and said theyd be out between 10 and 3. At 9:40, I got a call from the estimator, Shelly, saying he would arrive by 10:10. He arrived at 10:05. He measured the area and had an estimate by 11:15 am. The price was within the range I expected to pay.The owner, Javier, and Shelly came with a crew the following Sunday and installed a completely new roof. Javier explained how the material was being laid down and secured. The entire process was transparent. On top of that, though, Shelly took photos of the damaged roof and the work in progress and sent them to me . Those photos proved to be critical in support of an insurance claim.I would recommend Stay Dry Roofing (Pasadena) to friends. They say what theyre going to do and how much its going to cost, and then they get it done when they say theyre going to do it.

Comment: I hired Stay Dry Roofing Company recently to install a new roof in my clients home that we were getting ready to sell. These guys did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Weve worked together in the past on some roof repairs on another clients home. I trust Stay Dry Roofing Company when it comes to giving this company honest opinion as to what needs to be done with a roof. I wont hesitate to use them again.

Comment: THANK YOU STAY DRY ROOFING!!! We had a leak at our studio where we keep a lot of expensive equipment. We tried to temporarily fix it ourself to no prevail. I called Jose at 9pm on a rainy thursday night and he came with a few guys and saved the day with an emergency solution until they could get back out there when it was dry. All our instruments were saved. Thank you again Jose.

Comment: Ive had bad experiences in the past when working with contractors, but working with Javier at Stay Dry Roofing Company was quite the exception. From start to finish I was given updates, and the crew had a good work ethic (and didnt cut corners either). I am a very happy customer! :-)
