He even took care of a couple things I couldnt reach without a ladder. Very nice! His team is respectful and professional. Comment: Chris came out during a heavy rainfall to look at our leaking roof. I found him to be honest, on time and very thorough. He gave us a competitive quote so we decided to use his company. They came out when they promised and finished the job in a timely manner. I do highly recommend them! Plus he gave us a 10 year warranty. I will call him again if we have further roofing problems. I contacted him during the recent crazy So-Cal rainy season and he got us in to his busy and demanding schedule promptly. He worked within our budget and only did the necessary repairs. Comment: Ive used their services twice now. The first time was a leak at the front of the house and they were quick to respond and I havent had a problem with it for several years now. After all the recent rain I had a couple more leaks in areas farther back and not only did they fix those, but they inspected the rest of the roof and gave me a warranty on the whole thing. Im very satisfied with thier work and I dont expect I will need to use the warranty based on the work they have done before.

Comment: I called Chris to repair a tile that had fallen off my roof. He did an inspection of my roof and ended up repairing 16 tiles due what was thought to be not only wear and tear, but also damage from solar installation that went undisclosed. He purchased 20 tiles and left the remainder at my home. He was easy to work with and did a great job. He took pictures during his inspection to show me the damage, then took pictures after removing the tiles and after installation. Chris also did the job quickly even though it wasnt a big job, which I really appreciated as it rained heavily a few days later. I highly recommend you use Chris. See photos.He also said hed come out once a year for inspection and I believe gave a 20 year warranty on his work.

Chris was very thorough with us letting us know what signs to look out for in the future and what he noticed when he did his review.We recently had Chris and his team out to do the repairs and they were professional, friendly, and did a great job. Comment: Chris did a fantastic job of repairing my roof! I had many tiles that were cracked, slipped or fully broken. He quickly assessed the problems, gave me a fair quote, and did the work later on in the afternoon, ahead of a rainstorm. Additionally, he warrantied my roof for 10 years! He is honest (and doesnt try to sell you services you dont need), his work is excellent, and hes a super nice guy as well. Im so thankful we found him!

Comment: Ive worked with a number of roofers in my career. The majority of them did great work that I was very satisfied with. The issue is everything else that comes with working with a roofer. Are they punctual? Do they try to upsell you? Do they properly cleanup after they’ve completed the job? Are they difficult to get ahold of? Can you get them out to give an estimate in the first place? I’ve encountered many of these issues with other roofers, but not with Chris and Joel at Southern California Roof Repair.Chris and Joel showed up on time, gave an accurate assessment of the condition of the roof, were honest in their recommendation to get a “tune-up”, rather than a roof replacement, were very patient in explaining their recommendations to my clients (first time homebuyers), gave a fair price for their work, and were always responsive by text.Southern California Roof Repair is a young roofing business with experienced roofers. Comment: Where to begin with the rain showers we have been getting I noticed a leak on the side of the house and I knew that I had a leak and I needed to get on it right away before it became worse and more costly to fix. I called chris in the morning and asked if he services the (san Jacinto area) and to my luck he was making a call in town so he stopped by house and we communicated via text due to me being at work but he sent pictures of what needed to be fixed and he was very good at explaining his work as he went through the process. I was able to get out of work and got home just as he was finishing up and he took the time to explain the repair again showing me pictures of what steps he took and he gave me a copy of my invoice and guarantees his work for 5 years. Comment: After having issues with another roofing company, I called Chris based on the Yelp reviews. I showed him where the leak was and explained that we had another company come out numerous times to try to fix it. He took pictures and spent a lot of time explaining why we were leaking and why the other repairs did not work. They came out the next week and fixed it plus cleaned out the areas that had dirt/leaf build up. He showed me pictures of the repairs and explained his warranties. In my opinion, going with a local company was the right thing to do. The larger roofing company could not fix it because they do not care. Chris is local and cares about his reputation and your home. I highly recommend them for any roofing issues.
