Comment: I went with All in One for a new roof based on their A+ BBB rating and they did not disappoint! Their crew, led by the amazing Santos, was reliable, punctual and professiona. Sophia in the front office (who seemingly works 24/7) helped to make it all happen with great communication. Note for future customers-make sure to arrange for ground and wall tarping during initial tear-off making clean up much easier. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Comment: We used All in 1 for to replace our roof and add solar. Sophia is an amazing communicator and answered all our questions patiently and professionally to prepare us for the work. She informed us of the timelines and where potential delays may come into play. She was also very up front about the need for us to add plywood sheathing to our roof to close the gaps in the 1950s slatted sheathing, which while expensive was not a surprise sticker shock as it was already priced in. The installation of the roof went very smoothly, with a very professional, efficient and considerate crew. The permit inspections went smoothly with the onsite team able to handle all the questions the inspectors had. From tear off to final, Our ~2000 sq ft home and detached two car garage were completed in less than a week.The solar sales were handled by Sophia, with all the positives listed above. The installation was with a different crew but it was just as efficient. They delivered all the materials to our side yard the day before installation and it was fully installed, permits approved and producing power, the following day. Sophia had warned us that it could take LADWP up to six weeks to get our new feedback meter installed but it ended up only taking about 10 days. That was partly because she had their engineer out a couple weeks in advance and filed the planning and permit requests the day they started on the roof.There were several minor disconnects along they way but much less than we have had on much smaller projects! All in all I strongly recommend All in One!

Comment: Sophia is a real pleasure to work with, and very responsive to the details of the job, and her guys in the field. Communication is key, and I found both the office contacts and interaction with the field reps to be refreshing. Santos was amazing with the on-site evaluation of our damage and seeing to the repair. We had an immediate test of the work done, with rain that came a few days after the job completion, and halleluiah, it was no longer raining inside the building!

She helped me through several designs for the panels to come up with just what I wanted. The installation was amazing, they had everything installed in less than two days and it looks great. They were able to start on it immediately after getting the permit (next day), and completed the project in only 8 working days, despite it being a full tear off of 3 layers of old roof, new plywood install, and shingles. The price was competitive, and Sophia is amazing at communicating with you each step of the way. She was immediately available for all questions throughout the process. The team was professional and worked hard every day. They cleaned up the work area well each day and upon completion of the project, and the new roof is pristine. I dont want to have to re-roof again, but if I did, I would definitely use All-in-1 again!

Unlike the sales reps from bigger companies, he didnt try to oversell us or make bogus claims; to the contrary, he talked us out of some costly and unnecessary options and helped us stay within our budget. Sophia kept in constant contact with us and made sure that all the paperwork was in order. She hounded DWP and Building & Safety to make sure that inspections took place and permits were issued as quickly as possible. If anything was not to our liking, Sophia addressed it. She answered all our questions promptly--even the dumb ones. Santos led the roofing crew; he may be the hardest-working person weve ever met. The work crews showed up on time every day. It was a big job--we have an older house that had three layers of roofing material—but it was done on schedule. My neighbor, who is a contractor, says that All in 1 did quality work on our roof.All in 1 provides personalized, high-quality service on schedule and at a reasonable price. Whats more, theyre nice people. We highly recommend them.

Timing and coordination of this needed roof work was critical as replacing the roof required removal of a portion of my solar panels.“All In 1 Energy Pros” had done an exceptional job of installing my comprehensive Solar System several years prior. I was very pleased with this company’s professionalism and attention to detail. So you can imagine how pleased I was to learn that All In 1 Energy Pros also provided complete roofing services.They carefully removed the existing solar system, removed the old roof, made some unforeseen repairs, installed the new roof, and re-installed my existing solar system in just three days. Comment: Very knowledgeable. I had a couple people look at my roof in Westminster, CA. The previous quote talked about a couple small things to stop the leaks but they would not be fixed. When these guys looked at the roof they were able to diagnose the problem and recommend the correct way to fix it. We will see the difference the next time it rains. Thank You for the great work!
