Comment: I would recommend this business 100%. It is family owned and has been around for many years. The reason why is simple. They have old time business ethics. I called three different companies and left a message for estimates. DJ got back to me within fifteen minutes. He came out for an estimate within a couple of days and this is is a very busy time for them..He checked my roof out and spent the longest amount of time here. He took the time to explain the problem because I have zero knowledge of roofs. His price was very fair. The crew was friendly and on time every day. Clean up impeccable. Go with this company, you will not be disappointed. 👍🏻

Comment: When selecting a roofing company, be sure you understand the quality of the product being installed and exactly what is included. Like everyone else, I started getting roof bids and almost selected a company strictly based on the estimate. Thank goodness I didnt. DJ Slaton was the only roofer who called back and asked if he could meet with me personally to ensure I understood what was included in the estimate, the materials being used and explain the importance of how the channels are installed, etc. WOW, did I learn a lot! Be sure when comparing roofing bids that you are comparing apples to apples. I can tell you, I was looking at apples, oranges and limes and didnt even know it. Very quickly after speaking with DJ, I understood what I was paying for and I was happy to do so.The quality shingles Slaton chooses to use, far exceeded other products I was shown by other roofers. The metal channels they recommended look great and I now understand the benefits of using the metal channels over other options. Throughout the entire process of working with Slaton and Son Roofing, everyone was professional, timely, and knowledgeable.Im sitting down to write this review 1 year and 3 months after my roof was installed because they continue to provide service and I do not want that to go unnoticed. I had a question about a vent cap that was installed by a contractor (not Slaton Roofing). I called DJ; he quickly came over to look at the issue and installed an upgraded vent cap I purchased. Their customer service is great which makes it so easy to refer their company.With all the rain weve had thus far in 2022/2023, my husband always comments, at least we know our home is protected since having it roofed in 2021 and boy it sure looks great. We are confident in the work completed and appreciate the customer service they continue to provide long after the jobs been completed. If youre looking for a reputable, quality company with a long history in the community, I suggest you call Slaton and Son Roofing. Be sure to meet and allow them the opportunity to provide you with the proper information needed to help make an informed decision which protects your home!

Comment: We had a roof leak that was leaking into our garage and causing the interior ceiling to start collapsing. Even though they were booked a couple of weeks out the owner was nice enough to come check out what was happening on his way home from work. He got up on the roof and did his best to fix the problem for us immediately. His price was fair and we will definitely be using Slaton for all of our future roofing needs. Thank you, Slaton Roofing!

Comment: Slaton and Sons Roofing just completed redoing my roof. It was well needed and way overdue. Slaton and Sons was one of the only companies that I reached out to that got back to me in a timely manner. They were professional, accurate, and did an amazing job. DJ Slaton appraised the job and was extremely accurate in his bid. I paid exactly what he bid. The price was amazing and they completed my job multiple days early. I have worked with lots of roofing companies in the past on many jobs, it is safe to say that Slaton and Sons is now my go-to company for any roofing needs.
