Comment: I chose Shelton Roofing because my parents chose them for their new roof in 1997 and they were happy with the work and the price. I live in that same house today in 2023 and that roof done in 1997 was 26 years old. Since the warranty was for 25 years I decided to have the roof checked out. It was beginning to show wear so I decided to look into pricing. Shelton came through with the best price and a senior discount which helped. It took 6 days from start to finish. The workers were great and explained to me every step. I am very happy and thank Brad and his team for a job well done. I have already passed on their business card to my neighbor who is looking into a new roof. Michele

Comment: Shelton Roofing is my go to roofing company in Santa Cruz County. Bradley is a second generation roofer with the highest level of ethical standards of any trades person I have ever met. As a Realtor and Aptos local, I am regularly calling on Shelton Roofing to help my clients with roof inspections, bids, repairs, and new installs.My wife and I bought a home in Aptos this past October that began leaking in several areas as the winter storms came one after another. Shelton had two roofers on our roof during a storm that were able to assess where the leaks were coming from (attic vents) and replaced/repaired that day. We now have no more leaks!!!This is the best roofing company in Santa Cruz County....and that is saying something!
