Comment: Right from the beginning, they worked hard to make this work. New rules made it difficult to find an acceptable place to put the heat pump. They found a good solution. Professional at all times. Despite ongoing supply issues, they managed to dig up the equipment I wanted. Install was done cleanly and quickly. Strongly recommend!

There were no problems with the installation and they cleaned up the mess so the the place was spotless. Both men were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to do everybodys window installations. What a difference the new windows made in the temperature inside the house. The windows really helped to reduce the outside noises coming inside the house to zero. My home looks fabulous on the outside. My house curb appeal went up 150%. Thats a lot. Thanks Andrey!

Comment: Exponentially better than Lowes. In both cases, Ive found the local subcontractor used to be excellent, but SEARS actually added value to the contracting process. If I live to be 100 and need another roof, Ill try SEARS again.

Comment: Art, is a great salesperson and knows his products well. Great demostrations. The installers did a great job too however clean up should have been better. They left some debri behind, didnt haul away the old patio door pet insert that they said they would and luckly I found a razor blade on the floor in a bedroom before someone stepped on it.
