Comment: Wonderful experience, showed up and got to work on an 86 degree day! Took about 4 hours to pressure wash roof along with whole house. Everything that fell to the ground was also cleaned up. Needed to have this done in preparation for solar install and these guys did not disappoint!

Comment: I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent work Rudy has done in cleaning the tiled roof of my 2 story house. If i can give more stars than the max, i would. He was punctual, came in exactly as what Tom told me, never stopped until he finished the job. Rudy’s very detailed in cleaning, making sure he cleaned all the nooks and crannies of my concrete tiles. My outside walls and driveway were also cleaned, all so worth the price i paid for a quality job. I would definitely recommend San Diego Pressure Washing company, especially Rudy. Comment: It was an excellent experience. The tech took pride in his work and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I had my roof tiles, exterior house walls, retaining walls, patio, walk-ways and driveway power washed. Everything came out great! The tech was careful to not damage any roof tiles or stucco. Some things like rust stains do not come off. The tech was very thorough to explain everything to me. Im going to recommend this company to my Dad. He wants to get his roof tiles cleaned.

Comment: I was wondering if a soft wash on an older clay tile roof could have a sufficiently clean/finished appearance, as well as a be a more cost effective procedure (versus replacing the 45 year old tile on my roof).I decided to try it & was quite satisfied with the results.Because I have some personal experience with pressure washing, my primary concern with it was potential damage occurring to my existing tiles - during the job.Fortunately, my concern turned out to be completely unnecessary.I think I got what I paid for.

Comment: First company we reviewed and looked no further. Owner Tom, very responsive and offered solid discounts to neighbors as a group. Four friends houses done over two days. Prompt, fair and professional. They verify condition of roof tiles w/pictures prior to starting. Window wash is with a spotless rinse and effective. Roof wash is a very messy process, so ensure yard items/furniture are either moved away and covered, or both. I looked up and my white patio cover had black streaks running down it and then I looked up at our roof and it was covered in green algae and it was almost black as well.I immediately began looking into what the problem might have been and within 15 minutes, I found Tom and his wonderful company through my Google search. I listened to other peoples testimonials and just thought this was too good to be true.Well, it was true. I sent him a text and in less than an hour I had an estimate and an appointment. His crew arrived right on time and cleaned my roof, my patios, and I just went ahead and had them clean all my sidewalks and my driveway. Tonight I am proud of my home again. Comment: We choose Tom out of six roof cleaning contractors because when he showed up for an estimate he answered all her questions, did a free sample for us and explain the entire process of cleaning our tile roof . And his price was not the lowest but his knowledge pictures of recent jobs truckmounted equipment and a free sample made us choose his company to clean our room. And it took them six hours to clean the roof pressure wash the walls and rinse all of the surroundings . In our house looks 20 years younger in and he even took shots of the part of the rules that were unvisible to us . We also scheduled him to clean the windows next day . Great service real professional would highly recommend the future customers .
